Doctors Chetlin and Pechersky are fantastic. My 11 year old daughter was a patient at the Squirrel Hill office and was very nervous about getting braces. Both the doctors and their staff were so pleasant and good natured with her which placed her at ease (something I really appreciated). Even though there was always a steady flow of patients we never spent more than a minute or two in the waiting room after checking in (which I also appreciated). We shopped around and their rates were as good or better than others. Now, her teeth and smile look amazing!

I really can not say enough great things about this office! While I didn’t have my orthodontic treatment done here, they helped me immensely in an emergency. I had accidentally thrown my retainers away on Tuesday, and my doctor had recently moved to Texas. Orthodontic treatment is expensive, and to be quite honest, painful, and I was in a panic — I’m only two months post treatment, and after all the time spent with Invisalign, I was (overly) worried about my teeth shifting. I called several offices, but because I hadn’t completed my treatment with them, they told me they were unable to help me. When I called Chetlin | Pechersky, the staff member who answered the phone was incredibly professional and sympathetic, but most importantly, she reassured me that they could help. She offered me to come in the following morning (Wednesday) at 7:30am and said that my retainers would be ready by Friday morning. I came to my Wednesday appointment early and only waited maybe 10 minutes before they took me back. The office was incredibly clean and while they definitely cater to children based on the decor, I thought it was super cute and inviting! Everyone was very professional, and you can tell they really care about their patients. I was able to pick up my retainers this morning — they were able to deliver them earlier than my appointment time, but I would have waited all day to be perfectly honest. The retainers fit great, the quality is fantastic, and I honestly can’t say thank you enough! I’ve already recommended them to friends with children because they office is just so fun — definitely a 5 star experience!
