My son started going there when Dr. Neal owned the practice. A year in, Dr. Casey took over the practice and we have seen constant innovation and change. I appreciate the extensive renovations and reorganization to make the place warmer and more inviting which puts the patients at ease. The electronic appointment system that emails the appointment as well as the reminder is more convenient. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I always feel comfortable when there. Dr. Casey has a lovely manner and is always happy to answer questions. Rowan has had a great experience with this practice! And a beautiful new smile!

We just recently started to enter the possible braces stage. Melrose Orthodontics was so knowledgeable , friendly and most of all caring. The minute my son met the Orthodontist he immediately knew he wanted her to do his braces . Such an amazing place I highly recommend . Even left the night we got braces with macaroni and cheese of my sons choice since they knew he would be a little sore and a call around dinner knowing it would be about when he would be getting sore to check in . These touches really make them stand above them all !

Our daughter had been a patient of Dr Fried until his retirement. We were always happy with Dr Fried and his staff. We have been very pleased with the treatment she has received from Dr Casey since she took over the practice. Dr Casey and Barbara have been amazingly accomadating to our daughter’s schedule issues and make sure she is seen when she is home from school. In particular on a recent visit home Dr Casey made special arrangements in her schedule to see our daughter. Could not ask for better care or service.

Since taking over from Dr. Freed, Dr. Casey has worked tirelessly to upgrade and modernize all aspects of the office. It has a boutique feel, with a warm, welcoming staff. Dr. Casey and her staff are outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone. My eldest was treated at another practice and I feel fortunate to have found this office for my younger two. They provide top-notch, personal service. I am so pleased with their care. Dr. Casey is compassionate and accessible at each visit. When my son had a recent dental emergency, I texted her for feedback, as opposed to his dentist, and she quickly responded with guidance. We Have had a wonderful experience with Dr Casey. My daughters teeth are beautiful. I have an orthodontist down the street from my house that I looked into for my son just based on convenience I though I would bring him there. I walked out of the consult with an estimate but no idea exactly what for or what the plan was but apparently they knew what they were going to charge? They wanted me to sign on right there and then. I got a second opinion from Dr Casey and felt she wasn’t in for the quick sell. She explained he would need a few things done before we could even discuss ortho and recommended wonderful oral surgeon. Needless to say we will be be going to her for his ortho when the time is right. The commute is worth the care she gives and I’m more than certain his teeth will be as beautiful as my daughters! Thank you Dr Casey!

I have had an unbelievable experience with Dr. Casey. As an adult, it is hard to trust just anyone with orthodontics because you want to make sure you receive the outcome you hope for at this point in life. Dr. Casey did just that and more. She listens to your concerns and personal likes/dislikes, then takes those into consideration when creating a plan that fits you. On top of all of that Dr. Casey is easy to talk to and is super nice! I would recommend this office to any one of all ages. She can do it all! Not to mention, her waiting room is so chic and modern!

Dr. Casey and staff are fantastic. Being an adult getting braces for the first time and not knowing what to expect is alittle scary. Dr. Casey has made my experience nothing but smooth and comfortable for me. My braces have been on a year so far and I visit the office very 6 weeks and I actually look forward to my visit. Melrose Orthodontics is also very accommodating when making my time of appointments to removing my wires for my cleaning with my dentist. I highly recommend Dr.Casey and look forward to seeing my end results by the end of my treatment which I know is going to be fantastic.

As a family, we have been very pleased with the care shown by Dr. Moira Casey and her staff at Melrose Orthodontics. My oldest son began his treatment before Dr. Casey took over the practice, but we were extremely impressed with the seamless transition. Since that time, both our other son and our daughter have also begun orthodontic care with Dr. Casey. I would highly recommend anyone considering braces for their child or themselves to schedule a visit to meet Dr. Casey. She explains her course of action, is thorough, and really puts the patient (and their parents!) at ease. The entire office environment is welcoming and Dr. Casey’s team is nothing short of fantastic. All aspects of our experience here has exceeded my expectations and I have always felt well informed and clear as to what each appointment would entail. My son is coming to the end of his braces treatment, but I have to say, I will miss our visits and may have to stop by every so often, just to say “hi”.
