Great customer service, always super gentle. The clients are always smiling when they leave, which is a great sign of a great practice! My consultation was detailed, they treated me like an adult and it was very comfortable to talk about the needs of my dental issues. I would HIGHLY recommend that if you’re interested in getting orthodontic work done, that you would seek out Dr. McIntosh and his staff.

First off every member of the staff is eXtremely friendly and professional. Really really nice, like you can’t be in a bad mood after being there. Even though they can be very busy, each patient is made to feel very worthy and special. Dr McIntosh is more than pleasant and his care of his work is obvious. I had Invisalign and am so happy with the results. I would highly recommend this office for any orthodontic work. You’d be hard pressed to find a nicer office.

At age 74, I decided to have my crooked teeth straightened, and now proudly display my nicely aligned teeth! I have always been embarrassed by my teeth, but kept delaying treatment thinking that braces would get in the way of my work and social life. Dr. McIntosh recommended Invisalign instead of braces. I was done in less than a year and a half, and the process did not interfere with my life. Unless I told people that I was having orthodontic treatment, nobody was aware. I chose Dr. McIntosh because of knowing how good he and his team are. There was the added nudge of my wife pointing out that my teeth were getting worse as I aged. From the first consultation to the almost saddening final visit, the entire staff was amazingly professional and welcoming! Can’t say enough about them working with my schedule and giving an individual feeling to every patient I’ve seen them work with including myself. Always attentive and invested in each person’s progress during treatment. Dr.McIntosh gives individual attention to every patient, something I don’t think I expected before choosing this office tho it was one of the key things I appreciated during the many months of treatment. It’s impressive how well he knows every aspect of every patient and keeps them all on a progressive schedule to get the best possible results for each of us. He is a true leader and treats the staff professionally as well as humbly passed along information to help them be even better. I could go on but overall, my only regret is not finding this amazing team sooner! I am extremely happy with my smile and I think anyone would be ( referrals of mine are already happy they’ve gone) !

Words cannot express the exceptional service provided by McIntosh Orthodontics. While on vacation in the US, my bonded retainer popped and the poking wire was becoming more and more unbearable. I called many Orthodontic offices in search of relief. Most offices quoted exorbitant prices or stated they could not help me if they did not install my bonded retainer. Just when I thought all hope was lost, I came across McIntosh Orthodontics. Dr. McIntosh and his team of professionals were pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate me within an hour of calling at an affordable rate. During the procedure, Dr. McIntosh explained everything that was happening so that I would be aware of what was taking place and asked me to express if I felt any discomfort. My family and I have been patients of Dr. McIntosh for ten years. Both my sister and I had braces for a little over a year during middle school, and received excellent care throughout the entire process. His office is consistently welcoming and encouraging, and all treatment is speacialzed to your needs. I’m not the best at wearing my restrainer, so I just finished my second round of braces. The superb treatment I received as a middle schooler paralleled my treatment as an adult! Dr. McIntosh did my braces as a kid (I was around 14 at the time) and to this day I have an amazing smile. I’m 34 now and live in San Diego (I’m currently in Orlando visiting and drove past his office today and it promped this review) and am a little sad that he won’t be able to work on my own kids one day if, most likely, they need his services. One of my best friends is an orthodontist now and he regularly tells me what an amazing job the guy did on my teeth. Make sure you spring for that bottom permanent retainer and you might have the good luck I have. Thanks Dr. for giving me a smile that’s still perfect after all these years!!

My son just completed treatment with Dr. McIntosh. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff – they are friendly and fantastic about scheduling. Dr. McIntosh is always willing to talk to you and makes you feel comfortable about your child’s treatment plan. My son’s case was very complicated and we made it through fantastically and we are very happy with the results. I felt from the beginning that Dr. McIntosh was conservative when it came to treatment and did what was needed, not extra, which I sincerely appreciated. Others that we consulted prior did not have the same approach. I honestly felt the entire time that he had my son’s best interest in mind. I highly recommend this practice.
