I have been going to Dr. Nelson in the Frisco location for many years. If this can be said of going to the dentist, I always have an pleasant as can be visit with Dr. Nelson and his staff. Never at any time have I had to wait an extended length of time in the waiting room. The hygienists are always very thorough and do a quick cleaning. Dr. Nelson is a treasure to talk to and I am very pleased with all he has done for me, my teeth, an my smile!

About a year and half ago our Dentist for eon years retired *we were driving about 45 miles each way for our dental visits. I had an occasion on a Friday where I needed an urgent appointment and was able to see Dr. Nelson. I was very impressed with both Dr. Nelson and his staff, and my husband and I immediately thought of Dr. Nelson. We have been seeing him since, and since my husband is a very senior citizen with health issues we could not be more pleased. I would recommend Dr. Nelson in a heartbeat.

Dr, Nelson always spends time with you and never feel rushed. I have been on a maintenance schedule changing fillings and generally dentistry and my teeth have never looked better! The dental hygienist is excellent and preformed great service. The dentist was friendly, and made an appropriate evaluation of my teeth. I wish that dentists would offer eco-friendly alternatives to the standard toothbrush/toothpaste/floss parting gifts. My boys and I are all patients of Dr. Nelson. My boys are always ready to go in for a cleaning and so am I. The staff is so caring and explain every step involved with cleaning and x-rays so my children know exactly what to expect. I needed two implants and Dr. Nelson recommended a fantastic specialist and then Dr Nelson took care of my two new “teeth.” Now I can really enjoy eating without pain! The front office staff is also very willing to work with your schedule and make sure that we keep up with routine cleanings. My eldest son requested a letter describing his regular dental program for a Boy Scout merit badge and Nelson and Associates had it ready to pick up the same afternoon. I recommend Nelson and Associates to everyone who asks for a fantastic dentist in the McKinney area

Today was my first visit to Dr. Nelson, and I was dreading visiting a new dentist. The office staff made me feel welcome and Dr. Nelson was great. He gave my problem a good deal of thought which he discussed with me. He also discussed the cost aspect of the treatment which I appreciated. He nor his hygienist hinted any criticism to me because I had not had my teeth cleaned in two years. Dr. Nelson was straightforward with his recommendation and did not try to convince me I needed something I did not want. I am making an appointment for my husband next for a cleaning.

Dr. Nelson is the absolute best! I moved to Houston a few years ago, and I will still wait until the holidays when I visit the family to schedule my routine cleanings. I had a routine cleaning and a whitening treatment. I also had bleaching trays made. The trays were ready in two days which was great. The staff was very helpful with their instructions. I have very sensitive teeth to cold so I was given a fluoride paste to use after bleaching. It has worked well and I have been happy with the bleaching.
