I hate going to the dentist but this place was pretty great! You get a complimentary massage with your first visit as well as free home whitening trays. The hygienist (Beth) and the assistant were both super nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable in a situation where I’m normally very anxious. I also hate those dentist offices that try and upsell you on services that you don’t really need but they never did anything like that, thank goodness! I just moved to Houston and am happy to have my regular dentist now!

As long as I am in Houston, I will continue to use Memorial Park Dental Spa for my dental care needs. The staff is friendly, the dentists personalize care, and the office is on top of things (e.g., verifies insurance ahead of time, gives courtesy appointment reminder calls, etc.). I have been very pleased with the level of care provided by this office.

I’ve already told 2 of my friends about this magical place! Not only is the office spectacular, you can tell the staff truly wants every experience to be comfortable and different (in a great way). I was treated to a blanket during my visit and a dab of essential oil on the bib around my neck. I felt like I was at a spa! At the end, they even treated me to Starbucks via the mobile order feature on the app. I don’t think I can ever leave Houston in fear of having to find another dentist that event comes those to Memorial Park!

My wife and I have been patients at Memorial Park Dental for 4+ years and plan to continue for sure! The facility is first class as well as the entire staff. They are always accommodating and the dental care is swift and painless always. The massage perk is definitely another reason to choose Memorial Park Dental over the rest as well. Whenever the topic of choosing a dentist in town comes up amongst friends both my wife and I are always swift to recommend coming here to see Dr. Thomas and her staff.

I just randomly chose a dentist through my insurance and I am so happy it was this place! I didn’t go in expecting much due to two very bad experiences last year after first moving to Houston from Dallas and looking for a new dentist. I was pleasantly surprised as they had great bedside manner, discussed everything they were doing (but not in a sales-y way), and offered unique extras like aroma therapy, a free 60 min massage once a year, and hand massage each visit. Happy to have finally found my dentist! I wasn’t offered any gift card for my five star review as others have said, btw.

I’ve been going to Dr. Thomas for many years since she has been practicing at the Washington/Westcott location. She is a highly competent and professional dentist and has a very professional and responsive staff. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Memorial Park Dental and I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to who is looking for a good dentist! My teeth are in the best condition of my life since seeing Dr. Thomas. The available spa services are a bonus and I always take advantage of the yearly free massage, which is wonderful! The office space is gorgeous and treatment areas are extremely clean and comfortable. A+++

Dr. Pierce was phenomenal. I’ve been back again and again to Memorial Park Dental for all my dentistry needs. From Dr. Thomas to all the others, they have a talented set of staff for the work they perform. Not only have they done a great job with the dentist work, but they offer many other spa services during your visit. I personally love the neck pillow and the blanket while I get checked out. The therapist in house is the cherry on top! I get one massage a year and its something I always look forward to. Do yourself a favor and schedule a visit!

Best experience at a dentist ever! They got me in as a new patient with less than 24 hours notice. There was hardly any wait. They were very focused on keeping me comfortable. They used essential oils. The hygienist was very thorough at cleaning every nook and cranny of my teeth and the doctor was reassuring about my dental health. They gave me a free massage and teeth whitening trays for being a new patient! I come back this weekend for the massage and to get fitted for the trays!

Memorial Park Dental staff is great front the front office to the dental chairs in the back, they were all great! They have exemplified nothing but professionalism every time I have called for an appointment and during my inside office visits. I was nervous because I recently had moved from Dallas to Houston and the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I didn’t even think about the work being done . I had a very extensive detailed new patient review and my Dental Hygienist Lindsey was very professional, passionate, kind and technically outstanding! She answered all my questions and concerns. The layout of the office was absolutely beautiful with a very relaxing environment. However, the care I received exceeded the beautiful furniture, lights and the in house Massage Therapist. I highly recommend Memorial Park Dental without reservations and you will not regret giving this dental office the opportunity to improve or keep you smiling. Debra K

I’ve been going here for the past two years, and it’s always been pleasant. I love Debbie and her massages as well. Everyone Is so accommodating and helpful. Massages are on point, staff is great with information and keeping up with patients, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. teeth cleaning was an ease and I look forward to my appointments! Now I have a great smile.

I have been coming here now for a couple years and absolutely LOVE the staff. I work with Lindsey primarily and she is phenomenal, very sweet and I always look forward to seeing her. This was the most incredible dental experience I think I’ve had since I was a child. The staff, very friendly, very professional and very helpful. Dr. Thomas is one in a million! Her genuine care and concern for helping to resolve my problem made me an instant fan. I trust the mouths of my entire family to Dr Thomas! The team at the office is great! For someone who is new at the whole insurance and appointment scheduling, they definitely did a great job by walking me through everything. The team at the front was able to get me in for their next available spot, verified my insurance prior to my arrivals and are so friendly. The team at the back along with the Doctor was very attentive to my needs and were able to answer all of my questions! Overall, I highly recommend this place 🙂

Highly recommended! I hadn’t been to a dental office since I was 7 due to the pain I suffered. I decided to give MPDS a try and I must admit they were thorough and gentle. My hygienist Hong was great and the doctor was very honest on how my oral health is. 2 small cavities and no rush to get them done, left with a great experience and trust in them.

I have been going to Dr. Thomas for seven plus years now. She is a fantastic dentist and is always looking out for me. For example, during my complicated pregnancy I suffered from preeclamsia and my teeth and gums were also effected with the pregnancy. Dr. Thomas was always proactive in my care and genuinely concerned for my health and well-being. The staff is excellent and the office is always clean and calming. Their Spa services are excellent also. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I look forward to going. It is nice to get great service consistently and they truly appreciate your business. I would highly recommend Dr.Thomas!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Memorial Park Dental. Excellent staff & customer service, not to mention the outstanding dental care. I had to go undergo a very time consuming procedure for my gums & they made it feel as effortless and efficient as possible even in the middle of a work day. The in house spa is a nice perk as well. The only drawback is that sometimes it does feel the price quotes for procedures are a bit higher than other places, resulting in more out of pocket costs after insurance. However, the level of service, cleanliness & consistency of results make this a fair trade off in my book. I am very happy to have found a reputable & friendly dentist inside the loop!
