I have been a patient of Dr. Cho’s for nearly 10 years and have recommended several of my friends and family members to him. Everyone in his office has been and continue to be very professional and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile, and I can’t think of a time when my appointment was not attended to on time. Jennifer, my dental hygienist, is very warm and personable. I appreciate how thorough she is when cleaning and explaining procedures to me. When I consult with Dr. Cho, I value his positive and cheerful demeanor as he provides his medical opinion about the health of my teeth. He gives helpful comments and suggestions for maintenance and improvement, however I never feel pressure from him or anyone on his staff to get additional treatments. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cho and Jennifer, the dental hygienist, for the past few years now. I wasn’t great at taking care of my teeth in the past and am paying for it now. That said, the team at Parkview is top notch. I love their new office. It’s extremely spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Anyhow, I recently had a cracked tooth that was very sensitive to cold. I went to see Dr. Cho and he recommended that I get a crown for it. I received my temporary crown on Wednesday and on Thursday while enjoying dinner with my family, the crown fell out as I was chewing. I contacted Dr. Cho and he went above and beyond to fit me in on Friday to place the permanent crown which had been rushed in that day. I am just incredibly thankful for their skill, care, and customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Cho and Parkview Dental Group!!!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, I can honestly say I don’t mind going to Parkview. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The dental staff is gentle, patient, and comforting which is a huge plus for someone like me. Lastly, Dr. Cho is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very comforting! My whole family goes here, children, mom, and husband and we are all pleased that the office is close to home and the service is impeccable.

This is my first review of any kind. I dislike writing reviews, however, I feel like I owe Parkview Dental Group a favor. I have been a patient of Dr. Cho for 6 years. Because of my career, I’ve moved around a lot and I’ve had over 5 different dentists before I made Irvine my permanent home. Parkview Dental Group is by far the best dentistry I’ve ever been to. I was very impressed with my first experience at Parkview Dental Group yesterday. I found the office to be very easy to find, very clean, and receptionist very welcoming. The reason I went there in the first place was because my husband heard great things about Dr. Cho and his staff from his coworkers. He is very picky and was pleased with his experience. Dr. Cho was very knowledgeable and professional, to me and my husband both, and most Importantly to my husband, did not try to upsell him with expensive dental procedures. My hygienist, Britany, was awesome and thorough while being gentle at the same time. Hanah, the office manager, fully explained to me what was covered by my insurance. I was incredibly happy with my experience and will return every three months for dental cleanings.

I’ve been coming to Parkview Dental group since 2008. Their office is beautiful and all the rooms have a TV that you can watch during your service. They take really good care of you and the staff is incredibly helpful. They can answer all your questions. I just got my cleaning and check up, the hygienist I saw today helped me so much and gave me great pointers on how to keep up my dental hygiene always on track. Honestly Parkview dental is the best hands down. I’ve never felt more comfortable and welcomed from the staff every time I go. And this is coming from someone who hates going to the dentist and fears checkups. Everyone is easy going, friendly, and definitely knows what they’re talking about. I have been coming to this Dental group for 8 years or more. Everyone in my immediate family comes here. Dr. Cho and (partner dentist) are both excellent Dentists, and all their Dental hygienist are friendly and gentle. Today I had Jen. She is beautiful and always fun to chat with… They never make you sit in the waiting room. The receptionists are friendly and help you get you in and out of your dentist’s appointment and on your way in life… If you do have to sit in the waiting room any length of time, they have an awesome Keurig with teas, coffees or hot chocolate to choose from too!
So if you have to go to the dentist, it’s definitely a nice one to go to…

I’ve been coming here a few years now. Dr. Johnathan is a genuine nice guy. He doesn’t try to sell you treatments you don’t need. The crowns and fillings I’ve had were all done right the first time. There’s not a lot to say other than he’s a really good dentist, after you figure this out on your own and recommend people they have a referral credit too. Both Jennifer’s are also really good Hygienists and very friendly. The front office staff are all very professional and pleasant. The office is always clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Been going to Parkview Dental for over 5 years and have referred several co-workers and friends, many of whom now go and love it! These are co-workers and people I see on a daily basis so would never refer unless I was absolutely confident and satisfied. From the office management (Margarita), to the hygienists (both Jennifer’s), and of course Dr. Cho; the overall experience is tremendous. They do a phenomenal job making you feel comfortable and walking you through every aspect of what’s going including what they’re seeing, tips/advice, etc. They also do a great job utilizing technology e.g., monitors and screens to see HD pictures of your teeth or x-rays to mobile apps to keep you updated on upcoming appointments. You never feel pressured to do anything you don’t want to do or much less need, which i feel a lot of other dental offices try to do(..)
