It’s a little late but here goes… I went in a couple of months back for a routine cleaning and check-up and loved this place! The staff was great! Everyone is so nice. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I was taken back for x-rays almost immediately. The assistant, an older lady was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing about the visit was she spoke a little too much about herself. Also, she took a little too long to take my x-rays. I wanted in and out as soon as possible. After the x-rays I was seated in a nice clean room where the Dentist, Dr. Block, came in just moments after. He was extremely warm and welcoming. I had a quick exam, met the lovely hygienist, got a cleaning and was sent on my marry way. They even set up my next appointment and gave me a goodie bag! I will continue to come here and will recommend Pavilion Dental Group to all my friends and family.

This was my 1st visit to Pavilion Dental Group after recently moving from Mesa and using Canyon Lakes Dental Group. About a year and a half ago I faced the terrifying situation of having an upper bridge, spanning 4 teeth, literally fall out. I immediately went to the dentist who placed the bridge and was told it would take 5 days to even begin assessing the situation – only heightening my anxiety. I was referred to Dr. Adam Block by a friend and seeing him is the single best decision I’ve made in my oral healthcare journey. 100% empathetic to my situation, he squeezed me in during his lunch hour, quickly assessed, gave me options, and began molding a temporary immediately. Needless to say, this won me over! Many dental visits later, I am a huge fan! He is consistently professional, inviting, caring, and never ever inflates what really needs to be done. (In the past, after cleanings, Dentists would recommend a million things needing to be done and all for a very low astronomical fee). The office is full of joy and always very clean! As a person who was always nervous about visiting the dentist, I am thrilled to say I now actually enjoy visiting! Sincerely, if you suffer from dental anxiety (it has to be a thing), I highly recommend Dr. Block! I’ve just had a teeth cleaning and whitening here and I love the results so glad I was able to come in and take care of my teeth! The staff is friendly and outgoing the girl that cleaned my teeth was awesome and the girl that whitened my teeth was awesome as well! She came and checked on me when my teeth needed to be checked she was prompt and courteous! She even put an entertaining movie on for me so the process didn’t seem so long!! I came in on a Wednesday to see Dr Block about pain I was having in a back molar. The staff was was very prompt pleasant and professional. My first point of contact after arriving was Maggie. She assists and promptly took x-rays for the Doctor to look at. She was very nice and professional. Dr. Block diagnosed that I needed a root canal and a crown after the tooth was repaired. Even though I was there for almost 3 hours, both the setup from Dr Block and then the actual root canal by Dr. Hays who is the endodontist went smoothly and both Docs educated me as to the process. One of the best things about this is that the crown was made in house and I did not have to suffer through any messy impressions and wait a couple of weeks for the crown to be made as they have the technology to map out your teeth in order to make the crown. I would highly recommend The Pavillion Dental group. They have all the specialists in place to take care of most dental needs and they make you feel like family.

I cracked a tooth over the weekend. Dr Block was able to fit me into his busy schedule Monday. The was my first time to Pavilion Dental Group and the staff was all great. Dr Block capped my broken tooth (no pain during the procedure). But what was even better, he had the equipment to make the cap while I waited!!! No need for a temporary fix! They have the latest state of the art technology at the office and they know how to use it. I also felt they were very honest, they did not try to upsell me. Dr Block and his staff were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. This is my new dentist, not just for me but for my entire family. Thank you

I’ve being going to Pavillion Dental Group for several years and have had an excellent dental care during my time. The dentist have had excellent chair side manners and the hygienists are the same. I’d recommend this office to anyone. They explain the dental care that I need and why I need it and back it up with hard data. I don’t understand some of these post about high turn over rate in the front office. I haven’t seen that at all. Same folks have been greeting me with a smile for years. I found everyone to honest and straight with me on every visit. I see the hygienist every four months because I have Periodontal disease so I’ve have a lot of experience with this office.

