Dr. O’Neal is very professional. I want the best and that is why I come here. I started coming to NuSmile Dental in October because I had very bad experience with my previous dentist with implant failure. I came in for a second opinion and i feel Dr. O’Neal gave me very professional advice. I felt very comfortable and confident here, she even started on my procedure same day. I am usually very nervous at the dentist, but now all my anxiety is gone, I feel so comfortable here. The staff is also very professional and nice. She solved my problem. I want to thank Dr. O’Neal and staff. I am so happy I found Dr. O’Neal and would recommend NuSmile to everyone. I drive an hour and a half to see Dr. O’Neal and it is well worth it.

Saw Nusmile on Fox. Decided to give them a call to see what they could do for me. Didn’t know exactly what I needed to get done, but I know I needed help. Nusmile provided me with a free consult and gave me a complete treatment plan customized for me. I ended up having to get my all my upper teeth extracted due to a lot of infection and going into a denture. Dr. O’Neal called me up herself to make sure I know I would be taken care of and how important it was to get rid of this infection in my mouth. Even though the trip is an hour and half for me I was willing to make the drive. I got my teeth out and denture placed in my mouth right away to wear. I immed. started receiving so many compliments on my new teeth. I ended up dropping my immed. denture and they got me in right away and fixed it for me with their in house lab technician. I def. recommend Nusmile to everyone.

The quality of care and attention that every person here provides each patient with is exceptional. I lost most of my teeth in a traumatic and near fatal motorcycle accident a few years ago and along with all of the missing bone in my mouth I was told soon after that I was ineligible for implants and felt absolutely defeated. Dr. Nadia O’Neal is absolutely the top dentist. She, and her staff have always taken very good care of both myself, and my Daughter. Dr. O’Neal is absolutely amazing. All my life I struggled with my teeth. I took care of them but they just kept degrading. I walked in on a day in June and that afternoon my broken and badly crowned teeth were replaced by beautiful white teeth. Dr O’Neal is an amazing woman and her staff is wonderful. I am having my whole upper mouth restored. I chose Dr. Oneal because of her expertise in everything. She is well known for being above most dentists on keeping up with all the new technology and trends. I have been working with her assistant KC..KC is amazing. I love this place and I totally recommend anyone looking for great work, look no further. I went in for emergency crown replacement and to get a new crown put on a newly chipped moler. I was so happy they fit me into the next business day and got right to wok. The wait time was very short and they work done was thorough. The hygienist fully cleaned any build up I had off my teeth and the doctor did an amazing job cleaning and fitting my new crowns. The oral assistant Chris was very helpful and reassuring. Came here from Puerto Rico visiting my daughter when my mama pith on my upper right broke. I was in desperate need of help and my daughter referred me to Dr. O’Neal. My tooth unfortunately was so broken that it could not be saved. I had to get it extracted and have an implant placed. The staff was very kind and helpful along with Dr. O’Neal. Love it here! Like Family I wrote a review here about 6 months ago and really don’t think i explained how much I appreciate Dr. O’Neal and what she has done for me. I came to Dr. O’Neal not only because she is a personal friend, but because I really needed her help. I made the mistake of going to a general dentist where I reside in Orlando for extensive cosmetic work. It was horrible. I knew that Dr. O’Neal has had extensive training and specializes in Aesthetic Dentistry. So I came in hopes she could fix me. Over time she was able to fix my broken teeth using a state of the art cosmetic lab, Aurum. They had me in a beautiful temporary to wear through the process and also placed all my implants with minimum healing time. I’m amazed and blessed how talented Dr. O’Neal and her staff are. Now thanks to my friend, Dr. O’ Neal, I have the most beautiful smile. Well worth the travel from Orlando and it was wonderful that she does everything herself. There’s no referring me and sending anywhere for anything. People always say how beautiful my smile is, no one would guess these are not my real teeth. All I can say is your making a mistake if you don’t come here.

This place is full of doctors and med staff that really care about what they do and about patients. They are true artisans and have perfected their craft of smile restoration. After years of mixed martial arts, football and street fights my teeth were pretty rough from trauma to the mouth. But after my initial consultation for veneers and crowns I was ready to take the leap towards a beautiful smile. After the few procedures of dental work and a custom built smile from some Swedes in Seattle Wa, my smile rivals Tom Cruises (my personal opinion). If you are willing to pursue a new you and a bright new future, a smile says a thousand words about you in a positive light. This has to be one of the best investments in my life! I have been a patient with a Nu Smile, Seminole for over 10 months. I see patients are concerned about the waiting time but please how often we need to sit in front of the doctor’s office and wait for hours. I would be more than happy to highly recommend the services of Dr. O’Neil and her team. I had an emergency last week and I understand I had to wait due to the scheduled appointments including surgeries on that day. I was in a pain with a swollen face for 3 days. When I contacted the office, which was closed at the time, I was assisted immediately and prescribed antibiotics for pick up from my local pharmacy. I also would like to share that I have never experienced such an infection with my teeth and the pain was unbelievable. I have been taking care of my teeth all my life. The receptionist, the dental assistant and Dr. Nadia O’Neil welcomed me at the office and took care of me. I was even offered water and yogurt due to my medication. I was scared but at the same time I was confident enough that I could trust the professional care of the whole team and I knew my problem would have been solved. I had a root canal failure which infected the bone and the tooth next to it. The operation lasted for less than an hour and the relief was a bless. I apologize if I was the reason for a delay with other patients that day but when things goes wrong we do not have a choice but to be better humans and accept the fact that some people might need sometimes urgent care. I believe we all know that your teeth are in a constant communication with your brain and in most cases your life depends on them. I appreciate to you all for taking time and reading my comment. Looks like a whole in the wall office you would never go to on the outside, COMPLETELY different story on the inside. Absolutely beautifully furnished with modern decor and complimentary coffee (Keurig, with many coffee and tea options) and water. Up to date magazines. All staff is dressed professionally. Always answer your call, very flexible scheduling, the doctor and his hygienist are VERY gentle and more than willing to keep you comfortable during operations. Very very relaxed vibe, private rooms, ambient music. Best dental office I have EVER been to. I had a tooth removed because of a very bad abscess, I had an issue the next day with extreme pain and leakage. Called them and they told me to come right in, not hopefully next week, THE SAME DAY. Fixed me up and moved my follow up to the next day to make sure. They definitely take care of you. Patients first, payment later. Many many payment options as well, they work with many credit unions and also offer loans. Sorry this was so long, I’m just in love with this office. Absolutely amazing. Update. I returned for my follow up to make sure everything was healing good. Amazing. I had the chace to apologize to the dental office for my behavior the last time I was in. They were understanding the iwas just in pain. Thanks.
