The employees at Midtown Dental Care showed me their passion for Dental work. They truly care about taking care of teeth. Stephanie and Jason at the front desk were extremely understanding and considerate. They introduced me to the process with warm welcomes. My hygienist Pema was thorough but gentle. She took the time to ensure she cleaned all of my teeth completely. Dr. Randhawa gave me such a good insight in taking care of my overall oral health. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly dental team!

Dr. Randhawa is amazing, her passion to do the right thing was so awesome to experience. The level of detail and the overall passion about what she does was wonderful to witness. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, professional and accommodating. Jason the office manager took extra care in making sure everything went smooth, start to finish. Would definitely, recommend Dr. Randhawa to a loved one, family member and friends! Great experience!

Dr. Randhawa is a wonderful dentist! She’s been my regular dentist for almost two years and I’m very happy with the care I’ve received. She’s attentive and genuinely interested in my oral health. The office staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I love the fact that the front desk can correspond via text. Making an appointment convenient because of this method. Wait times are minimal at best and the rest of the dental staff is very competent. Overall, Dr. Randhawa’s office is highly recommended!!!

Besides the incredible Times Square view during treatment, what I love about this clinic is their honesty when it comes to costs. There are no ‘surprises’. After a few annoying experiences in different places, that is exactly what I was liking to find. A place that will tell me the accurate and exact prices of procedures up front, without having to wait for surprise balances in the mail. I came for a cleaning and it was very through and professional. The best one I have had so far in the NYC.

Everyone in Dr. Randhawa’s office is professional and cordial. The doctor herself goes out of her way to sure we’re on the same page when discussing treatment, listens when I have concerns, and is technically proficient when it comes to the actual dental work. I’ve never left feeling uncomfortable or dreading my next visit, which is more than I can say about some dentists.

I came in for a couple fillings and a deep cleaning. Dr. Randhawa and the Hygienist Niki were both extremely knowledgeable and thorough.T took the time to explain the details of every procedure they performed and were happy to answer any questions I had. In addition, they checked in a lot to make sure I was doing ok/not in pain. I’m very happy about the results and felt well taken care of by the doctors and all the other staff. Honestly, I randomly came across this office on zocdoc but I will be using them as my primary dental care provider going forward. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the office made me feel comfortable and at ease. Jason at the front desk is especially accomodating and they were flexible in rescheduling my appointment at the very last minute due to my 3 month old being sick. Sara, the dental hygenist was very sweet and explained everything she was doing to help me feel less anxious. Dr Randhawa was candid in our discussions on preventative measures. Overall, a great experience

Everyone at this office treated me with kindness, and respect, which are above all to me. I found them all (Doctor Randhawa, Nicole the hygienist and Jason, the office manager) to be the perfect balance of intelligence, professionalism along with friendliness. I have a lot of serious work to be done and the doctor clearly explained it all to me in a way that didn’t overwhelm me. I highly recommend this dentist

Dr. Jaskaren and staff was totally professional. I have never been so comfortable at a dentist office before. Dr. Jaskaren made me feel as if we were family. She explained the process, made sure i was comfortable, gave me assurance. I TRUST HER & will definitely be going back for the usual check ups.

Dr. Jaskaren was, by far, the best dentist I have every been to. The wait was a bit long but she personally apologized multiple times and assured me that she usually saw patients within ten minutes of their arrival. She took the time to talk to me about my medical history as well as getting to know who I am as a person. It was nice to feel like more than just another patient they’re rushing to get out the door. Her cleaning technique was a bit rough but nothing too painful. After the cleaning was done, she used a camera to take pictures of the cavities I have, putting them on a large TV in the office so I could see exactly where the problem areas are. She laid out how she planned to go about filling them in and suggested breaking up the appointments so it would be more comfortable for me. At the end of the appointment, she even gave me a “goody bag” with a toothbrush, floss, and flouride toothpaste. The atmosphere of the office was friendly and welcoming. The woman behind the front desk even took the time to show me what my insurance covers and what it doesn’t which was great and not something any other dentist office has ever done. No surprise bills! I loved my experience here and for the first time am not dreading going to the dentist. 

Dr. Randhawa’s staff was very thorough and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more care tbh. They explained everything in great detail and patiently answered all my questions. Dr. Randhawa herself was very personable. She was honest and upfront in her feedback. Shout-out to Ms. Ahir who was superb at her job.

I absolutely love this dentist team!!! First off Jason, that runs the front desk is very helpful. Abe the dental assistant is wonderful and Joanna is so kind and gentle. Dr. Randhawa knows what she’s talking about! This team is works well together, they’re so friendly and extremely informative. I appreciate the time they take to actually talk to you and help you with your teeth goals. Definitely staying with this dental family 🙂

Dr. Randhawa saw me last minute for pain caused by a broken wisdom tooth and was very informative, professional, and down to earth. She truly cared that I understand the importance of getting my impacted wisdom tooth taken care of in a timely manner. Her office felt very homey- and you can tell that the staff there all work very closely together to provide the best experience to their patients. They got me in-and-out in less than an hour. I could not recommend her enough! Thank you to Dr. Randhawa and her staff!!

I was in the market for a dentist for a crown that kept falling off in NY because I had a bad experience with my previous one. I am so happy to say that I finally found a dentist that checks all of the boxes. Not only is the staff and Dr. Jaskaren helpful & energetic, they also have one of the most technologically advanced tools that I’ve seen used. Lastly, Jaskaren really works personally to provide the best service that she can, she goes the extra mile and you can tell she works hard to better serve each individual patient

Wonderful experience. Dr. Randhawa is really fantastic. Wonderful bedside manner. Gave me a full dental evaluation and identified a few things we may want to care for. She did not force me to do anything additional beyond the cleaning, but educated me on the benefits of action. I would highly recommend. She’s awesome and really good at her craft

Amazing Dentist, Dr.Randhawa and her staff! Excellent service and very accommodating. Considering I had an emergency and was able to be seen right away. Her team was great and she did a great job explaining everything. Dr. Randhawa and her staff are all very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend! Would 10/10 recommend Dr. Randhawa: hands down is the best dentist I have ever been to, period, full stop. My last few dental experiences were somewhat traumatic, and so I went to Dr. Randhawa to have some of that shoddy dental work fixed – and since I haven’t been to a dentist in a while, I was pretty sure I had a few new cavities to boot. She and her staff made me feel comfortable, listened attentively, and explained all the procedures simply and thoughtfully. The dental technician (Rosita?) is super personable and made me feel very comfortable. Billing through the front desk staff was super smooth. I will keep returning here; I actually want to stick to a regular cleaning schedule now! You can really tell that Dr. Randhawa loves what she does and is incredibly knowledgeable, cares for her patients and wants to give the best care, and hires superb staff to help her do just that

Dr Randhawa is an exemplary young dentist who is excellently trained clinically in Boston and COLUMBIA and has so manual dexterity. She really told me my options and never pressure me into unnecessary procedures. Her office is super convenient location and with convenient times on Saturday with good office staff.
