Customer service is a lost art these days, but it’s alive and well at the Mockaitis Orthodontist office…they are top notch! The staff are always friendly and helpful, answering any and all questions we had. Dr. Reed is so down to earth and relates well with kids (and parents)! Thanks for giving my son such a handsome smile…his self confidence is already soaring and we just left the parking lot!

Dr. Mockaitis and his staff are the best. From the very beginning everyone has been so nice and very helpful with any questions we had. We had seen a prior orthodontist for a consultation and went to Dr. Mockaitis for a second opinion. So glad we did!! Dr. Mockaitis was very knowledgeable about the treatment plan that was needed. Highly recommend, they are the best!!

Dr. Mockaitis explains treatment options well and allows the family to be involved in the decisions so that you get the outcomes you want. He was very caring toward our daughter and us when she had to have some medical testing. He did all he could from the orthodontia side to help us meet the requirements for the tests. In addition to the outstanding results, we are especially appreciative of Dr. Mockaitis as a cordial and caring person!

Dr. Mockaitis and his team took excellent care of all three of my children. We’ve been with the practice since 2012 and we have Dr. Mockaitis to thank for their beautiful smiles and the confidence that has come with them. The office staff is professional and friendly and always willing to help us accommodate our crazy schedule with school and extracurricular activities. Following each visit, we spoke with Dr. Mockaitis or the orthodontic technician about their progress as they finished their appointments. I always appreciated this personal approach to our visits and think this extra care with patients and their families is what make this practice special.

Dr. Mockaitis and his staff are wonderful. They have applied braces to both my boys and their teeth look great. They are friendly, professional and flexible. 15 yr old boys can be a challenge. Initially, they review the treatment plan, cost, and procedure. Both my experiences followed their script to a T. Wonderful folks and a great resource.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Mockaitis and his staff. Myself and my son evacuated to North Carolina after Hurricane Laura and my son needed to complete his course of care for his braces. After hearing our dilemma, Dr. Mockaitis welcomed us with open arms and we are so pleased with his staff and the care that my son received. My family has enjoyed the absolute best experience from Mockaitis Orthodontics from the beginning of my son’s braces journey through today when they were taken off. First, we appreciated having multiple FREE consultation visits with Dr. Mockaitis to determine the right time to add braces for my son. He thoroughly explained the process and reasons why braces were not the proper solution at our very first visit. Another Orthodontist could have easily taken advantage of our eagerness. Secondly, Dr. Mockaitis and his staff are always accommodating. They offer various appointment times during the school year, repaired broken brackets and other emergencies without hesitation and constantly provided orthodontic materials to last from one visit to the next. Lastly, this office provides affordable options for payment. Yes, braces are quite an investment. However, multiple payment plans are provided to find the best fit for your budget. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Dr. Mockaitis and team recognized my strong desire for braces and helped me find an affordable solution to help brighten my smile too. I truly believe that Mockaitis Orthodontist was the BEST choice for my family and will also be the BEST choice for yours!

In 2012, our family started our journey with the Mockaitis Orthodontics family. From the first minute we walked in the office, we immediately felt the warmth and kindness in the atmosphere. My kids are both patients; but you know what? They don’t just get treated like patients; they get treated with the respect, care, compassion, and empathy that family extends to one another. And here’s the thing: This family atmosphere is real. Not one time, have we ever felt that the kindness of Dr. Mockaitis and his staff was forced or “put on.” The staff genuinely and sincerely works to cultivate everyone’s smile from the inside out! Huge nod to professionalism: Truly, there is no telling how many combined years of professional orthodontic experience is within the walls of Mockaitis Orthodontics. EVERY person in the office performs their job as if it’s second nature. But at the same time, they perform their jobs with the detail, care, and attention to the science as if it were their first day on the job. This is a rare combination in the healthcare world. I’m an ER nurse, so I know the hard work it takes to provide excellent patient care with every encounter; but it must be done. It’s not optional. In fact, I can be quite the tough cookie to please when it comes to patient care—especially when it comes to my family. I would not write and sign my name to a five-star review about a healthcare provider that didn’t deserve it. I only have wonderful things to say about Dr. Mockaitis and his staff! My daughter has been his patient since we moved here when she was four. We have been through many different treatments, but she is soon to get her braces off to a beautiful new smile! And my son already has his new smile, and it is dazzling. Dr. Mockaitis is personable and warm and always takes time to explain what is going on with the treatment. And the staff — oh my goodness, they are fantastic! They go out of their way to fit both of my kids in on the same day so we don’t have to make multiple trips. I highly recommend this practice!

