They have a game room for the kiddos while they wait or for siblings, my kids love coming to the office to play Super Mario bros! My 7 year old son’s mouth showed signs of being too narrow as soon as the first front teeth came out. I am amazed by the difference in just 3 months of wearing his retainers. Mark Sayed explained very clearly the plan and the benefits of being proactive. Even if my son might have to wear braces (if he has to but may be not) it won’t be as drastic as if we hadn’t done anything. I am very hopeful that his teeth will find soon room to come out. One huge benefit already that Mark Sayed had told me about: no more snoring or difficult breathing at night, that is absolutely amazing. I was so worried about his recurring snoring, it is simply gone in two months. In dental care, being proactive is key. Don’t wait until your kids have a mess in their mouth to fix. Very friendly staff.

Hi I just wanted to let parents know that Mark Sayed DDM has done an amazing job with my first two kids teeth, they are now 18 and 15 and because of Dr. Sayed they have beautiful smiles. My little one is 8 and she is not quite ready to begin orthodontics however Dr. Sayed schedules appointments with her every 6 months just check in to see how her teeth are coming in. What I like best about his practice is that he doesn’t try to sell me on stuff we don’t need. He’s very honest. He keeps up with technology and new findings and is always educating me on the latest in orthodontics. Another thing that I really love about his practice is his staff. The front staff is always very nice, always calls to confirm appointments and I never feel like an interruption. The dental assistants are always patient with the kids and go over an above. On one particular occasion his nurse met us at the office on her day off as she was headed off to an Angel baseball game because my son broke a bracket and was in a lot of pain. Before finding Dr. Sayed 11 years ago, I met with several orthodontists and I chose him because I believed in his methodology and he was highly recommended by my dentist, Dr. Wallace Thune.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Dr. Sayed’s office. Both my son and daughter have been patients. My son had a very typical case and was easily treated but my daughter has needed more attention. She used a device to bring her lower jaw forward. I’ve learned that this is something she would have had to have surgery for later down the road had it not been attended to by Dr. Sayed. He then has put braces on her and she is just about done. With both my kids I have had great service by the office staff, easy appointment scheduling, kind people working with my kids, and beautiful smiles. Great Orthodontist! I am a general dentist and not only do I refer my patients to Dr. Sayed, my family and friends go there too. He and his staff are well trained, professional, and all ’round nice people. Upon your arrival to the office your greeted like long time friends. Shawn, the office manager who’s been there for years, has a professional, polite and friendly disposition. The back office staff is caring and deliver orthodontic treatment with a gentle touch. All of my 3 kids have had orthodontics from Dr. Sayed; myself included!! We have had a great experience with their staff and the care that we have received. Some early treatment was required for my son, but not my two daughters (they skipped directly to phase 2)-I appreciate the candidness and honesty with what needed to be done and did not feel there was treatment that was at too early of an age. Dr Sayed has been treating our family for the past 5 years. My oldest daughter had her braces removed last year and has a beautiful smile! My youngest daughter started her braces treatment in February and within one week we were amazed at how straight her teeth already are. Best orthodontist ever. I’ve been going to see Dr. Samra for many, many years and would never consider going anywhere but to his office. First of all, his staff go above and beyond to make your experience positive and comfortable and they are extremely professional and easy to talk to. I cannot say enough about this place. Dr. Sayed is a talented, honest and a perfectionist orthodontist. His office is clean , nice and very welcoming. His staff are incredibly professional and caring. They really go above and beyond to help get you through the process . I was able to work out an affordable payment plan to cover costs since we didn’t have an insurance plan to pay for it. Shawn , at front desk is awesome. I had been searching for a pediatric orthodontist for a while. I asked my dentist for referrals but instead of referrals he gave me a list of question to ask and the answers that should be given. I then called several orthodontists and Dr. Sayed’s office was the first one that answered most of my question to my satisfaction. During our initial consultation, Dr. Sayed was very patient with all my questions and very thorough with his answers. That was 2 1/2 years ago. My son and daughter are now undergoing treatment and I also have had braces, I couldn’t be happier with the care received at the office. Dr.Sayed did such a great job on my teeth. I have been seeing 3 different orthodontists before I went to get the opinion from Dr.Sayed and all of them wanted to pull 4 teeth out. I met with dr.Sayed and he said I can do it without pulling teeth and can be done within 1-1.5 years. My husband and I decided to let he takes care of my teeth, it took 14.5 months and I just took the braces off today. My son has been a patient of Dr. Sayed’s for 6 years. He was only 7 when he started receiving orthodontic treatment and the staff has always been extremely patient, kind, and encouraging. My son Nathan has been going to Dr. Sayed for the last 2 years. I have been so pleased with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent pediatric orthodontist. The office is a breezy, second-floor unit – very sunny and cheery – and instantly sets kids at ease. Shawn at the front desk is the calmest, kindest person you’ll meet, so flexible with scheduling and always sets my son’s mind at ease. My son normally is anxiety-ridden at dentists and doctors visits but the environment and care here is very nurturing. There are also WII and other games to keep the kids occupied although the wait time is usually under 5 minutes if that. I actually enjoy appointments there because it is such a beautiful and airy office with an ocean breeze and not the typical sterile of a doctor’s/dentist’s office. Also, the office is always buzzing with kids which as a new client initially really set my mind at ease that this doctor was experienced and caring. There are families who with multiple kids who have clearly been with the doctor for many years. The care itself is excellent. My son’s speech and even aesthetics improved with the expander he wore and he’s gained more confidence as a result. First let me point out the fact that we live in Murrieta. We moved from Rancho Santa Margarita 9 years ago where I had taken my, then 3 month old, son to Dr. Jon Sayed Pediatric Dentist. After moving, we continued to visit Dr. Jon and eventually were referred to Dr. Mark. My son loved Dr. Jon for his teeth cleaning (very gentle) so why not try his brother for braces? Dr. Mark conducted a thorough examination and put together a comprehensive plan for the years ahead and my son’s growing mouth. In first grade my son was fitted for a pallet expander (sounds worse than it is) and, because he was so young, Dr. Mark gave him a removable appliance so that he could eat properly. After 4 years of using that appliance my son sat patiently on Valentine’s day, 2011 to have braces put on. Dr. Mark had assured me & my husband that the initial investment of time and money for the expander would mean that our son would only POSSIBLY need braces but, if he DID get them it would be only for a year or so. I can very happily say that in June of 2012 the braces came off. Unlike many of our son’s friends who had braces when they were very young only to have them reapplied again when adult teath appeared, or have had them for several years. We are SO pleased that our son’s teeth and bite are absolutely perfect! The charges were fair and never increased, and the appointments were on time and easily made/changed. Sean, at the front desk, is extremely friendly and professional as are the assistants, etc. We completely trusted Dr. Mark and were absolutely correct to do so! He is honest, funny, friendly, professional, and truly a joy to visit. Having his office to go to made the trips and money spent very easy to handle. The service starts when you walk in the door, everyone has the best interest of the patient in mind. We are at the tail end of having two boys go through braces & retainers and, while going to the dentist is not what many folks look forward to, the entire process has been great on us (parents) and the boys were always treated very well. Dr. Sayed promotes improving not only the health of the teeth, but the appearance of your entire facial structure. His specialty in facial orthopedics provides the extensive knowledge needed. Our office strives for non-extraction orthodontic care in all but the most extreme cases, so that our patients can achieve a beautiful, full smile with all of their natural teeth. Dr. Sayed graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Chemistry from UCLA, a DMD degree in Dental Medicine from University of Pennsylvania and a specialty degree from New York University, grauating with high honors.
