Dr Canter’s Astoria based orthodontics practice been phenomenal to me and I enjoy the excursions to her office to get my props fixed: after fundamentally 2 months of treatment, I’m as of now observing upgrades! Dr. Canter is a very professional doctor. She is patient and gentle. She changed my life. I couldn’t close my mouth when I sleep. I use to wake up with either very dry mouth or wet pillow. Now I sleep like a princess. Before I get my braces. I have been to couple different dental office. Listened to different opinions and compared prices. Dr. Canter gives very reasonable price and no extra charge at all. The total was how much she told me the first day. (I don’t have dental insurance.) I will definitely recommend my friends. It has been five months since I intially got my braces, and I must say I am VERY pleased with my results. I have been contemplating getting braces for years and I finally went through with it this past August. Dr. Rosenfeld is phenomenal at what she does! She is fast and efficient, however I never feel rushed during my visits. She is more concerned with what is best for her patients as opposed to making money and I really respect that. If you are considering getting orthodonthic treatment, I recommend you stop procrastinating. I am glad I invested the time and money in to this treatment. FYI straight teeth takes years off of your appearance 🙂

Dr. Canter is literally the best orthodontist I have, she is so fun, cool, funny and always makes me laugh. She’s made my smile so much better and I couldn’t thank her more. Honestly, Dr. Canter will tell you like it is and she’s very honest, I’m so lucky to have walked into her office in 2017 with my messed up teeth only to be where I am today, I’m truly thankful. I went to Dr. Canter to see if I was the right candidate for Invisalign. After my initial consultation, she determined that it would be a good fit for me. From day one she was always very open about my options and communicated effectively. She’s very knowledgeable about the full end to end process and kept me updated on my progress. She was also extremely flexible by allowing me to come in the evening after work and holding appointments on various weekends each month, which was a huge advantage for my busy work schedule. Another thing that I really appreciated about Dr. Canter was the payment schedule. Once we determined what the cost of Invisalign would be, we worked with my insurance company to see what they would cover and then she worked with me to come up with a payment plan. She allowed me to make the payments in installments that were spread out over the life of the treatment. This made it very convenient because I didn’t have to pay all of it up front. Overall, the 18 month process was a very positive experience and I’m extremely happy with the results. She continues to stay in contact, even after the treatment ended and all payments were made, to ensure that there have been no unexpected shifts. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting Invisalign to call Dr. Canter for a consultation!
