A+++++! Highly recommend Martin Orthodontics to anyone searching for an orthodontist. We were referred by our pediatric dentist for corrective procedures for my 9-year-old. Braces, etc. were applied for 6 mos to fantastic results. From the initial consultation, the office staff an Dr. Martin made us feel like part of a family. The office staff was always flexible with me if I had a last-minute change of appointment; they made it work every time. Every busy parent needs that! After each appointment that may have resulted in tender teeth (NONE of them did, miraculously!), Dr. Martin personally called us in the evening to check on my son. Even my 9-year old says, “My orthodontist is the best!” The kids are treated with respect, as are the parents, and everything is explained along the way. We know we will be returning for more orthodontic work with my youngest, and Dr. Martin will continue to see him and keep ahead of any issues that might arise. If my oldest needs to be referred we will absolutely go to Dr. Martin. I have already told other parents about our wonderful experience, as they look for an orthodontist they can trust. Martin Orthodontics is the absolute best choice.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Martin and his staff! I’ve been his patient for quite a while now for an Invisalign treatment. They have always made me feel at ease, making me feel well taken care of. Dr. Martin is always very respectful and goes above and beyond for his patients. Words truly could not describe how amazing Dr. Martin and his team is. I always feel comfortable during my appointments and they really make sure of that. I was born with a cleft pallet so I’ve had years of extensive treatment with braces. I wasn’t 100% happy when I first got my braces taken off. So at the age of 22 I decided to search for a good Orthodontist team who knew what they were doing since my case is a little bit different. I was recommend Dr. Martin by my dentist and I am beyond happy that I went to him. I chose to get the incognito, which are braces behind the teeth and I love them !! I’ve had traditional braces before but now that I’m older I didn’t want to have them. I’ve had no problem and I think they are a great option for anyone needs braces and doesn’t want them to show. He does a great job keeping me in the loop and making sure I know what’s going on. He’s great at answering my questions and my overall experience is just amazing. I am nearing the end of my visits with Dr. Martin and his staff. You would think it would be a happy time for my family. Dr. Martin and his staff is like family. My son had two teeth growing in his palate and other complications when we first arrived at the office. He is also hearing impaired. We are so grateful for the excellent care and patience they gave our son. Words can never discribe how blessed we are having had the opportunity to have shared our lives with the Martin Team. Dr. Martin and his staff are phenomenal! I had a long and tough journey with my teeth. I needed a lot of work done where sometimes it would be intensely painful. After going through teeth removal, pulling down an impacted tooth, etc., everyone in the facility made sure it was as comfortable as it could be. They are super patient, knowledgeable and welcoming. As a mature person seeking corrective measures for my teeth, my dentist gave me several references for an orthodontist. After interviewing him, I chose Dr. Martin. The initial visit could not have been any better. His staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Martin explained the options, alternatives, the cost of each, and I opted for his services. While the corrective work took longer than expected, Dr. Martin and his staff were very patient even when I showed signs of irritability. The atmosphere of the office could not have been better. The entire staff was not only competent, but had very good “chair-side” manner. Several impressive things about them were how they all got along, how polite they were to their patients and to each other, and how helpful they were to each other. The office has a happy, cheerful atmosphere. Dr. Martin is a perfectionist and will not quit until he achieves perfection. As a result, I am sure he lost money on me as my corrective work took longer than he expected and he charges a fixed fee

