My first visit was a 5-Star experience. Upon my arrival, the receptionist was kind and courteous, greeted me with a smile and offered me coffee, tea, chilled and room temp water. The best thing about my first visit was how thorough the dentist, Jeff, was about my options and the fact that he got right to the situation (reason) that I came for (impacted tooth) and didn’t try to tell me how I needed a “deep cleaning” and all the other stuff that I realize I will eventually need… but the dentist dealt directly with my concern first and seemed completely honest in his assessment. After dentist left, receptionist came in and gave me price breakdowns of all my options. Was very knowledgeable about my insurance and everything else that goes with the dental experience. I’ll be recommending My Time Dental to my family and all my friends and co-workers. Excellent experience.

Very nice front desk atmosphere Assistant was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful Doctors toolmaker the time I needed to get all my questions answered and was very understanding Great place I had my surgery on 11-11-20 and the atmosphere with the team was very nice and they generally cared for my well-being threw out the day. Had checkup 2 days later and all is good. Not much pain with a great meds plan ahead of the surgery. Discomfort is normal and that was to be expected. I can just say I would send my friends there and I am sure they would feel the same way I do. I felt taken care of

After having a horrific experience at another dentist I finally got the nerve to go to My Time Dental Center. WoW!! What a relief,the tension left me as soon a I entered. What a great staff. No waiting, everything was right on time, it was all explained, no rush or pushing out the door. I have extensive work to be done and it will all be done here. I’m also having my sister come here. Can’t say enough good things..

Fantastic experience! I am one who DREADS the dentist. The staff were excellent from the minute I walked in, the doctor was personable and professional and most importantly the procedure was painless. They really made me comfortable from beginning to end. If you’re one who gets anxiety just thinking about seeing the dentist, this place is for you!

The whole staff here is amazing. They are very caring and make sure you feel very comfortable. Dr.Schmelter and his wife have made me so comfortable even when I’m anxious and they provide you with anything you need to make you feel relaxed and at ease. They are seriously the best and I will be referring my family, friends, and even strangers to them!

I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. The entire staff is extremely helpful and informative. Dr. Schmelter and his staff Maryanne, Deirdre, and Ashley really take the time to explain each procedure and root causes of dental issues, which I appreciate. I really felt educated on the importance of dental health after visiting MyTime. I look forward to having them as my new dental home.

First of all I want to say that I am terrified of dentist! I learned about Dr. Jeffreys office through a friend. I visited due to pain and was so nervous to go but when I got there I could feel the comfort and compassion they offered. The whole staff was so patient with me and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. My experience there was the first ever now I am excited to go Back for my treatment because they are not only the dentist office they are my friends. They really do care about you. I also feel I am in great hands. They even sent me home with a care package for the day of my dental procedure. My heart feels good going to there office knowing they care and they are aware of my fear of dentist. Dr. Jeffery was so nice, he listened to my concerns, explained everything I needed to have done. He didn’t pressure me nor made me feel scared at all. His time was my time and I could tell how much a caring person he is. I definitely recommend my time dental to everyone. The whole office staff is as wonderful as dr. Jeffrey. Definitely won’t find any Other office like them. Thankful so much, know I can get the work done I need without the scared feeling.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in 20 years. Ya, I know… So I really needed someone who was experienced and I felt 100% comfortable with. My experience with Dr Schmelter was the best! Not only did he and his team do an amazing job on my dental work, but the atmosphere was extremely comfortable, professional and even came with quite a few laughs and some great classic rock music here and there :). Not your typical dental office! Highly recommend this place for any dental needs!

First id like to start of by saying how amazing and lovely the staff was from when I arrived till I was out the door and even after that! I came in for a cleaning and to review my options on how to better my smile. I initially asked for veneers as that seemed to be the best resolution for me. However, Dr Schmelter and the hygienist had different opinions and approach to my smile concerns which im not mad about one bit nor were my pockets. Both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns at no hesitation. Any other dental place could have agreed with me an taken my money easily! I cannot wait till I complete my treatments. I will definitely continue to follow up here at My Time Dental and recommend the place to anyone looking for an amazing dentist!

I’ve know Jeff for 3 years. He is professional, kind and extremely caring when it come to dealing with his patients. He is constantly furthering his education so he can be up to date with the latest procedures.
