I needed a new set of dentures and was referred to Pasadena Prosthodontics. They are a family run business that really made me comfortable from day 1. Dr Christopher Marchack did my work and I can’t tell you how much trusted him and his skills. He is a warm and caring man who gave me several cheaper options when I told him my budget was limited. He even discouraged things I would ask about that would have cost more because they just weren’t right for me. His integrity is apparent in his service. I got my new dentures yesterday and they are wonderful. I’ll be getting a couple implants for my lower denture next, to complete my work. I can’t wait to see how much improvement I’m going to have. I highly recommend Pasadena Prosthodontics to anyone needing that type of work.

Several months ago, I had a traumatic experience and was in dire need of a good dentist. I searched immensely for the right doctor and staff until I found the best. I am so grateful to Dr Badlwin Marchack He put a great deal of time reconstructing my upper jaw, gums and teeth and the outcome is astounding! He did everything it took to give me back my health. I also have the utmost admiration and respect for each member in this office. They are the most professional and caring people I have ever encountered. I would recommend Dr. Marchack and his staff, (including his excellent oral surgeon Dr. Aalam) to everyone. They truly are the best!

I have to say no one likes going to the dentist !!..well a lot of people don’t EXCEPT GOING TO this office “Dr.Marchacks Team”is a totally,different experience !!..From the office coordinators to the entire dental staff And my new DENTIST/PROSTHODONTIST Dr.Chan!!!!!… She is beyond empathetic she understands what I feel need etc…she Actually is listening when you talk..she is very talented knowledgeable.. I knew if she was apart of the team of both MARCHACK’s Team it was going to be great!!.. She was beyond GREAT!!..they really take the time to go through medical history and the exams were the most thorough I have experienced‼‼‼….I have been to a few dentists and other specialists that are not even half as thorough and you spend most of your time waiting and only have the dentist rush in and out …and your left confused exhausted ..and further away from having nice looking and healthy teeth and gums … They are Top EDUCATED Doctors ‼ I think even they were surprised how relaxed I was and I said that’s bcz of Dr Chan and Susie .. I did have the pleasure of being examined by Baldwin Marchack my first visit and he really listens while your talking…and is “””The expert””!! Amber is great!.Anna very nice!.. Doreen is Amazing!!!..Marissa who always checks me out end of my visits always pleasant to deal with..I mention again they all actually hear what the patient is saying..sometimes you don’t get that .. We all probably know most times an entire office isn’t running smoothly.. But this office ..is!! From booking to seeing The Dr.s to check out is a Nice experience !! … What a relief!!! I no longer dread going to the dentist‼

Dr. Chris is literally the best doctor I’ve had in my entire life, hands down! His technical skills are phenomenal and his bedside manner is wonderful! I love everyone in this practice: the front desk is super friendly and helpful, the hygienists are excellent, and Amber, Dr. Chris’ assistant extraordinaire, is lovely. I came to this practice with a severe dentist-phobia after having a terribly botched and nightmarish crown procedure elsewhere. Dr. Chris spent the next year doing several procedures to fix my awful teeth and botched crown, always with extreme care and attention to my fears and anxieties. Every procedure was pain free and resulted in an excellent outcome. I couldn’t be happier with this practice! A+++!

I’m a tiny woman whose small mouth leaves very little margin for error and on top of it I’m impatient, claustrophic and high strung. Dr. Chris and his wonderful assistant Amber have been Godsends to me on every imaginable level. When they say they’ll be there for you, they mean it. They are kind, compassionate and sensitive to the highest degree and even on his busiest day, Chris makes time for you and makes you feel like you’re his only patient.  When it comes to his work, Dr. Chris is an artist of the highest caliber whose craftsmanship leaves other dentists breathless. He’s highly creative, intuitive and sensitive and is willing and able to think outside the box when a problem arises.  This is expensive stuff, and he’s found ways to save me thousands of dollars. He’s also saved me from myself on several occasions by encouraging me to stick out a rough patch rather than go backwards, all without losing his patience with me.  I can’t imagine a more difficult and challenging job than what he does: making people who have lost teeth as comfortable and happy with their appearance as they were when they had natural teeth. This isn’t filling-cavities-dentistry; this is highly-exacting rocket science where a fraction of a millimeter can throw the whole works off.  With a dental lab on site, quality control is virtually guaranteed and repairs are speedy. There’s a reason Chris teaches dentists all over the world how to do what he does. You won’t find a more  enlightened, skilled,  humble or caring prosthsodontist anywhere else on the planet.

Seven years ago I began the search for a new dentist. Asking friends who, like myself, needed or has had lots of dental work my interview process was narrowed to 1 general dentist and 3 prosthodontists. Over the years I’ve lost much of the enamel on my teeth resulting in sometimes painful sensitivity. Dr. Chris Marchak was the last of the 4 dentists / prosthodontists that I interviewed and how lucky I was that a friend had recommended him. Dr. Marchak was the only one who immediately recognized the cause of the enamel erosion, Acid Reflux, and before treating my teeth Dr. Marchak said the cause needed to be treated first. This not only told me about Dr. Marchak’s knowledge but also of his integrity. Over the years Dr Marchak and I have worked together to both save and restore my teeth with a long term plan. Dr. Marchak is one of the most patient professionals I’ve ever worked with, he is thorough in his explanations, including both causes and results, while providing options. I was shocked to read S H’s review and would be surprised if there’s more to the story than on the surface. Dr. Marchak’s work is impeccable, the office professional and is highly recommend.

They have responded to the Covid 19 epidemic in the most responsible way. They only allow one person at a time to go into their office, they have air filters in every room, each staff uses complete PPI, they disinfect the room after each patient, they cover the dental chair with new plastic for every patient, there are desinfectante pumps in every room. I was so impressed and felt very comfortable being in their office.

Dr. Marchack and the whole team at Pasadena Prosthodontics are top notch. For over a year after an accident that left me needing replacement of my front teeth I felt stuck and unsure of the best process to restore my smile. My old dentist and oral surgeon rarely had clear answers to my questions. Then I met Dr. Chris. It’s extremely rare to find a doctor that gives you as much focused time and attention as he and his team do. Dr. Chris and his team have identified and executed a plan for my teeth restoration with superior professionalism; and that has turned a difficult and daunting situation into a manageable process. The cooperation between Dr. Chris Marchack and Dr. Alexandre Aalam has been better than I could have imagined. My experience under the care of Dr. Aalam with bone grafting, multiple gum tissue grafts and ultimately implant placement has been nothing short of excellent. I am grateful for the whole team at Pasadena Prosthodontics, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in their office. I am so happy to say I’ve finally found my dentist.
