My daughter started her treatment with Dr. Barnard and had a great experience. She started with Invisalign. She was horrible about wearing them and even left them in her car to melt. I felt like the office was more than fair about getting her back on track and eventually encouraged her to try braces instead. She sees Dr. Nia Jones now and always sounds so excited after her appointments. Dr. Jones and the staff talk and joke with her and she absolutely loves going to the orthodontist. (Unheard of- I know) She could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend either Orthodontist at this office for an outstanding experience.

Dr. Jones and her staff are amazing. I’ve never met an orthodontist who is legit, so excited to work on teeth. When we first met with Dr. Jones I was so impressed with her thorough explanation of our options and the fact that she took so much time explaining them to me and my daughter. By the time we left her office my daughter went from scared and upset about braces/expander to just as excited as Dr. Jones was! Dr. Jones has such a caring and positive energy about her, my daughter never complains when we have to go. Would highly recommend her ! Also have to mention how impressed I was with their office when COVID hit. They were up and running with an impressive electronic check in process, virtual consultation, and a protocol that made me feel safe! During COVID they had just the patients go in and then if the staff needed to talk to me THEY CAME OUT TO MY CAR! I was so impressed!!!

Dr. Jones and her team are fantastic. My orthodontic needs we’re not easy and I had some specific ways I wanted treatment to happen. They listened to my needs, my concerns and my past experiences to come up with the right plan for me. I am now 20 months into the process and I couldn’t be happier. I have made great progress without having too much disruption to my smile or the way I have to eat. The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly and great and determining the needs of the individual. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones.

Dr. Jones is a miracle worker, to say the least. I walked in with not just one but four impacted teeth! From the first consultation to my last appointment Dr. Jones and the incredible ladies have been AMAZING! She went above and beyond and took the time to make sure they were perfect! Dr. Jones is a terrific, skilled, board-certified orthodontist. She takes pride in her work to make your smile and bite perfect. She and her staff are great for adults. You always feel welcome. Getting Invisalign from a dentist is a risk if they are not trained in orthodontics. I ended up with bite alignment problems that my dentist created and Dr. Jones had to fix. Skip the dentist and go straight to a board-certified orthodontist if you want a beautiful and functional smile.

Love love love Nia Jones Orthodontics! I have a very shy and timid 7 year old girl who had a bad experience with another often-recommended orthodontist in town. My sister suggested Nia Jones for a second opinion and I’m so glad we made the switch. Her entire staff is patient and kind, and Nia Jones is simply phenomenal. She is board certified, extremely intelligent and very detail oriented. I’ll will be bringing all of my kids here for their orthodontic care.

We’ve had all three kids at Nia Jones Orthodontics over the past few years! They always take time to explain to the kids (and me!) what they should expect, how to care for their expander or braces, make sure they are comfortable at checkups, etc! They are very easy to work with on payment plans and scheduling appointments (which is a huge plus for my family!) I love that the staff KNOWS my kids-their personalities and interests/favorites-shows how much they care about their patients and families!

Nia and her entire team are INCREDIBLE!! I’ve been treated by them for the past couple years and they are truly a rare group. Every person in this office is so kind and their attention to detail is unmatched. Nia and her team made sure to personalize my treatment and they made all of my requests happen! Their office environment is also so welcoming and genuinely fun. I’ve never felt more comfortable receiving care than I have here. These people are AMAZING! My son had a very complex situation with his bite and his jaw. He needed braces and surgery. Dr. Barnard and Dr. Jones worked with my son and with the team at the University of Iowa to give my son a healthy bite and a great smile. Not only are the staff here capable but they also treat the patient and the family like actual people! If you are looking for an orthodontist, look no further! Really, this group is terrific and they actually cost less than others I looked into. We couldn’t be happier with Barnard and Jones Orthodontics! Absolutely love Nia Jones Orthodontics. Dr. Jones did a phenomenal job with transitioning me smoothly into and out of corrective jaw surgery with my braces and worked very well with my surgeon to ensure everything was perfect. They even texted me a couple days after my surgery to see how I was doing and let me know they were thinking of me – so nice! The office is clean and fun. All the staff are friendly, personable, and so kind. They always explain what they are doing and what to expect. We are very pleased with our experience with Dr. Jones. She is amazing and does outstanding work. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond. This past weekend, my son had a bike injury. Dr. Jones has her cell number listed in the answering machine. When I called the number, Dr. Jones answered and was very happy to help. We were so impressed! During appointments, Dr. Jones does amazing work and the staff is so positive! When scheduling appointments, the office is very flexible and works around the school schedule.
