It was my first experience at Midtown Dental group and for a first time, the three ladies who took care of me provided wonderful service. The hygienist, Violet, did a marvelous job on my mouth!! She was careful and considerate and took time to make sure I was properly taken care of. I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and will be going back myself!

I was referred to this dentist by a co-worker. I’v always been hesitant when trying a new dentist because of a bad experience I had as a child. From the first time i went to this dentist they have been nothing but professional, kind and they all have great personalities. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone. There is nothing like going to a doctor/dentist that makes you feel comfortable and that has a good personality and a sense of humor. A++++

Both dentists and all their employees are super attentive, friendly and professional.  Rosie is as accommodating they get and the Doctors are super flexible.  I had a last second situation arise, I walked in without an appointment and they were able to see me and prescribe an antibiotic on the spot.  And that was just as I was heading to the airport to leave town.  Their location is easily accessible too~  I’m happy I was referred to them.

VERY impressed with the staff here but particularly Dr. Mishaan. I heard great things before my visit and when I got there, I was able to see why. The staff are super professional and competent but also so nice and inviting and the day after my appointment they called to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely be recommending the place to others and definitively award them a well-deserved 5+ stars!!

I wanted to write another review.  I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mishaan’s entire office and staff.  I had to go in for a tooth filling which I was admittedly pushing off/not looking forward to.  I’m a wimp when it comes to pain tolerance.  Not having had the procedure done since childhood, I couldn’t recall what it was like and so avoided it like the plague.  But when I finally went in, I was scheduled with Dr. Brouno who completely put me at ease.  He was incredibly professional, kind, efficient and did terrific work.  I’m very grateful for the great service I always receive at this office, and will continue referring all of my friends there. Thank you!

My experience was everything that I appreciate when getting medical care Cleanliness and efficiency. I was roomed within 5 minutes of arrival. Kindness. Everyone, from the receptionist to the dentist, was lovely. Great care. Dr. Markelle Smith is excellent. His kindness feels genuine. He is knowledgeable and clear. When I asked a question about a recommendation given by a prior dentist, he sat me up, explained the rationale for the recommendation, and discussed a simple plan moving forward (cause I don’t want to have my teeth ripped out if it’s not necessary). I am always comfortable that I will not be in pain with him and if I am uncomfortable, I know that I can tell him and he will try to adjust as he is able to. Because he’s just that type of provider!

I went yesterday for my cleaning and as usal it was a good experience. After the regular cleaning Dr. Mishaan came in to check on my teeth. It is always such a great experience to be in this office, compared to other offices that I went to on the past for my teeth. Thank you Dr. Mishaan! You are the best.

Dr. Mishaan is a great dentist. I have bad teeth and used to get anxious before dental work until I found Dr. M., whom a colleague recommended to me. He has been seeing a lot of me, more than dozen visits over the last 5 years, and every single time he was extremely courteous, genuinely kind, and very gentle throughout each procedure. He works by himself and explains what he does, making sure you are ok at every stage. Karen, the hygienist, and Rosie at reception are very friendly and professional – clearly a great team, respectful of each other. In my experience, there are virtually no wait times with Dr. Mishaan because of the way the sessions are being scheduled – which is great if you have to see him before or during the work day and need predictable timing. He also works on some Sundays, I believe every second Sunday usually. The office has a small footprint but is meticulously kept, furnished with recent equipment, and very modern in design. Located in the garment district, Dr. Mishaan’s practice is about 5 minutes on foot from the Times Square/7th Ave exit on the 1 platform – extremely easy to reach from anywhere in Midtown or the West Side.

dr. mishaan and his office staff are excellent. I have been a patient of his for the past few years. I found him by chance after doing a zocdoc search for dentists close to where I used to live at 38th and 8th. I still go to him even though I’ve now moved to the upper west side. he is friendly and has superb bedside manner (which is something I pay attention to since I am a physician myself). I appreciate that he listens to my concerns and does not push or oversell procedures (unlike my previous dentist). his hygienists (I’ve only met two of them so far) are excellent as well. as best as I can tell, they seem technically proficient and they appear comfortable in their job. they also remember details of random personal things that I’ve chatted about on previous visits (like where I went on vacation the prior summer). office is compact which is typical for Manhattan but not unpleasantly so. equipment/facilities are clean and modern. my wife started going to dr. mishaan’s office last year and she is very pleased with their level of service as well. we both plan to stick with him for as long as we live in the city. my wife and I have only had routine visits and cleanings, so I can’t speak for other more complex procedures. but if we ever need any, we wouldn’t hesitate to go to him. bottom line, I would highly recommend!

I love this practice!!! Dr. Mishaan is the best. Painless treatments, beautiful space, and convenient appointment dates even on Sundays. Dr. Mishaan is never in a rush and always on time with appointments. Strongly recommend for busy business professionals in the area.
