Best most professional dentist/orthodontist in San Antonio. The staff is welcoming,inviting and engaging. Going to the dentist can be one of the most stressful things we can do. Orsatti and his team have changed that perspective. From the beginning, they are entirely transparent and communicate through the entire process.

Very clean office. They use panorama imaging along with regular X-ray for cleanings. I had to take my 1 yr old and 3 yr old with me and from the front desk, to the Oral hygienist, to the dentist- all were so nice and understanding. Went above and beyond to help out with the girls. They were thorough and efficient. Very happy with our new dentist office with this routine visit.

I would, without any reservation, recommend Orsatti Dental. Professional, friendly, personable, I am actually looking forward to my next appointment on Wednesday. When is the last time a person looks forward to a dental appointment?

It’s always a pleasure working with the Orsatti team for all our family dental needs. I’ve been fortunate to have been treated by Dr. Louis Orsatti for many years. He now turned over the torch to his son Dr. Matt Orsatti who has been great to work with. Matt always takes the time to listen and offers recommendations based on what he believes is best for the patient and not his pocketbook. The staff is also amazing to work with. They’re very thorough which is great as were never surprised with billing issues. If you’re looking for an honest dental practice, look no further.

I hate going to the dentist yet the people at Orsatti dental were really nice and it was evident they made special accommodations to work with me and ensure I would want to come back and get the dental work I needed. Every one I talked to was helpful from the front desk to the hygienist, the dentist and the person talking to me about scheduling. I truly appreciate your help and thank you all.

The staff at Orsatti Dental are absolutely fanominal they are caring and make sure your comfortable and secure. Dr Orsatti is the best he throughly explains every procedure and you know what to expect. Laura in the office is so sweet and kind. One of the most warm and welcoming dentist offices I have ever been to! If you are currently checking out Yelp for a good dentist office, I highly suggest checking out the Orsatti Dental Group. The front desk receptionist are very welcoming to accommodate your appointments and making sure all of your patient information is up to date. The office is very clean and cozy, making your ‘dentist anxieties’ diminish. I have had a great experience with the dental hygienists making sure I get a good cleaning and really caring about my dental health. They have several dentists working under the same roof, and all have been wonderful! I always feel like I have been under the best care when I come by for my appointments and procedures. In the past I have jumped from dentist to dentist, but for the past few years, I have decided to stay with the Orsatti Dental Group. They make sure to send you appointment reminders through text and e-mail, which works out great! You can also confirm your appointments on-line. Don’t forget to grab a complimentary snack on your way out. That has always been an awesome reward after my appointments! 🙂

This place is run like a fine tuned and oiled machine. From the courteous professional staff to the Doctors. Everyone is so nice. Most importantly they take time to do everything perfect. I had to go in for three different appointments. At first was a lil annoyed having to do it this way but now I’m glad they did. My situation was a bit more involved as I needed a deep cleaning. They explained it would be easier on me to do it in two appointments. They were so right.  I’m so happy I found a great dentist after looking for so many years ! My whole family is going now !

The team at Orsatti Dental are simply amazing. There are always plenty of smiles and kind words to go around. Dr Orsatti is personable, very knowledgeable, and gentle. The Orsatti Dental Group has been absolutely wonderful.  Excellent customer service with very polite and friendly staff.  Our appointments are always on time and the service is wonderful.  My 12 year old daughter had her braces put on last week and was not only sent home with very detailed instruction on proper care, but they also sent us home with a complimentary Sonicare toothbrush.  I recommend this place for anyone looking for great customer service and great quality care.  Good job, Dr. Orsatti!!

When my son was in kindergarten at Huebner Elementary, The Orsatti Group gave a presentation and left some burgundy colored pencils with the kids. I was looking for a dentist so I decided to book an appointment for both my son and myself. Eighteen years later Orsatti is still my dentist group of choice.

I highly recommend Orsatti Dental. This has to be the best dental office. The staff is incredibly fun and very professional. All the professions from Dentist to the Orthodontist to the Dental Hygienist make you feel at ease. I was apprehensive to go to any dental office and all the staff has a no judgement type of attitude. All professions didn’t rush and listen to me and took the time to answer all my questions. They made me feel extremely welcomed. And they are very ethical with their treatment plans they will not say you need a treatment just for money. You can tell they love their jobs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you guys!!

This is a photo from about four years ago!  I used to get compliments all the time about my smile!  Well, just after this photo, I was diagnosed with metastatic renal cell carcinoma and taking care of my teeth became a very unimportant part of my daily routine!  The Ordatti Dental Group has literally made it their mission to give me my smile back and they do it with a smile coming from their hearts!   I truly recommend this office for a positive experience!

MUST READ.. I recently visited the location and got my teeth cleaned by Martha. I absolutely love her! I recommend her to anyone who is deadly afraid of dentist office in general. I have a fear of any dental work. Martha made my visit very pleasant. She was very communicative, and her soothing voice allowed me to relax. I will be back here with her for my next cleaning.

I’ve only been coming to Orsatti for the last 3 to 4 years. I was just there today for my cleaning. They are all so professional and friendly. In the past, I’ve hated going to the dentist. But here, I am so much more relaxed. Because of my anxiety in the dental chair, they even numb my gums before they bring out that dreaded pick. I highly recommend them. I wish I’d changed to them years ago. You won’t be disappointed.

The Orsatti Dental Group truly makes you feel like family. From the minute that I walked through the door as a new patient, I felt comfortable and welcomed. This eased my anxiety tremendously as I had not seen a dentist in over two years (dental phobia much?) and already knew some damage had been done. Dr. Matt Orsatti performed my initial evaluation when I came in for tooth pain and confirmed my fears–I would need my wisdom teeth removed. He was so calm and gentle about breaking the news and didn’t make me feel the least bit ashamed for not having removed them earlier. Dr. Valdez performed the extraction which was a breeze! Thank God for the oral sedation services they provide! Post op instructions were thorough and helped to prevent the development of any dry sockets. After I was all healed, I had my comprehensive check up with Dr. Andrade who suggested a procedure to re shape my gums and give me what I’ve wanted my whole life–larger teeth! The procedure took about two hours, and the results were amazing! The pain was minimal, and I was back to work the next day for a 24h call. Dr. Andrade even followed up with me over the weekend to check on my progress. And finally, enough cannot be said about all of the amazing staff, dental assistants, and dental hygienists at the ODG! It means so much to have found a dental home who knows you by first name and treats you as if you were a part of their family.

I had my first visit today and was very pleased with the service I received from the moment I walked in for my appointment everything was very clean and professional. My cleaning was preformed by Carmen and she was very friendly, professional and helpful and offered tips of what I could do to help with my at home upkeep between my semi annual cleanings. I have been to other local dentist offices that seemed to only want to upsell me services but not at the Orsatti Dental Group they only recommended work that I already knew I needed. I am very pleased to of found a great dental office..

Martha has been my hygienist for years now because she is awesome. Dr Orisatti has been my dentist for over 30 years now. His office was originally off San Pedro when I first started seeing him. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I can honestly say that out of all the dental offices I’ve been to in my lifetime, Orsatti Dental is the first one to make me feel relaxed. I even look forward to my dental appointments! Carmen has been my hygienist for 2 years and she calms me down as soon as I get there. Love her heart and calm spirit � .

Very professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explain what procedure may be done. The patient doesn’t have to wait for hours to be seen. When I arrived at 10:15 for my appointment , I was brought in as soon as I arrived. They have a beautiful office, and the entire staff is polite, and professional. They do everything to make you feel comfortable.