Great experience! Dr. Mockaitis did a great job with my son’s teeth! It’s hard to appreciate the knowledge and education Doctors have to have to know how to properly straighten and align teeth and allow for adequate spacing, etc…but it is amazing!!! Seeing my child’s smile before and after braces —-is priceless!!! I am so proud of the outcome. Also, I appreciate the staff at Dr Mockaitis’ office.. they are easy to work with and sincerely care about each patient. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you TEAM MOCKAITIS!!!

Dr. Mockaitis came highly recommended from my own father who had practiced dentistry for 45 years. So, this is saying a lot! But, Dr. Mockaitis and his staff did not disappoint. Throughout our experience, they were thorough, patient, answered all of our questions, flexible and kind. And, now my daughter has a perfect smile. We are so thankful for them and you will not be disappointed.

Mockaitis Orthodontics is such an amazing place with such an amazing staff. They explain everything they’re doing step by step so you know what’s going on. Everyone is so polite and they’re going to do what’s best to make sure your teeth turn out perfect. I’ve had braces twice (when I was younger in Ga) and I love the way my teeth turned out this time with Dr. Mockaitis. Mockaitis Orthodontics has completed orthodontics treatment on 3 of my 4 girls. My 4th daughter just had her braces put on this week. Mockaitis Orthodontics has provided excellent care to my daughters. The outcomes were beautiful and functional. The location in uptown Shelby is convenient for all of the county middle and high schools. Hours are convenient, with before and after school hours possible. Being a dentist, I can recognize quality, and quick fixes in orthodontics aren’t possible. Dr. Mockaitis won’t compromise on quality, or say it’s done when it isn’t. Dr. Mockaitis had won the best orthodontist in Cleveland county award, and it is deserved.

I could not recommend Dr. Mockaitis more! The office staff was fantastic and Dr. Mockaitis’s demeanor with our nine-year-old son was amazing. He made him feel at ease the entire time and did a great job of thoroughly explaining everything to all of us. Couldn’t imagine a better experience at an orthodontist!

We are extremely happy with the service we received and are still receiving at Mockaitis Orthodontics! Everyone is nice and you can tell that they genuinely care about your child. Right before our oldest son was suppose to get his braces off, he took a very hard hit to the head during a football game and suffered from a broken jaw. Dr. Mockaitis and his staff were very helpful by assisting us in finding an oral surgeon to take care of his jaw. They also called to check on him during the two weeks his mouth was wired shut. Once he was healed, Dr. Mockaitis made sure everything was still in the proper position before he would remove the braces. He’s had his braces off for a little over a month now and his teeth are beautiful. My husband and I could not have asked for a better orthodontics for our two sons. We highly recommend Mockaitis Orthodontics!

Our experience @ Mockaitis Orthodontics has been fantastic! Customer service at this office cannot be beat! I have not had one unfavorable experience since our initial visit with the treatment plan. They are amazing! Scheduling is a breeze and visits are on time and efficient. Everyone is always pleasant and warm. They are always prompt, kind, welcoming, & willing to answer any questions. The care that patients receive is top notch. Dr. Reed makes wearing braces fun for adults & children. I highly recommend to all of our friends! DR. REED YOU ROCK!

As an adult patient my opinion is even more personal than when my two sons had orthodontic treatments many years ago. From the first call I made for the consultation to the recent appointment when my braces were removed, I was always treated with warmth, smiles, and a professional caring staff that strives to make the patient experience a priority. Dr Mockaitis and his staff exemplify a true team approach working together for the best for the patient! My son recently went for his first orthodontist visit with Dr. Mockaitis. We had the best experience with all of the staff. Dr. Mockaitis had the best bedside manner with my son, Branson. He really took the time to get to know him. I truly appreciated that as a mom. . We are so excited that we will begin Branson’s braces journey with Mockaitis Orthodontics.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Mockaitis and his staff! As an adult who had braces in my teens, I was nervous to have to go through the whole process again. Due to a shift in my teeth that caused a painful overbite, I had no other choice. However, Dr. Mockaitis was extremely helpful in explaining what caused the overbite, how he could correct it, and how to prevent it from happening again. The whole process was much more smooth than I anticipated, and I’m now left with a once again perfectly straight (and pain free) smile! The staff and assistants were always so friendly, and they were great about getting you in and out as soon as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Mockaitis and Mockaitis Orthodontics!
