Yes, they are really great with the orthodontics etc and the staff is always very sweet. But just as importantly, I gotta say – Nantz has the BEST waiting room! Tastefully decorated, truly comfortable chairs & couches with throw pillows, coffee bar & water, and the best array of magazines! Plus computer games for the kids. I’m literally bummed at how quickly they take care of my kiddos’ tightenings (and it’s always zippy) because how often do moms get to just sit & read Southern Living & drink a cup of tea without anyone bugging us?? Thanks y’all!! Psst – The only thing better would be to add snacks, and real creamers 🙂

Dr. Nantz is just wonderful. He is patient, caring, calm, and really easy to talk to. His entire office staff is just delightful. Everyone is so kind and accommodating and make my daughter feel comfortable. They also really work with your insurance and they take a lot of insurances which really helps save you money. I can’t recommend their practice enough. I also like that they are conservative and don’t push braces early. We are waiting on my other daughter because she doesn’t need anything pre work. So thankful she will get braces one time when she really needs them.

I have had a wonderful experience with Nantz Orthodontics so far. The entire staff is so friendly and they seem genuinely happy to be there. I was debating between choosing Dr. Nantz or another orthodontist. The deal breaker was 1)The approach in which the financial explanation was provided and 2)Dr. Nantz’s approach to not extract permanent teeth if it was even slightly possible that they could be saved. Back story: I had two quotes, one from Dr. Nantz’s and another from a very good Orthodontist. However, Anna, the treatment coordinator, was so kind and nice, and answered every single question I had about the finances (and it was a LOT!) with patience and grace. I never felt pressured, and was never made to feel dumb. Regarding the extraction, my 70 yr old father is having trouble keeping his teeth in, so the fact that Dr. Nantz wanted to approach extraction more conservatively was also great news. To put the icing on the cake, I recently went to get my teeth cleaned at another location and learned the treatment coordinator there was the former TC for Dr. Nantz as well. She raved about him and said she is currently in treatment with him as well with her own set of braces! Even though by that time I had already committed to Dr. Nantz, this was further confirmation that we chose correctly. And we haven’t even started treatment yet! I am really looking forward to getting to know Dr. Nantz and his staff as we enter our 2 year treatment!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Nantz and his whole staff! My son went through the whole process and we loved them so much that now my daughter is going through it. She had braces put on yesterday. She was having so much trouble eating and so we popped in today, without an appointment, to see if someone could spend 5 minutes with her to help her with the eating issues. So thankful for this ortho doctor and team of professionals. We recently moved from Oregon to Texas. My daughter needed her braces off badly. Because of covid she had to keep her braces on longer than necssary. When I called Nantz they listened to my problem and offered a solution. They removed her braces and provided her with a retainer. Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. I recommend their services to anyone needing ortho assistance.

Throughly enjoyed working with Dr Nantz and team. There is a good balance of rules to follow for each stage of the procedure and keeping it light hearted and friendly. The scheduling team has always been great accommodating the school needs. I would have liked a better after hours calling system but I needed it very infrequently. We have had the bet experience at Dr. Nantz’s office! We went to other consultations and left feeling like they had to sell us the braces to make a “quota”. We never felt that way with Nantz. Every appointment was pleasurable and they got to know my daughter and would remember things about her from one appointment to the next. We always left there feeling so welcomed. All appointments we went to over the past 2 years, we never waited to be called back…….they are always on time! My daughter loved the Nantz Nickels program. She would earn points for good hygiene and being on time as well as earning A’s and B’s in school. She redeemed the point for iTunes gift cards as well as many other things. My experience with the office of Dr. Nantz was a great one. I walked into a beautiful, high tech, and inviting office. There was a friendly, professional, and informative staff there to greet me. I felt comfortable with everybody I spoke to throughout the visit from the person behind the front desk to Dr. Nantz. I went to Natnz Orthodontics to have my teeth straightened. I waited too long to remove my wisdom teeth and so I have a lot of crowding going on. I’ll be doing an 18 month Invisalign treatment, seems like a long time, but I’m excited to see my smile slowly change into the beautiful smile I’ve always wanted. Hopefully I get what I want. I’ll comment on this post when 18 months has passed and let you know if Dr. Nantz is a smile artist. (:

My daughter and I always enjoy seeing Dr.Natz and his awesome staff. They are all so kind and professional. On top of that the office always has something fun going on. We recently signed up to join them for a movie appreciation day. We were referred and loved them so much from our consultation that we decided they are worth driving from North Austin. Dr. Nantz listened to my concerns and fixed my teeth after the last orthodontist messed them up, so for that I’ll be eternally thankful. I’ve had my permanent retainer for almost a decade and never have any problems. He does quality work and his staff are the best, very welcoming and nice. Dr. Nantz and his team are awesome! I originally came in for a 2nd opinion for Invisalign. My general dentist told me that I need one for medical (not aesthetic) reasons, and I figured that if I were to get one, I’d rather get it done by an orthodontist instead of general dentist. Great, great decision! He’s in network for me and has stellar Yelp reviews, so I figured I’d try coming in since a consult is free anyways. From the beginning to the end of my appointment, everyone was so helpful, kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help me with the process. I got scheduled in the next day for a consult, and walked out of the office within an hour – imaging, x-rays, all done (none of those gummy impressions that make you gag – they use an iTero scanner)! Given that my dentist appointments generally take close to 2 hours, Nantz Ortho is pretty awesome I’d say 🙂 I’ll be starting my treatment soon. Not excited about having something in my mouth again esp. after braces treatment that failed me (dang it!), but I’m confident that I’m in good hands with Dr. Nantz. A big plus is that they’re contracted with my insurance, so the cost ends up being cheaper than having my general dentist do it – yay! All in all, I’m super glad that I went to Nantz Ortho.

