I used to dread getting my teeth cleaned. Chelsea was so great, I was actually surprised when she said we were finished! Dr. Drew is always so welcoming, as is the rest of his team. An excellent place and an even better team. Make sure you ask for the hot lavender towel at the end…feels like a spa!

The BEST place for dental care, hands down! I drive an hour to this dentist office and don’t think twice about it. Dr. Drew is incredibly compassionate and kind-I had a horrible experience at the dentist as a child and he makes me feel totally at ease. I completed the Invisalign treatment at this office and am so happy with my smile. Everyone from the office staff to the hygienists are as sweet as can be. Leah is so wonderful and is such a gem! If I could give this place 6 stars I would!

Amazing experience all around. Beautiful, clean and welcoming office. Professional and courteous staff. Genuine doctors that care about their patients. My hygienist, Nicole, was so friendly and caring. Wonderful amenities like a relaxation lounge, family room, massage chairs and warm towels with aromatherapy. Not the typical old school dentist experience that I’m used to. Park Smiles dentistry is simply the best. I’ve already recommend my family and friends to switch over to this practice.

My husband and I both are relatively new patients of Dr Byrnes and Dr Holz. And we have had 2 hygienists. They were all great in caring for our needs! In fact, their whole set-up is perfect for us. First they have great credentials. Also, they are compassionate and cheerfully, gently took care of each one of us. Tge dentists and hygenists and office staff all are so full of goodwill and create a happy environment. Their brand new office on Fairbanks Avenue, east of I-4 is superb and designed to be very comfortable for the patients and families, and very efficient. I wish we had found them years ago! Thanks!

I highly recommend Dr. Drew Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. They are true professionals. I came in for a consultation regarding a dental treatment plan provided from my current dentist… AND I must say ….I had a much better and personalized experience with Dr. Drew and his staff. Dr.Drew was very professional, courteous, and sincere. He explained everything in lay mans terms. He was transparent about what work I needed done and what I needed to prioritize. I can truly tell he cared for my well being. Thank you Dr.Drew and staff, I definitely plan to be a patient of yours sometime soon!

Dr Drew is a compassionate dentist who goes above and beyond the call of duty to care for his patients. During the final hectic days leading up to Christmas, he made himself available to look after a friend of mine. There aren’t many dentists who will take the time effort to help as Dr Drew did. As someone who has struggled with dentists their entire life, I’ve never been more pleased with my experience. Throughout my entire visit to Dr. Byrnes’ office, I was blown away by the the friendliness of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. As a first-time patient, Dr. Byrnes took the time to listen and understand my history and each of my concerns. During the exam, he was very thorough in explaining each step of the process and sharing his thoughts so I could understand exactly what he was doing. It was immediately obvious that I was in good hands with a knowledgeable and caring professional. It was also fitting that Dr. Byrnes followed suit with the rest of his staff as his friendliness shined throughout the appointment. Having switched dentists multiple times over the past few years, I never felt a hint of the usual anxiety or nervousness that typically accompanies my dentist visits–perhaps the biggest takeaway from the appointment. I would recommend Dr. Byrnes to anyone and everyone who is looking for a friendly, caring and, most importantly, competent dentist.

This review is beyond overdue. I am an out of state student and I had something caught in my teeth and once that happens..your world starts to fall apart. At night I began to search and I found Dr. Drew and submitted an online request. The next morning, I was on the phone with the secretary in their office going through my insurance and scheduling. In less than 12 hours I had heard back from them and was essentially booked for an appointment that same day. They were a BLESSING to me and I am beyond grateful. The staff are all friendly and Dr. Drew himself was great as well! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and I would DEFINITELY come back again in a heartbeat!

My multiple visits to this office have been amazing! Dr. Drew and his staff are some of the best I have met at what they do – friendly, welcoming, gentle with the “sensitive” nature of dentistry and generous with their time and talents. From the moment I broke my tooth. Dr. Drew was so compassionate. I sent him a message, on facebook, at 10:30 at night. I thought I would hear back the next day with a number to call. But , to my surprise, I immediately received a reply. He was amazing. He said he was sorry I broke a tooth and wanted to make sure I wasn’t in any pain.. I know that is sounds crazy but I was blown away a doctor took the time to be concerned about a person that wasn’t even an established patient. I then told him that I was in no pain. He said to call his office in morning to schedule a visit. The next day I called and the staff was amazing as well. The next day I was off Dr. Drew was double booked. So I got an appointment for my next day off. The staff was apologetic and concerned. They even said if there are any cancelation we will fit you in. I had an appointment for a Tuesday. Dr. Drew sent me  on facebook stating he noticed my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday and had an availability on monday. I was blown away that he even knew when my appointment was. Most doctors don’t care or know who is coming in and out from minute to minute. I then went to give Dr. Drew a visit. I was very scared I would break the bank since I am insurance -less. But Dr. Drew gave me options and I wasn’t forced to fork out a ton of money. It was truly a guilt free visit too. I also felt no pain when my filling was removed and replaced. Dr. Drew is not just one of the nicest dentists I have met but one of the nicest people in general. I am very happy I found Dr. Drew early in his career because after going to see him I don’t think I could ever find a dentist that is half of the person he is. I also will never let a friend or family member go to any other dentist. I am a costumer for life. Thanks Dr. Drew

Dr. Byrnes is a fantastic dentist with a gentle hand. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist office. I was informed of what to expect as he looked around and examined my teeth. He went over my x-rays with me and made sure to be careful around a few spots that were causing me discomfort. My teenagers were even excited to get a cleaning from his hygienists! It was such a calm and relaxing experience for them and I am so grateful. For the first time ever, there is not an argument over going to the dentist! This office gets 5 stars from me, that’s for sure!

I had an awesome experience at Park Smiles Dentistry. I was able to get a same day appointment for a cleaning. I was way overdue for a cleaning and was also looking for a new dentist in the area. Current safety measures include waiting in your car until they are ready and wearing masks until you are seated for your cleaning. They also took my temperature and offered hand sanitizer prior to entry. The office is really nice! The staff were welcoming and kind and made me feel very comfortable. Tracey was my dental assistant and was fantastic! It was a pleasure to chat with her and she did a great job. The Dr was great as well and gave me some helpful information to ensure my teeth are in tip top shape. Honestly may have been the best experience I have had at the dentist and I will be back for my next appointment. I highly recommend Park Smiles Dentistry.