Dr Martin and his office staff are Amazing! During my consultation he took his time and was very thorough. He made sure I understood everything. After I left I wanted to make sure I was making the best decision so I had a consultation at Two other orthodontist. Neither of them even came close to the awesome experience I had at Dr. Martin’s office. So after two weeks of trying other places I started treatment with Dr. Martin. His staff made sure I knew how to take care of my teeth and braces and I was very confident when I left. Two hours after getting my braces I received a call from a number I didn’t recognize and to my surprise it was Mr. Martin calling to check on everything and to make sure I was comfortable in my new braces. That’s when I knew that I made the BEST choice. His staff works so well with each other, and they all seem to really love their job. They are amazing with the other patients. Being an adult I had hesitations on getting my teeth straightened in the first place. The staff along with Dr. Martin made me feel very comfortable about it and gave me examples of other adults they helped that were older than me! When was the last time your Orthodontist called you… not once, twice, but three times??? Yeah really. This doesn’t include the call back (within 10 minutes) at 8:30 PM because my eight year old was in pain from his brand new braces. Incredible? Over the top? You bet! I drive a long way to see Dr. Martin and his staff and I would recommend anyone do the same. This is a long overdue review but I have been a client of Dr. Martin and company since 2014. I researched a few places before I decided on an orthodontist. I received two personal recommendations that, “Dr. Martin is great, Dr. Martin’s office is the best.” The kicker for me was that my dentist and my hygienist recommended Dr. Martin as well. As an adult, I expected a tough go with the braces anyway, but I have been pleasantly surprised. During my first visit and consultation, my options were explained and the staff and Dr. Martin worked with ME to go over a treatment plan and help me find what options worked best. I knew ahead of time I wanted lingual braces or something similar. Not only was Dr. Martin on the short list of being one of the few Incognito providers in the area – but to have great ratings and credentials made that list even shorter. (During a consult with another orthodontist, I was told that my dental profile wouldn’t allow the linguals to work…well, Dr. Martin made them work!) Since starting treatment, I have nothing but rave reviews. My appointments are always quick, and there is rarely a wait. I know all of the staff by name and they are exceptionally cordial and always helpful. I have had 2 emergencies (during hours) and am always either squeezed in or told to come by – and I have always been taken care of quickly. Dr. Martin is always available for questions and checks in on his patients regularly. An absolute class act. I love this place. You guys rock!

My experience with Martin Orthodontics was the best that I could have hoped for! I wore braces as a teenager, but due to my “know it all” attitude, decided that I wouldn’t wear my retainer as I had been advised to do. Forward about 10 years later and my teeth shifted to the point that I no longer was comfortable smiling without covering my mouth with my hands. After visiting two different orthodontists in the area who gave me costs and time frames that I was uncomfortable with, I finally made the decision to go back to Dr. Martin to make my teeth pretty again. I trusted him twice with my teeth, once as a teenager and now as an adult, and if need be, would trust him again with them. Without reservation, I recommend Dr. Martin. He knows exactly what he is doing and knows what needs to be done to get you the smile that you can be proud of. In addition to being one of the top orthodontists in the area, he is also trustworthy, kind, and patient. For example, as the time came closer to getting my braces off, Dr. Martin would ask me if I was happy with the way my teeth were coming along. On two occasions I mentioned some things that I was not totally happy with, and without hesitation he made the changes necessary to make me happy. Both times it included him taking extra time out of his schedule. Also, once you become a patient, don’t be surprised if you receive a call or two from Dr. Martin. He called me twice during my 6-month period of wearing braces. Both times, it was to check on me to make sure that I was comfortable and to see if I had any questions or concerns. If you need only one reason to make an appointment, let it be this one. It is rare to find someone who will take the time to call and make sure that you are doing okay.

Dr. Martin is very genuine in wanting to make sure his patients are happy with their smile all along the way. I received a call from him within the first few weeks of having my incognito braces (behind my teeth), and that was very reassuring that they cared and I could trust him during this journey. I was incredibly scared to move along with this treatment, but everyone at Dr. Martin’s office was/is a blessing that I’m still surprised and grateful to have stumbled upon through my extensive orthodontics search. I am a 20 year old theatre student. I had an open bite and the space for my upper teeth were slightly narrow, but it was too late to put an expander in because my bones were fused at 15 years old. Invisalign wouldn’t work for my teeth, and I really really didn’t want traditional braces or even porcelain braces to show on the outside for performing and vanity reasons. Through my long search on google for invisible braces I read that it could be done behind my teeth, so I discovered Incognito. I researched it and the company that made it and thought it’s too good to be true. Then I searched for reviews on YoutTube, and came up really short (there are only two or three people I found to really track their experience well). But I was making consultation appointments left and right at the time because they are free nearly everywhere (if they are not, don’t go), so I said why not and made a consultation apt here. I highly recommend researching videos on YouTube, and I will also vlog my experience on my YouTube Channel: youtube.com/channel/UCUV… . Both sounded extreme which scared the life out of me, but he showed me pictures of previous cases where in the final smile they had only 3 front bottom teeth instead of 4 and unless someone stares specifically at my teeth inches away it’s not noticeable. So I went with the tooth extraction, which I admit made me tear up because I didn’t want to lose a perfectly good tooth for nothing. But even then Dr. Martin and his team were really encouraging and sensitive. They let me know exactly what they were doing before they did it during each adjustment. I am at six months with my incognito braces now, and though it’s been a roller coaster of emotions and change I wouldn’t go back. I’m extremely happy with how my teeth are coming along, especially so quickly. It’s a plus that I get to sell my braces once they are off because they are made of gold. 😀 Speaking of which, the price for my braces were $6,500 which was only 1k more than traditional. It varies on a case by case bases, so Incognito can range from that price up to $9,000+. It’s really worth it though if you go to Martin Ortho. Their compassion, precision, and care exceeded my expectations and helped relieve any stress I had going forward.