I brought my 4 kids here after moving to the area and my previous dentist of 13 years, being too far out of the way. I was so impressed with the scheduling and they emailed me the forms ahead of time for me to fill out online. This place is awesome! Everything is digital, no hand writing patient forms; they emailed a reminder a few days ahead & confirmed; when we arrived the check-in process was super quick & again all computerized. They were on-time and explained everything well. Loved the dentist. His exam was also all done with computers right there for you to see. This place is totally up with technology. Check-out was also a breeze. The best part was that 2 of my kids needed braces now and they have an Orthodontist right there too! Didn’t have to go to another place. My kids commented that they really loved this dentist office and it was WAY better than the previous place. They even had video games to occupy my 7 year old.

I have been here twice. One for my appointment and another for my son. Even with the few visits I have had here I feel like I am part of the family. I’ve been going to Pavilion since shortly after they opened and they are far superior to my last dentist. Highlights: – I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments. – I have yet to encounter an unpleasant person on staff there. They are all very friendly and helpful. – As mentioned by someone else, the primary dentist is quite young, as is the orthodontist, but both are whip-smart and knowledgeable in their field. Further, they both take the time to explain everything in “plain English,” unlike my previous dentists. Frankly, if they left to go to other practices, I’d follow! – They very clearly lay out courses of treatment and various payment options, making planning ahead very easy. – I’ve had to “drop in” twice to have something on my braces adjusted. They worked me in very fast and took care of me, no problems. – They do same day crowns, making them right there in the office. Trust me, that’s pretty darn convenient! For anyone on the NW side (or farther, even,) I highly recommend giving this office a try.

Very pleased with my experience at Pavilion Dental yesterday. The dental assistant was very sweet and the hygienist nice and gentle. The dentist was awesome. I thought I had a broken cavity ( it is over 35 yrs old) but he suggested I keep using sensodyne toothpaste and get a fluoride treatment with my cleaning. There was no concern of bad fillings just sensitive teeth.I have had friends complain of their dentist doing unnecessary work/treatments. Not this office.. they are honest. Im very happy with my care and will be booking my entire family for service.

Most importantly, my two young children actually look forward to dentist appointments there! The dentists and hygienists really know how to make them comfortable. From a client perspective, I appreciate that the evaluations are honest and not at all oriented to up selling services. Our last dentist was high pressured to fill every suspected or very minor cavity. I loved my first visit to Pavilion Dental Group! I contacted them via their website and within an hour was contacted. I made appointments for my twin 14 yr old boys with ease. We arrived a few minutes late, but were greeted and felt the love. The ladies in the office were so nice, caring, and helpful to me and my boys. My boys got right in. One of my sons was so anxious but they took really good care of him and made him feel comfortable. The Dentist greeted me and let me know my one son should have two teeth extracted sooner than later. He was not pushy, just gave me his recommendations. He brought up braces, but also said, “Once the teeth were pulled the adult teeth may line up, so let’s see.” I was pleasantly surprised! So many of my friends have kids who are on their 2nd set of braces… I have always found Dentists and Orthodontists to be greedy… Not true at Pavilion! They truly care about their patients. The initial appointment was affordable, but the (much needed) teeth extractions were quite expensive. They worked out an affordable payment plan with me. I am overly pleased with them and hope to continue going to them for all of our dental needs for years to come. Thank you!

I am completely satisfied with my experience; Dr. Block was extremely professional and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. The initial exam was very thorough, and both the hygenist and the payment/insurance ladies were very capable and pleasant to work with. I had to wait less than five minutes both times I came, and it was also convenient that they rotate in specialists for specific types of work at that office (I needed a root canal and was able to schedule it there) Most impressive, to me, was the high level of technology in the office, far surpassing anything I’ve ever seen. The fact that they had a machine which made a permanent crown on the same day was very nice and saved me an appointment. I would definitely recommend Pavilion to anybody; I feel like they are very competent and professional and am happy to have found them!
