I love coming here! The whole team has always been comforting and professional. They are all super knowledgeable and make me feel at home, that’s a pretty big deal for me! I can actually say I enjoy my trips to the dentist! Malinda is always super sweet on the phone and in person. Dr Karren, Annie and Terra are really thorough and gentle. They all really make a great team. Patient for life right here!

Thoughtful, caring, amazingly more than competent dental care. From the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out you are cared for. And then the aftercare is the best. The best I’ve known in 65 years.

I’ve been coming here for years, but yesterday was my first appt since the location became Mercado Dental Care. Having said that, my former Dentist and her front office manager are no longer there, and I’ll miss them both. However, Annie (my hygienist who is absolutely fantastic) is still there, and my appt went great just like they always do. Dr. Karren also came in to introduce himself, and he genuinely struck me as being a very nice guy, and his front office staff is a very nice bunch too. In short, I have nothing but positive things to say, and I definitely plan on returning.

Dr Karren and his staff are amazing! I’v spent so many years in Az trying to find a dentist and office that have scruples and are professional & compassionate, not trying to do unnecessary procedures for the money! I had a tooth extraction & Dr. Karren explained everything, as I was extremely nervous, his assistant Tara even held my hand! The procedure was quick, and actually not bad at all!! Highly recommend Mercado Dental if you want a great dentist & staff!!

I was pleasantly surprised by my outstanding experience at this office. At first, I was a little hesitant, due to a few bad reviews, and my fear of the dentist. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcome…they immediately greeted me and offered a bottle of water. I was able to fill out all the forms online, which was very helpful and saved a lot of time. I waited not more than five minutes before Mary called me back to start taking my xrays. Let me tell you, I am a nervous wreck when it comes to the dentist, so her relaxed demeanor definitely put me at ease. Dr. Karen(sp?) came into the room shortly after she finished with the xrays and explained I needed a root canal and couple of fillings, which i already thought I might need since it had been so long since I’d seen a dentist. Once I received an estimate, Renee did a very thorough cleaning and let me tell you, she is hilarious! I will definitely be back to this office. I don’t know how it was before, but this new staff is AMAZING! I highly recommend them.

Great dentist, great office.  Dentist was very nice and did a thorough job.  The staff was very professional and helpful.  My first visit was as enjoyable as you can expect from a dental appointment.  Even my husband who had not been to the dentist in quite awhile and was nervous about his visit, ended-up having a good experience.  We will be using Dr. Morejon from now on and definitely recommend him to others.  And…just a side-note…he has AWESOME massaging chairs…just a nice perk.  🙂

I did a search around me when looking for a new dentist and after a few false starts with other offices (others either had rude staff, rude or rushed doctors.) I am very happy to have found Mercado. Dr. Karren is super nice, explains what he is doing, makes sure you are comfortable. And then there is the staff, they are amazing! Every single hygienist has been top notch. And then there is Brittany (picture below) her awesome attitude and willingness to help, completes the experience. If you are looking for a dentist or don’t love the one your going to, I highly recommend checking them out. Well priced, great with insurance. And always helpful. Ps. They have free WiFi

I have no dental insurance atm and have been putting off any dental work I needed but one all-night-tooth-ache, I knew I had to do something. Upon checking the mail the following morning I had a mailer for Mercado Dental and decided to take it not as a coincidence and gave them a call, I was in the chair within minutes! Amazingly friendly staff and Dr Karren is so incredibly polite and mice, I was more than satisfied with my experience. I have been getting fillings, crowns, root canals, etc for 19 years and with Mercado Dental I had the greatest experience to date. Even the numbing shot I felt absolutely nothing, truly a “painless” experience. This emergency visit got me to schedule a “New Patients enrollment due to such a “shining” experience

Timely, well organized, friendly, homelike atmosphere. Costs were reasonable. Dentist offered options for dental solutions and appeared very knowledgeable and concerned. Very happy experience for a first time out of town patient.

Wow I’ve been in Az for over 15 years, and by far Dr. Karren and his team are the most professional, kindest, team ever! Brittany the office manager explains everything in detail l, and is so kind, Annie the Hygeniest is amazing & Dr. Karren is also very thorough & kind! I’ve been to one dentist after another in this state (trust me) & this is by far the best! My kids also actually don’t fear the dentist anymore! Also there are many dentists in Az that don’t really care about the patient, or charge unnecessarily, I’ve come across many! So happy to find this one!!! Highly recommend!

First, being able to make an ER appt. online after office hours was awesome. “EVERYONE” was super nice. Didn’t rush me to make a decision on what I wanted to do. Took time to explain every option. Plus had a print out of what my out of pocket cost would be after insurance. Love, Love this dental office. I am a life time patient