Throughout the entire process, Dr. Martin has been there and has treated my son like his own. He has absolutely no issue going in by himself and feeling comfortable at Dr. Martin’s office. It is hard to begin to describe how pleased I was with my experience at Martin Orthodontics. For years since my braces were removed, I have worn a permanent wire retainer. Recently I had noticed that one end was becoming loose and beginning to detach from my tooth. My dentist’s office called Martin Orthopedics to arrange a repair since my Dentist was out of the office. Dr. Martin’s office worked me in immediately. The office is very efficient, and staff could not be more friendly and professional. Tammy and Dr. Martin took time out of their schedule and worked on the repair. They explained their approach in detail and made certain that I was comfortable. I always had straight teeth, but as I grew older (and I think because I sometimes grind my teeth when I sleep) a couple of my teeth started to shift. My dentist recommended Dr. Martin and from the moment I stepped into his office for my consultation I was impressed. He sees children and adults. The consultation was very thorough and Dr. Martin explained everything including my options for correcting my teeth; I opted to go with a spring retainer. A couple of times I had to have my retainer adjusted which would cause a little discomfort as the teeth shifted to a straighter position. Dr. Martin would call me to see how I was doing…I was touched by his thoughtfulness and caring manner and it made my day. Everything about my experience was great, from the atmosphere of his office, to the staff (they rock!) to Dr. Martin himself. My results are marvelous and I am very pleased. I was so blessed to find Dr Martin and his amazing staff! I was in a severe car accident which left with alot of dental work. I called over 30 offices and unfortunately everyone turned me away. I was absolutely devastated!!! Until one day my prayers were answered, a lovely lady from my dental office recommend Dr Martin and he welcomed me with open arms; I literally cried like a baby. Once l arrived at his office l was blown away at how beautifully decorated and welcoming it felt, not your usual cold office feel. The staff was SUPER friendly and welcomed you as if they knew you forever! Now when l go, l literally feel like I’m visiting family. It’s such a warm Christian environment, which l love! Their office is always spotless and they even have a mouth wash area where they have a tooth brush and mouth wash to have you fresh and clean just in case you had something to eat on your way there and need to get it out. LOL! Also, there has been day’s where I’ve been there in severe pain and the techs would ask if they can pray over me? Because they know I’m Christian. That spoke to my heart and l literally broke into tears because that’s when you know you have people who truly care for their patients! Also welcomes you with open arms and a smile at the door. Who else do you know that does that? I don’t know about you, but that makes all the difference in the world to me! Plus, On another occasion l wasn’t feeling well and was vomiting. The tech Lenny got me a vomit bucket, held my hair up, rubbed my back, got me an ice pack for my neck and prayed for me till l felt better. GOD BLESS HER! Mind you she stood with me during her break time. Then after the office closed the first thing Dr Martin did was called me himself to make sure l was feeling better. How thought ful and caring is that? He has done that on several occasions just to make sure I’m okay if l had a bad day at the office. GOD BLESS HIM! We need more doctors like him that truly care about their patients, even after they leave the office. I whole-heartedly recommend this office to anyone who wants to be treated with kindness and not just another number.

I went in for my initial consultation with Dr Martin. I was greeted on time by Bianca. She was very sweet and very friendly. She could tell I was nervous and she put me at ease immediately. She took me back to get some pictures, side profile, front profile and pictures of my teeth, then for a panoramic X-ray. She was great! Then I met Dr. Martin. What a fabulous chair-side manner! Absolutely phenomenal. He recommended a thorough treatment plan and he spent quite a bit of time with me to understand my needs and examine what was going on.
