The experience at Midtown Smiles was amazing! Especially during the pandemic, they made me feel so safe and at ease. They handled the check in process seamlessly. I called when I arrived and immediately came in with no wait. The hygienist was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr. Watson came in like he had known me for years and was friendly and efficient. I’ve been in Nashville for four years and for insurance purposes have had to go three different dental practices and this was definitely the best experience I have had!

I came in at the beginning of last year after not being to a dentist since before I started college. I had a lot of dental work to be done and was a overwhelmed to say the least. Dr. Watson assured me that he would get me taken care of and that it would not be a problem. We came up with a plan that would fit my schedule and budget. Dr. Watson is wonderful and always makes sure I am comfortable before starting any dental work. He is super fun and makes me feel relaxed. His staff is amazing and personable. They always make sure to work with my crazy schedule for appointments. In December, around the holidays, I started having severe pain in my jaw. I called the office after business hours and left a voicemail. Someone contacted me right away that same day to put a plan in place to get me feeling better. They even set me up an appointment with an endodontist, so that I would not have to do it myself. They checked up on me after I had my procedure to make sure I was okay. Melissa is the sweetest and makes sure to go over financials with me before each appointment so that I know what I am looking at. Erin is so sweet and personable and makes sure to get my teeth looking and feeling wonderful after a cleaning. She is gentle and does not hurt me during the process. The whole staff is patient-oriented and makes me feel so welcome when I come in. They go above and beyond to meet any needs I may have.

Recently moved to Nashville and needed a new dentist. Went for a normal teeth cleaning. Everyone was so clean and prepared with protective gear. Hygienist was super sweet and did a great job. The dentist that came in to examine my teeth also did a great job and was very personable. Great place & will be going back!

I just recently became a patient of Midtown Smiles and I couldn’t be more pleased! The staff is so nice and it seems like everyone enjoys their work environment and the people they work with and for. Dr. Watson is awesome. Very personable and informative when answering questions. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Top Notch service! This entire staff not just enjoys what they do, but they are really good at it as well. From the minute you walk in you will feel like you are a part of this family. From checking on you, to ensuring things are done the right way, they help to take away any anxiety you would ever have about going to the dentist. They make you feel like you are their only client. Dr. Watson and Dr. tabor have always gone the extra mile. Two really solid guys right there!! I would and have recommended Midtown Smiles to everyone I know! You will go from dreading to go the dentist to looking forward to it!

Hello, I must say im a very anxious, nervous , have extremely sensitive teeth and completely terrified of the dentist. My dentist that I loved and trusted for years had retired. So after years of fighting the fear of finding a new one which seemed impossible, I decided to try Midtown smiles. The staff was wonderful, I must give an extra praise to Hannah. For just an exam, evaluation, X-rays she was very calming and informative. I was refusing a cleaning without being fully numb which I always requested and required so it wouldn’t hurt , but Hannah actually took the time to gently walk me through what would be done and she was very concerned about my comfort. I was so comfortable j think I fell asleep at one point. SO FOR THE FIRST TIME I HAD NO INJECTIONS FOR A. CLEANING!!! Then the dentist also WAS AMAZING.. He jokes, checked things out and had a game plan for .my issues, and he stayed positive with what seemed so outta reach to me and my 9 cavaties,. I really believe I have found a new great place!! So for i highly recommend Midtown Smiles!!

These guys are the best! They really do a thorough examination and act as though I am the only patient there. They are indeed a team of professionals who go out of their way to accommodate my needs and always take the time to explain my dental issues and follow with the best plan of treatment. Even more impressive, they make me feel safe in this COVID-19 environment due to their extraordinary sanitizing and safety precautions. Midtown Smiles ROCKS!

I was told about dental implants and introduce to Midtown smiles I can honestly say their goal is be sure that you are happy when you leave there they told me it was life changing in a cosmetic event I never thought of it like that but my dental experience with them has definitely giving me a beautiful smile and I smile inside my heart thank you so much Midtown smiles thank you to everyone dr.
