Dr. Matt Mitchell and his excellent staff have had my dental business ever since I arrived in the Valley eight years ago. Just today I came in, almost unannounced, and they repaired a gold crown that had just fallen out. I cannot imagine going elsewhere and I’m not shy about telling my friends, neighbors and colleagues what an outstanding professional practice this is.

I can’t tell you how relieved I was after seeing Dr. Mitchell for a 2nd opinion. Even if it doesn’t work out in the end, I feel so much better knowing I might not have to have such drastic, expensive work done on my teeth. April was the first person I met and she was so nice and very helpful. The office is very easy to get to and all the office staff was so friendly. I will be changing dentists and advising my husband to do the same thing. Even though we live in Cave Creek, it will be worth the drive to have a dentist that I feel so comfortable with . That is so important to me. I grew up being afraid of dentists and even after I was grown I only went to a dentist if I felt comfortable. Dr. Mitchell spent time with me and explained everything and made sure I understood what he was talking about. My son also sees Dr. Mitchell and he is very happy with him. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mitchell.

I’ll start by saying I have been to multiple dentist throughout my life and the experience I had with Dr. Mitchell and the entire staff was amazing!! I have had a large amount of work done on my teeth so finding a good dentist was crucial. From start to finish this office went above and beyond. The receptionist was very knowledgable and easy to talk to, the hygienist was also very detailed and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. You can tell that they have the knowledge and experience which I think is very important. Once I was done with Dr. Mitchell I knew that the least I could do was share my experience with others. Dr. Mitchell takes the time to talk to you and you can tell he cares about his patients. Also you can tell that he is experienced and gives you the best possible care regarding you questions or concerns. Hands down the best dentist I have ever gone to!!! Look forward to my next visit!!! Unfortunately it’s hard to find amazing service these days but Dr. Mitchell and his staff are the exception!!

I have been going to this dental practice for several years and have had a lot of work done. Other offices that I have gone to in the past cannot hold a candle to Mitchell Dental, from Dr Mitchell to his entire staff. They are all kind, helpful, and efficient. They go out of their way to make sure that your experience there is the best that it can be. I feel very lucky to have found Mitchell Dental.

Dr. Mitchell and his staff have attended to my dental needs for over 10 years, I love the service and smiles that come with each visit. They have alerted me to possible issues to watch, without making me feel something needs to be done right now. We are on the same page with my dental care. Love them, keep up the great care.

WOW  from the looks of it, its already been said!  You and your staff made me always feel welcome and like a part of the family.  My experiences come with all the best results.  I enjoy going to the dentist office cause I know its a fun and comfortable place, even if your getting your cleanings or some teeth care….really! I’ve been going here for years. The staff is extremely professional, the office is very clean. I went in today because of a cracked tooth, I was recently furloughed because of Covid 19. I needed a crown, saw the price and was trying to hold back the tears. They adjusted the price and put me on a payment plan, for which I am so grateful.  If you are looking for an awesome dentist, look no further, you will be in very capable/compassionate hands.

I have an irrational fear of the dentist and up until my appointment at Mitchell Dental I never had a positive dental experience and today that changed. I can say whole heartedly that my fears were put at ease, the dentist was kind, informative and cared about making a plan of care that best suited me. His staff went above and beyond to keep me informed with each step and were so kind, they made me feel at home. I can actually say that I look forward to my next visit and would recommend them to anyone!

Civic Center Family Dentistry is definitely the best Dental Office in the area. We moved to North Scottsdale and continue to go to this Office even though it is a longer commute! My wife and I had a hard time finding a good dentist in the area and was very happy when we were recommended from a friend to see Dr. Mitchell. We are very pleased with both the dental hygenist’s (Laurie) and Dr. Mitchell’s professionalism, thoroughness and gentleness. We would recommend this office to all of our friends/family!

Mitchell Dental is amazing! I went in for my first time and they had a little welcome letter for me, and a cute little pink flask as pictured. The doctor is a very nice man, he offered to help me out in ways other dentists wouldn’t before, like removing my Invisalign brackets for free. I’m so grateful to him and their staff. The front desk staff is really sweet too. You can even text them to change around appointments when it’s more convenient, like when I’m working. I love this company! Unfortunately my mandatory training schedule with work prevents me from doing some work with them, and I was forced to find a weekend dentist. But best believe when I’m done with my probationary 90 day training period with work, I’ll be contacting them and keeping Dr. Mitchell as my primary dental care doctor. Thanks so much!
