Dr Neal is a wonderful Dentist! He’s very kind and extremely honest. He is precise and gentle with an eye for perfection. He is truly talented at his craft. He always takes the time to listen and he really cares about what you have to say. He will go out of his way to make sure you are absolutely thrilled with the work he’s done. He is all about creating the smile “you” want. Unlike many Dentist’s, Dr Neal will give you options. You will always be in control over what work you want done and he is very respectful of your decisions. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr Neal, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Neal is a great dentist. They never seem to overbook, so the three times I’ve been I didn’t have to wait at all. Mercedes is delightful and does a very thorough and delicate cleaning. I ended up in a weird situation with my insurance company, and Dr. Neal was very supportive in working with them to get it handled. I hope I don’t have to go back any time soon, but you should feel confident choosing Neal Dental Group!

In the days before leaving for an overseas vacation, found myself in urgent need of a crown for a cracked molar, and Dr. Neal was most accommodating in making time for me to get a crown in a single visit, in just a couple of hours, utilizing state-of-the-art imaging and fabricating techniques. I cracked a crown last week and went to Dr. Neal to get it fixed. Within two hours, he had the old crown off, a new crown made, matched, and fitted perfectly to my bite. They even let me watch the crown being made on the Cerec machine and stepped me through the process. Extremely cool, and very high tech. Could not have been easier, painless and an all around excellent experience. I also get my teeth cleaned here and they do an awesome job!

Dr. Neal has been my dentist for almost ten years now. He and his staff are top notch. If you are looking for a professional facility that also has an incredible bed side manner – this is the place for you. I’ve had to call on a weekend with a problem and Dr. Neal was as nice and concerned on a Saturday morning as he would be on a Tuesday afternoon. The dental hygienist, Mercedes, is the most competent, friendly, detail oriented practitioner I have ever been to. They even have a really great program for those of us that don’t have dental insurance. Tl/dr Very caring place that plays great music and listens to your concerns! I’m a patient for life!

I have been very pleased with my dental care with Dr. Neal. He is extremely knowledgeable and strives for perfection in his work while also being very caring, personable and gentle. His chair side assistant Angela is also very accommodating and professional. Also, I am a dentist myself and can attest to the high quality of dental care that you receive in his office. I drive over an hour to see him and could go to many other dentists that were closer, but I don’t. Dr. Neal is awesome!

I have been seeing Dr. Neal for about 2 years now. He is an excellent dentist. Dr. Neal is very informative and knows what he is doing . His staff is also very friendly and knowledgable. I had to have a tooth pulled for the first time today and I was extemely scared. He made it seem like a breeze and had me in and out of there within the hour and that included having my teeth cleaned. Dr. Neal was amazing. He’s very down to earth, not pushy at all, and helpful in allowing me to walk through my final decision with his input. His front desk staff was super cool – even when I screwed up on my appointment time. They didn’t have to be. They just were. This was my first visit and I’m a convert. After implants and a questionable job of the setting of my bridge by my last dentist, Dr. Neal came with suggestions and solutions and they ran my insurance for me – which is the most amazing thing ever at a dentist. I am very pleased with them so far.

Just started going to Dr Neal a month ago and . I just wanted to say Awesome dentist! Got a bridge and did everything right there. really happy with work. Brought my kid there and was an hour late, he still squeezed her in and did everything. Everyone there is super kind. And while I was waiting on kid mentioned to receptionist that I was looking for a refrigerator and she got on line and showed me great places to find great deals, so ended up getting a fridge later that day. Thank you. I highly recommend this place.

The staff here is amazing! They informed me of all my benefits and what I would have to pay up front. I got my teeth cleaned by Kelsey and she was gentle and soothing. I actually fell asleep during my cleaning, which was nice. Dr. Neal was quick and professional. I didn’t feel like he was trying to take advantage of me like so many dentists have tried to do before. I am coming back here every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned!

We tried several dentists before someone referred us to Dr. Neal. It’s hard to find a dentist that isn’t drill happy wanting to drill random holes and put a filling in every tooth. He is very conservative which is what we look for in a dentist. He has an in house dental plan and checkups for our family of 5 only came to $200!

Thank you Neal Dental Group! You make us smile… with nicer smiles 🙂 Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Affordable too. These guys do it all. We are happy to find a place that can handle our dental care, oral surgery needs, and Orthodontics, using state of the art equipment in a smartly decorated, accommodating office. We felt very welcome and cared for by the entire staff, including Dr. Neal. Being a gifted doctor would probably be enough but Dr. Neal is an excellent communicator and knows how to build a great team around him, and is just a genuinely nice guy. We’re driving 2 hours to get there, because they’re worth it!

Always a great experience with Dr. Neal. He is kind and courteous, not to mention quick! I’ve never really liked a dentist before, but Dr. Neal’s office comfortable and he does a great job. You can tell he really cares about his patients. For example, I chipped a tooth and called in tears and they saw me first thing the next morning. He was able to fix the chipped tooth with a filling (one of my top front teeth) and I was shocked because I expected to have to get a crown or something expensive. It looks amazing and you can’t even tell it was ever chipped. So thankful for Dr. Neal. I refer everyone to him!

The entire staff at Neal dental group are very courteous and professional. It’s not easy to find a good dentist, but with Dr. Neal you are in good hands. Very short wait time, extremely warm and courteous staff. Easy online portal to do paperwork ahead of time. Really beautiful, well-decorated office with pleasant atmosphere. Their team was thorough, but quick. The doctor was honest and patient to hear my concerns; he had many opportunities to push other procedures or products on me concerning my dental issue, but actually offered simpler alternatives and left it at that. Completely in love with this dentist, already scheduled my next cleaning and recommended to my loved ones. I’ve been to both really bad and good dentists, I’m smitten on Dr. Neal and his team!
