I’m a 55 year old Army Vet and I have been to many Dentists in my life. And for the first time I found the best! Today I had 4 fillings done at the Nashville Smile Team office, Doctor Kristin Rushing was my Doctor. and she was wonderful in every-way.. I’m so glad I found this dentist! They are in touch with the 21st century and have state of the art technology. And the staff are warm, comforting and professional. When your here you are treated like you are family you feel and know you will be taking care of you even hear it in there voices. You will feel relaxed because Dr. Rushing and her team are passionate about the work you need done, and passionate about doing it right. Highly recommend 5 out of 5 stars from me!

I have had some horrific dental experiences in the past (unnecessary procedures and dropping out of network and not telling me until all 6 family members had cleaning, x-rays and fillings). Needless to say, my trust meter was on “0”! It is so refreshing to find Dr. Rushing! She does excellent work, her hygienist is thorough and gentle and her office staff is careful to make sure that my insurance will cover procedures BEFORE they are done. Not to mention, her new office is beautiful! I give her a 5++++!!!

I will never go to another dentist again!!! Dr. Rushing and her team are the absolute BEST. My body literally panics at the thought of going to the dentist. I was extremely comfortable at my appointment, and everyone was so friendly. When I scheduled my appointment, I had some issues with insurance. Yvonne, the patient coordinator, spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone trying to help me and communicate with my insurance company. Throughout the process she was so kind, and she genuinely wanted to make sure I understood what my costs would be. Once I got in the office, Cynthia cleaned my teeth. As she was cleaning and inspecting, she explained everything she found and gave me tips. It felt good to know what she was doing along the way. At other dentists, they clean your teeth and don’t say much until the dentist comes in. However, that was not the case here. Dr. Rushing was awesome as well. I explained my anxiety, and she made sure she did all she could do to make me comfortable. I searched and searched for a dentist that was good with dental anxiety before I came across this office. if you panic about going like I do, schedule your appointment with Dr. Rushing. I PROMISE you will not regret it!

I just switched from another dentist to Dr. Rushing. My only regret is that I didn’t switch much sooner. I was told by my other dentist that I needed major dental work totaling thousands and thousands of dollars. Dr. Rushing gave me another option that was able to totally fix my issue in about 10 painless minutes for under 100 bucks. Talk about relief! She was super nice and patiently explained all my options and everything she was doing while she worked. Also, she told me about water flossers.. which just changed my life. Thank you!!!

I’ve never had such a great experience at a dentist’s office like I have at the Nashville Smile team. The whole team is very warm and welcoming and I know that I’m in good hands there. They are always so kind and they also work really well with insurance. They make your experience as comfortable as possible and they even have a tv you can watch while you’re getting your teeth cleaned (and a massage chair!) They are in a brand new office which is VERY nice and They really care about their patients!! I’ve been going to them for 3-4+ years now. I love Nashville Smile Team and recommend them to all of my friends and family!

After so many different dentists, I’ve finally found a place I feel confident, comfortable and excited about the future of my smile! Struggled for many years with bad dental work and from the front office administrative team, dental assistants and of course Dr. Rushing have been nothing but amazing,hopeful and positive. Also have struggled with dental insurance and how it doesn’t cover much, their loyalty program gives you the opportunity to save money and the referral program is a bonus!

We love Dr. Rushing and the whole team! You really know they care about your well-being. And, I think it’s very note worthy that they are involved in the community they serve. Had dental surgery yesterday and felt cared for and comforted. Dr. Rushing called to make sure I was doing ok. Also offered her number in case I needed her.

Before I give my recommendation, there may be value in saying that in my early careers I was a dental assistant, a dental office manager, a dental hygienist, and then became a teacher of dental radiology and clinical… So I feel qualified in saying: this is an extremely well-run dental office with state-of-the-art technology, personalities and techniques that are way above many/most I’ve seen in my careers. You can choose this dental office with complete confidence for yourself/your family/your friends.

Well, my biggest fear in life is simply walking into a dentist office! I was incredibly surprised when the warmth and kindness by the staff had such a calming affect on me. And Dr. Rushing was wonderful. I have a lot of dental/implants work that must be done. She was great I explaining the precise work and cost of each stage of my procedures. I sincerely appreciated that information as it gave me a thorough understanding of what was going on. After 1 appointment, this is the only dentist i need. Highly recommend!!!!!

If you’re looking for a new dentist, congrats you found her. The Smile Center is for you, the staff is kind & comfortable. They care about you as a person & patient. I’ve never had a dentist as great as Dr. Rushing, she is kind & beautiful. This is coming from a patient with a lot of dental needs and hesitant on judgement. So in that fact, know you can rely on this team, they’ve got your back.
