Loved the hygienist and the dentist. This was my first visit and I can see why people come here. They are nice and informative thy don’t push to get things if u don’t want them. I asked about getting my teeth whitening and the dentist recommend in at home treatment first because I might get better results and it will cheaper. That is what I like honestly. I felt so comfortable there. Another thing that I like was the fact that you can fill out all your information online through their website so much better than trying to fill it out there. I also like they had payment plans that don’t break the bank which is very convenient for many people because life happens and you might not be able to pay everything up front. They are so understanding and they can always work with you. This is the only place I will coming to now. Thank you so much for making this a very pleasant and fun experience. I know many people dread going to the dentist but trust me you will feel like you are among friends.

Dr Puckett and staff are wonderful! Great decor in the lobby, clean & organized rooms, very personable staff. Most offices have a great Dr with a not so great front desk, or vice versa. Not this place. Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with. We had a slight miss-communication about my appointment (wrong day), but they still honored the time and saw me when I arrived (even though it was probably my fault) Great practice that really puts the patient first

Dr. Puckett was quick and efficient. He stood in when my Dr. had to leave the office early, upon reviewing my chart and inspecting he actually informed me that I may not necessarily need an additional filling. This was reassuring because it saved me money in the long run and shows he isn’t doing unnecessary work for money. The office is professional and doing a great job enforcing covid precautions. My 4 year old loves to come to the dentist and they are so good with her! Highly recommend this office!

Myself and two daughters were seen for routine check ups. Our experience was great, we were evaluated and treated in a timely manner. Everyone who had a hand in our care was very informative and answered all our questions. I was especially satisfied with the fact that I could sit in with my children as they were being treated. I went back today to have additional work done and it was completed in under an hour. Another great experience

Where do I start? The efficiency of the awesome staff? The dental assistants who care? Our awesome dentist Dr. Puckett? Doctors have their specialty but it takes an amazing crew to support them. My son had 2 procedures done this week and Dr. Puckett can make anyone feel at ease. I wish I would’ve have this dentistry office when I was younger! Keep up the amazing work!

I’ve had some really bad experiences with dentists in the past. Getting stuck in their office for hours on end just for them to try and upsell me a a million things before I can get my teeth cleaned or see the dentist. So when I had a tooth ache today I was dreading having to find a new dentist. I am so glad I found this place, everyone’s so nice, I don’t feel like I’m at a dental used car lot, and the pricing seems on target with market norms. They saw me quickly, gave me a diagnosis and gave me different payment options. I will be scheduling cleanings for the whole family here. We found our new dentist!! I came here originally because they were recommended by about 20 people in my neighborhood. I guess I make 21 now

The Pearland Family Dentistry has been my dentist office for the last year and a half. They have been very professional. The waiting area is clean. It is busy, but not crowded. The staff is friendly and the dentists are very approachable. They explained every single aspect of the treatment plan before they proceeded, I asked questions and they answered all of them. I have had appointments approximately every 3 months for different treatments. I’m very happy with the results. My ex-neighbor moved 80 miles away and she still comes to this location because she doesn’t want to try anywhere else, since she has been really happy here. My son and my husband come regularly to this location too.

I absolutely love it here. I usually get both my daughter and myself teeth Cleanings during back to back appts. We are always out of the office at the right time. Even when I moved to the medical center, I still drive this way because I refuse to switch. I have weak enamel and teeth cleanings make me nervous. The hygienists are so gentle and they always make sure they aren’t hurting me. They also don’t make me feel bad about if I need anything done. My daughter loves it as well her cleanings are relaxing while she watches my little pony lol. Never leaving!

I love Pearland Family Dentistry. I discovered them using a Groupon years ago and have been going ever since! I always have a great experience and love the welcoming ambiance of the office. The waiting area is very kid friendly and although I don’t have children yet, I look forward to taking them here when I do! The exam rooms each have 2 TVs, one in front and one above for during the cleaning. I work in financial management and love being able to keep up to speed with the markets when I’m out of the office but this too is a great selling feature for adults and kids alike. They also provide sunglasses during the visits which I love since I don’t have to stare at the glaring overhead lights during my appointment as with other dental offices. Last but certainly not least I love that they have state of the art equipment from the X-ray machine to the water pick (results in an AWESOME CLEAN!!) I have used their services on both the independent payment method and with insurance coverage and have been extremely satisfied with the cost of coverage, service and professional staff. Would highly recommend to all my Pearland friends and family!!

Everything from start to finish was done with perfection. I was referred to this practice from a patient of mine/ my practice, who knows that being treated like a VIP is more than meets the eye. Being in a service industry and working for a doctor myself, you realize every person on staff is vital to the success of the overall patient experience. It has become tragically difficult (like pulling teeth- no pun intended) to find a decent dental practice to trust your chompers to…. Oh, no my friends, not here! You will actually WANT to go to the dentist if going to Pearland Family Dentistry.
