I has been 2 years that I know Dr. Media Najafi and she has been the nicest and most organized person. Her office is so elagant and organized. The work she did for me was unbelievable!! Last year I had two root canals and two crowns and I didn’t feel any pain. Everything went so smooth. And I just got my front teeth bonded and I look like a movie star now thanks to her!!!! Talk about a great office! Nothing like a view when your mouth is getting chiseled away. It helps that Dr. Najafi is tops when it comes to dentists. I get routine cleaning, here. Also got the dreaded root canal. Each experience has been easy in and and easy out. If you’re anything like me, you hate the dentist. Why would you expect good news? IT’S THE DENTIST! They know this and don’t dental shame you for it. This alone was worth leaving a review. Would highly recommend for routine cleaning and root canals as those are what I can vouch for.

You know how you can literally spend hours upon hours, if not months and maybe even years trying to find a good dentist and have a tough time finding someone who is kind, who you can trust, and who you feel cares about your well being. This has been me over the past several decades. I’ve gone to a total of four dentists in my life. Even after moving 80+ miles away from Irvine and Dr. Najafi’s office, and recently spending 5+ hours trying to find a dentist local to my new residence, all I could think of is I wish I was close to Dr. Najafi’s office again. She is the best dentist I have ever been to and looking through local options in my new place of residence (80+ miles away) just can’t find anyone who comes close to Dr. Najafi … so I am set on my decision – as long as I still have business going on in Orange County, I am keeping Dr. Najafi as my dentist. Hands down, do not want to leave her as a patient. Her office is top of the line with all the newest equipment, her staff are extremely kind and friendly – always a fun break in the day to go hang with the crew there. Laughs, great upbeat music, and a very clean and nice office. Everyone feels like a long-time friend. Dr. Najafi is the sweetest, kindest, and most well trained dentist I have ever had. She aims to provide the best dental care by looking at my exact case and during each session figure out how she can help improve my well being. She doesn’t try to profit off of a (fake) “cavity” here or there, she builds her exceptional reputation by treating people really well. She is also connected to a broader network of dental professionals that can provide orthodontic and periodontal care – these people are either related or professors at UCLA. All top-notch people with 15+ years experience each. I needed help from this extended network and they provided to be exceptional at their craft. I originally came across Dr. Najafi because I was new to Irvine and needed a dentist close to work and couldn’t be more thankful to come across her. An absolute pleasure to visit her and the staff each visit. If you’re considering a dentist, I would recommend giving her a try. Dr. Najafi has been my dentist for over 5 years now. She practices general and cosmetic dentistry. She is highly skilled, makes sure you are comfortable, explains procedures, offer various treatment options when possible, and understand patients needs. I had few root canals that were done by my previous dentist that were failing that she noticed on my x-rays and she fixed them all. The office is modern and inviting. The office staff are friendly and answered all of my questions. I have recommend Dr. Najafi to my friends and family members. Last but not least, I would highly recommend Dr. Najafi to anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist.

Come along my fellow yelpers as I take you on a quick little journey down pain lane.
It was late on a Friday night, and I was in absolute agony with a throbbing toothache. The pain was so intense that I was curled up in a ball, crying, for hours. I figured I was up a creek, because very few dentists are open on Saturday, and to top it off, I had no insurance. (DunDunDun)
So the next morning I call 1-800-Dentist, who I’ll have to review too, and they tell me that Dr. Najafi is listed as an emergency dentist, and that she would open the office, just to see me. So I get in the car, and head over, go upstairs and wait and after a few minutes this cute brunette lady with killer style comes out of the elevator. I remember thinking, wow, her shoes are hot.
Turns out that its Dr. Najafi and not only does she have the most amazing chairside manner ever (I cried a little from the pain, and she patted my cheek and made soothing shh noises) but she is super smart and quick and ultra perceptive. Turns out I had an infected tooth and needed to have it pulled. She gave me an injection of something to numb me, antibiotics for the infection, and scheduled the extraction for a few days later. Oh, and why was she dressed so cute? She was getting ready to go out for brunch, and made her husband wait while she took care of me. OMG. This woman is amazing.
On the day of my extraction, she chatted a while, got some coffee with my mom while the numbing stuff set it, and got that awful tooth out quicker than I expected. It could’ve been a seriously traumatizing experience, I could’ve been scarred for life, but no. I was so well taken care of that I actually keep a few of her cards with me. I highly HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is even a little scared of the dentist. Her office is really cute too, and the music is fabulous.

Dr. Najafi and her staff were simply excellent! From the moment I booked the appointment to the cleaning and examination, I felt comfortable and in good hands. The receptionist, X-ray tech, hygienist were all professional and knowledgeable. My cleaning, which was a challenge to say the least, was easy because of the care and obvious professional experience of Dr. Najafi’s hygienist. She even used a topical analgesic to help me get through the difficult parts! When Dr. Najafi examined me, she gave me a thorough explanation of the condition of my teeth and never suggested I needed any sort of expensive treatment. She thoroughly examined and explained to me all the work that needed to be done and the necessary daily care that I must do. Let me first say I had not been to the dentist for 10 years because I had traumatizing experiences when I was younger. Dr. Najafi and her staff recognized this right away and took very good care of me. It was absolutely amazing the work that Dr. Najafi does and I felt no pain! None! Even getting major work done was easy! If we had dentists like this when I was younger my teeth would be a lot better than they were before I walked in her office. I would not be afraid of them either. Definitely the best dentist in the O.C! Tied with her husband of course! I went in to have a cleaning and overall assessment of my teeth. I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Najafi. She was was very caring and has exceptional chair-side manner. She would take the time to review the process and tell you what to expect. After reviewing the ex-rays, she identified a few issues that prior dentists had failed to find. BEST DENTIST EVER!!!! Can I just say I love Dr. Najafi, not only is she a kind sweet person, but an Incredible dentist. I had a very prominent black triangle in between two of my front teeth. Hated it, just wanted my life to end, never realized how important my teeth were. I needed to get some bonding done, I had done a lot of extensive research and visited several cosmetic dentists, but was not happy with how my teeth looked after the consultations with numerous dentists my teeth just didn’t look natural. I had stopped smiling who wants to see someone with a hole in between their two teeth where there should be gums…not me!!! I finally went to Dr. Najafi, I swear I fell in love with my teeth again after my first consultation. She showed me what it would look like and it looked so natural I couldn’t tell it apart from my regular teeth. I kept the fake/trial bonding on for the rest of the day till it came off when I brushed my teeth(mind you she didn’t cement it). I went back a few days later to get the real thing done. It was quick, painless, easy, affordable and LOOKS COMPLETELY NATURAL you would never be able to tell it apart from the rest of my teeth. Best part is I can SMILE again!!! Thank you DR NAJAFI you really changed my life( gave me my life back because I had fallen into a bit of a depression over this) and helped me get my confidence back. Not only that but when I went for my follow up I had been having a pain on the right side of my mouth so I had her check it out and she found a broken filling that was starting to get a cavity ( mind you my regular dentist had missed it and told me I was fine). If it wasn’t for her finding it and catching it I would’ve probably lost my molar. She has all the latest equipment to catch these sort of things that a dentist just using X-rays wouldn’t be able to!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE DR NAJAFI!!!