It’s finally over! After more than a year, my braces came off yesterday! My teeth look great and it is SO NICE to be able to eat without having to worry about “stuff” getting caught in the metal! Entire staff applauded me after removal, and I also got a nice goody bag (including some popcorn–which I have studiously avoided). I have one more visit to get my retainer (so my teeth don’t march apart again!). I’ll miss the warm smiles and happy faces and friendliness of the staff (though I won’t–admittedly–miss the braces themselves!). The idea of braces is a “one-time” idea. You don’t keep going back to the orthodontist after you are done with your treatment (unlike your regular dentist or family care practitioner, etc.). So it is basically “good-bye” to those who have been a more-than-monthly part of your life for over a year. To those of you at Nantz Orthodontics, my “good bye” is with a BIG smile (with straight lower teeth!) and BIG thanks for making the process so palatable. To anyone considering or needing braces, factor in the HUMAN side of the equation, too, and recognize that the staff at Nantz Orthodontics really care about you and won’t make braces ENJOYABLE but will make them TOLERABLE! Check them out. You’ll be glad you did–just as I am glad I did!

You could not ask for a better team to work on your chompers. Their treatment plans are thorough yet quick . The financing options are so easy I don’t know why I ever waited so long to get braces. The office is modern and they offer all the incentive programs/tools to keep you coming back along with referring your friends. Regarding the staff: Jennifer (Front Desk) will brighten up your day when greeting you. She works with my schedule when things change at the last minute. Dr. Nantz (Ortho) is straight forward and as easy to talk to as your best friend. The man has a heart of gold. Angela is an angel and so friendly to chat with. She makes wiring, bracing, and the procedure seem so easy you don’t even realize your done b/c of the fun conversations. Sarah is pleasure to work with. I had a complicated case and it took 7 years to correct my teeth (I knew going in that it would take about this long). My youngest is now in braces and faces a very long treatment. Professional, friendly, and clean! Had my braces done several years back and after a few years one of the bonding glue came off. They were able to fix it very quickly. The ladies in this office are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and welcoming as well as educational. This was seriously some of the best customer service that I have ever had in my life. I decided to get braces and faced the obstacle of which dental insurance company to decide on, and there were so many things that I just didn’t know. I read that Dr. Nantz was in my network and called for just some basic info. Ms. Jennifer went completely ABOVE and beyond to help me out, practically feeding me the questions to ask and giving me her e-mail for any further questions I had for her before making my decision. (And Mind you, I was not even yet a customer of theirs at this point!) After deciding on the insurance, of course it was a no-brainer that, after reading all the great reviews and speaking with Jennifer, I would choose this office for my ortho work. And let me tell you, they did not let me down. In fact, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Not only was Jennifer super friendly and helpful both on the phone and off the phone in person, but Ms. Anna was SUPER informative during the meeting to make sure I was aware of every little detail before deciding on traditional braces verses Invisalign. The tech was also friendly and professional while taking the x-ray pictures and did a good job answering my questions I drilled her with. But let’s go back to Anna. Wow. That’s all I can say. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative that I can’t even describe how helpful it was for someone that did not know what to expect. I was already having some anxiety about (a) being in the orthodontist office in the first place, and (b) getting braces on my teeth. But with Anna, she completely and totally reassured me that everything was fine with the way she described the process and every little detail about what I would be experiencing before, during, and after getting braces and she answered every one of my questions with professionalism and experience. She was also very nice and funny too, which helped put me at ease the moment I stepped in her office. Dr. Nantz was very nice and easy to talk to, ready for all my questions and concerns. And I had many, even though I had done my own homework. He was also specific in his observations of the x-ray pictures and recommendations. He helped to thoroughly answer all the questions that I had as well and reassured me that I wasn’t as “broken” and helpless and I thought I was with my smile and that it could not only be fixed but corrected in the rotations and spacing and that I would even be able to continue to train with a specialized mouthpiece. You can also tell in the passion and pride that everyone in this office takes in their work that they really Love what they are doing, are well-trained, educated and professional, and they want to HELP you to make the best decision for you and not for their them. I couldn’t possibly imagine going anywhere else for any dental or orthodontic needs, from beginning to end. This is the most professional, experienced and friendly orthodontic office in town and I cannot recommend them enough, genuinely.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Nantz and his team! Professional, funny, punctual, and exacting, everything you want in a doctor. As a dentist, I know a lot about orthodontia and I can say with absolute confidence that you will not find a better orthodontist. My daughter’s smile is gorgeous! With adolescent orthodontia there are many concerns including the development of the jaw and mid face as well as trauma to developing roots from moving the teeth to fast. All reasons for using a specialist for adolescent braces. Dr. Nantz is the best!

I love Dr. Nantz and his team! Having had braces as a teenager I never dreamed that I would be dealing adult orthodontic issues. However, here I am in my 30’s with Invisalign. Making an appointment was super easy. I didn’t even think I had orthodontic coverage through my dental insurance (this is what I was told at another office). Dr. Nantz’s office was able to help me understand and secure my insurance benefits. They explained exactly how it worked. My appointments are painless, quick, safe, and professional. I feel safe at my appointments even in the time of Covid. When I arrive I text to let them know that I am there. They text me back when it’s my turn to come up. I never wait in the waiting area with others. I cannot recommend Dr. Nantz enough. His team is the sweetest and most helpful.
