I went in for a cavity I knew I had but I had postponed treatment forever because I hate going to the dentist. Dr. Adames totally put me at ease, she took X-rays and showed me I had four cavities not just one! Then my anxiety came back and she reassured me again, I felt she was very professional and knew what she was doing. She numbed three quadrants of my mouth so that at least I could chew with one side of my mouth and then had me come back another time to do the last cavity. She never pressured me to do it all at once and she didn’t upsell me at all. She was kind, patient and overall, she knows her stuff! That’s what made me really feel better. I would recommend her to everyone. I sent my kids to her now and they don’t even need me in the room with them.

I am the worst baby when it comes to dental work. I can handle tattoos all day, but something about dental work literally makes my lips quiver. I was upfront and honest about this with my dental assistant Belle and she shared this with Dr. Adames. Both were extra kind and sympathetic to my nerves. I truly appreciated their kindness. I also appreciate Dr. Adames telling me straight to the point the problems I needed to resolve with my teeth without trying to gouge my wallet. I always leave thanking the staff and unfortunately, due to my own actions I have had to pay many visits, but they make each of them pleasant. The assistant in front Perla placed a scented calming oil in my room as I did not have a ride to accept sedation. This helped calm me and make my visit that much more pleasant. Thank you all for giving me a dental office I can actually call home.

Dr. Renetta Adames, DDS at Newport Smiles Dental Spa prepping my tooth for a temporary crown. I am the biggest baby and can’t handle pain. I felt NO pain whatsoever. I just LOVE this place! I hate going to a regular dentist. This place looks so classy, it’s actually a dental spa, so you get exactly what you would expect-better treatment! When I met Dr. Adames, I wasn’t sure if she would be good or not and you never know until they get in there. She was EXCELLENT. She’s thorough and knows her stuff. She let me know up front what to expect, what the charges will be and then we decided together what I could do now and what I could hold off on. I like that she respected my situation and wasn’t pushy or looking at me like why don’t I care for my teeth any better! I’ll definitely come back and use her as my regular/established dentist.

I just had a lot of work done to cleanup decades old work. While the dentist is not where I wanted to be, my experience with (…)Dr. Adames was great. And her staff Sumer and Shelly are equally good. I decided to combine several procedures into one visit, so I was in the chair for 4 hours. (This was actually my second 4 hour visit to work on the left side of my mouth. Dr. Adames worked on the right side 2 weeks ago.) It could have been bad on that basis alone, but Dr. Adames and staff knew what they were doing, moved steadily through the procedures, all the while making sure I was as comfortable as possible. So I’m happy. My new crowns fit well with no bite issues and I can look forward to a more healthy mouth(…).

I have been going to Dr. Adames for over 10 years. My trust on her is incomparable. I had lots of problems on my teeth including crowns, feeling, veneers, you name it! Also I have always being very nervous over dental treatment but with her knowledge, expertise and care she helps me feel better and control my anxiety(…). I am really happy with the high quality of treatment I receive in my mouth.
During her diagnose and treatment explanations I never felt pressured into doing anything I didn’t want done on my teeth. I was always offered options and time to decide how to proceed. Her prices are very fair and the staff is amazingly kind. The girls are always comforting and sometimes even funny.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest dentist.

I have now gone to this office for a year. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The Dr is the best and I have had a lot of work done. The best part was I was never in any pain the entire time I was there! I recently went back for a cleaning and then followed up with a deep bleaching. My teeth have never been better and now with the bleaching the best looking I have ever had!
