I want to share my experience with the Mission Viejo Dental Associates dentistry. I scheduled a consultation appointment with Dr. Kristen Tran. Dr. Tran evaluated my problem {missing two front teeth} and made a treatment plan. I was given different options to create a permanent bridge. The staff was very professional and informative with the procedures that had to done to make a bridge that would satisfy me. Dr. Tran exercised her professional experience and customer satisfaction and I was totally surprised. I would like to thank Dr. Kristen Tran and associates {Doreen, Mag, Sue, Sarah, and Shauna}, what a great team. In conclusion, I would recommend this Dentistry to anyone who wants a friendly , compassionate, and professional dentistry MAHALO!.

(…)This is pretty much the best place to go. Everyone dislikes the dentist but the ladies here are phenomenal and the doctor does not try to scare you into needing work. My teeth are not all healthy and need some real work done. However they know my financial status and they don’t push me into anything unnecessary. I believe they have a dentist, periodontal, and an orthodontist.

Friendly dentists and very knowledgeable. I had (associate doctor) and Dr. Tran work on my teeth and they both are very professional and good at what they do. The front desk was also very helpful in answering my questions. Sue, the receptionist at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dental office if you are in need of a new dentist. Great experience!

This is by far THE best dental practice I’ve been too! They don’t beat around the bush with fancy waiting areas, flat screen TVs over the dental chair thing, or whatever else those high priced practices do. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, the dentists are top notch and take the time to actually talk and explain everything to you. I 100% recommend this place if your looking for a good, decently priced dental practice. If your not worried about costs, come to this place for the service.

Had to come in without an appointment due to an ache I’ve had for 2 days that got worse. They remembered me, which is nice since I’ve only been in twice. They were quite busy but still made me feel welcomed. They took me back within 10-15 minutes and was able to handle my referral to see a specialist right away. I love how efficient they are, and caring too. Went to work the next day without any pain–that’s why I’m so glad I found this office.

(…)I had multiple highly recommended dentists from community members, but actually finding one that was in network for my insurance was so frustrating. I finally had my insurance send me an updated provider list, which is how I found the first one. This time, I searched for one close to work, figuring I’d be going on many lunch hours. I found this office of DDS Kristen Tran, made an appointment and actually prayed this one would be a good one. Every detail of my initial visit was great, easy parking, clean office, friendly staff. I LOVE Dr. Tran & Mags, LOVE. I had my X-rays and confirmed I did need all that work done. Brianna (so sweet) helped me work out my treatment plan that allowed me to maximize covered benefits as wells as use my FSA contributions for the year. I opted to have a filling replaced first, just to see how the whole shot process would go. It was such a positive experience. My next visit was to get my bridge off, do impressions and get my temporary. My biggest fear was in the process of removing my old bridge, one of my two anchor teeth would crack and suddenly, I’d need a root canal. Didn’t happen! Dr. Tran did a great job, I was as relaxed as I could be for this procedure (xanex & earbuds). I can wholeheartedly say my fear and major anxiety of dentists has been cured by coming to this office(…)I actually feel like the ladies in the office could be personal friends. I love going to the dentist! Probably since I’ve never had anything wrong with my teeth. (Knock on wood). This office in particular is my favorite. They are extremely efficient & always make me feel right at home. I’m usually in & out within 30 min. & they do such a great job cleaning my teeth. They make my next 6 month appointment before I leave & always call me about a week before to remind me of the appointment. Thanks MV Dental for making it so easy!!
A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. Kristen Tran graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry (Go Colts!), where she received the degree of dental surgery and graduated clinically at the top of her class. Dr. Tran received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology and psychology from the University of California Irvine. She continues to study cosmetic dentistry to insure that the latest technology is being utilized for our patients’ benefit. Dr. Tran is also Invisalign Certified. She enjoys every opportunity away from work with her beautiful daughter.
