Felipe Falcao and his team are absolutely amazing. They are the type of people that restore your faith in humanity. They truly care and are willing to go above and beyond for people. I have an autoimmune disease that is a cousin to Lupus. But on top of attacking my joints and spinal cord it also attacks my sweat gland, tear ducts, and salivary glans. So needless to say my tears are giving me a lot of issues. (Up until 8 years ago I had never had a cavity in my life, and today I don’t think I have one tooth left without a problem). Most people with my disease have lost most, if not all of their teeth within 10 years, no matter what we do or how much we brush or see the dentist. Through the tireless efforts of Dr Felipe Falcao and his team, I have all of my teeth except one (well other than the ones taken out when I was a child getting braces). He is willing to work through breaks and lunch (along with his team) if he finds out you are in pain and need work done. His staff seems truly happy to be there and are always kind and compassionate. Dr Felipe Falcao seems to always be uplifting and his team’s biggest cheerleader and treats them with the utmost respect (at least when I have been there). If he doesn’t like something or a way that his staff is doing something he does not get cross, he takes the time to coach and teach them the way he prefers things to be done. I could not recommend anyone more than Oakleaf family Dentistry. I am truly blessed that I found them. Thank you so much for helping me!

Dr. Falcoa and his staff are kind, caring and professional. They explain exactly what they are going to do and why. They are great with children and apprehensive adults. With 4 family members with various dental issues we have been spending quite a bit of time in Dr. Falcoa’s office lately! One could not ask for a better dentist (and staff). Melissa, who works at the reception desk has been extremely helpful to us!

I am normally a wreck of nerves when I get to the dentist, however, this visit was excellent! The hygenist was patient when I became anxious and switched techniques to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable (great job). The Dentist was also patient with a warm and friendly tone. He answered all my questions completely and fully understandable. This was my best visit yet at this facility. One small glitch, when I called prior to arriving, I wanted to know what my copays was and was told ” nothing”. After I got there they said $19. I like to know what I m paying in advanced (area for improvement). They still earned 5 stars because of patient care!

Dr. Falcao and his staff are amazing, professional and thorough. It has been a very, VERY long time since I’ve been to a dentist. My hygienist, Sunday, was the best. She eased my anxiety about going to the dentist. She explained everything and made sure I was felt comfortable. Dr. Falcao took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. He is thorough, and you can tell he has great rapport with his staff. This has been the best dentist experience I have ever had. The office is beautiful, and the staff are kind, professional and friendly. Also, BIG kudos to the way they take sanitizing and cleanliness seriously. I witnessed the staff sanitizing hands and equipment frequently. I felt safe the entire time I was there.

I have been at Oakleaf Dentistry a few times not only for cleaning but also to have treatment done.   I am very happy with their service.  Dr. Falcao is very professional, patient and kind and take his time to explain everything.  The whole team is very caring and pleasant.  Thank you for always making my visit to the dentist a good experience!

Had an appointment yesterday for FOUR fillings! Have never needed more than a single small one before so was a little nervous but am SO impressed with how easy and truly PAINLESS Dr. Falco and Jeannie made the whole process! First of all, I waited to feel the needle when he started the novacain shot – never did – either side! – The work itself was really not uncomfortable at any time (I had no problem following and staying interested in the episode of HGTV playing above me!). Jeannie and Dr Falco kept me well informed at each step, of exactly what they were going to be doing next and were both so considerate and reassuring. I can honestly say the whole procedure was easy, which is saying a lot for 4 fillings, including both sides and no pain or discomfort later, at home, either. Yes, gushing I know, but I’m just so impressed, I can’t help it. TOTALLY recommend this place!

Love, Love Love the dentistry! My family and I have gone to this dentistry for years! The office is neat, clean and comfortable! My family and I are not very comfortable with dentistry of any sort. Dr. Falcoa explains what he is going to do, why he is going to do it and how to care for the work he is performing at home! He makes everything so much simpler and take the fear out of visiting a dentist office! Kudos to Dr.Falcoa! See you in 2016!

The Falcoa and staff always show concern for my spouse andvI as patients. My husband has had a negative history of previous dentist with some tragic fall out. As his wife I obviously have great compassion for his painful and ongoing failures of past dentists. Dr Falcoa listens with both ears and a very large heart. Thank you for putting us at ease Dr Falcoa. We appreciate you. You are an outstanding professional who surpasses any other dentist we’ve had.

Oh, my goodness, the service I received today was absolutely wonderful, I decided to change Dentist office after 11 years, I called this amazing office 01-24-20, spoke with Chris, asked if I could come in to have a Bridge replaced, she worked me in with no problem, I can’t say enough about Krystal, Dr. Falcao & the professional staff that I encountered today, Dr. Falcao & Krystal took their time & explained everything, they made me feel at ease. I don’t regret leaving my other Dentist office at all, I recommend this Dentist office, it was a pleasure. Keep doing, what you’re doing, you’re outstanding.

Oakleaf Family Dentistry’s staff is exceptional. I have been out of the country for two years and they treated me like I have been going there this entire time. I was in town for a visit and a quick cleaning . They were able to get me in right away. Everyone was very professional and personable. Oh and I can’t forget about the remodel. The waiting area is AMAZING. It looks and feels like your waiting in ur living room. Great Job!!!!
