Dr.Zirakzadeh has been our family dentist for more than a decade. We’re very fortunate to have found her since my elderly mother is very picky about her doctors. Dr Z. always has great patience in providing a thorough explanation of the procedures & making patients at ease. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on the current techniques. Her office staff has always been very helpful in assisting us in a variety of situations. It’s very refreshing to see that everyone gets treated like a family member at her office.

I am absolutely terrified of doctors and have been since I was a kid. I’ve always been this way and tend to avoid seeing them unless it’s urgent. Dr. Zee though changed my view on dentists! I decided to try out Dr. Zee for my annual check-up. I can’t say enough good things about my experience! She was friendly, honest and explained everything he was going to do. She explained the condition of my mouth, went over my x-rays with me and explained every part of what the image showed, future dental work that I may need and recommendations to help me take care of my teeth. I didn’t feel like she was pushy at all and she didn’t make me feel as though my questions were dumb. Pretty good overall experience.

I am new in the area so it’s a little nerve-wracking trying to find a new dental place after going to the same dentist for years. I’ve done plenty of my research on dental offices near my apartment and thankfully I came across this one. After my first couple visits here, I must say I am super pleased with the service and hospitality they provide!!! Everyone is super caring and attentive. They actually care about the issues I was having with my teeth and gave me the best possible care I could ask for. I got my teeth cleaned very well, my fillings came out sooo much better than the original ones I got before, and now I have cute braces!!! I have already recommended them to the friends I’ve met here and they are just as excited to have a go-to, reliable dentist as I am!!! Dr. Z is the nicest and sweetest dentist I know. She always explains everything and makes sure you understand it and at the same time, it will not hurt you financially. I found Mission Viejo Family Dentistry off my provider directory and I couldn’t be happier to have gone there. The front office was pleasant and Milly, one of the RDA’s in the back was amazing. She was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She possesses superb customer service skills. She was thorough and attentive and made me feel very well taken care of. She paid close attention to detail, which as a professional is a must if you want to have happy patients returning. I highly recommend this place; please ask for Milly because she’s exceptional!!

She thoroughly explained all my options and helped me to pick the best option and not the most profitable one. She also understood my financial situation and didn’t ask me to pay right away, instead she helped me to make affordable payments (I don’t have the best dental insurance).
