After researching who I should go to for Dental work, I settled on Penrod. My wife and I were moving to the area and we needed a Dentist we could trust. I could not be happier. They have great hours, great service, are kind, thoughtful, prepared, and very thorough. It’s a great office environment! They also took care of my mom when she had a slight dental emergency. My parents are missionaries in Mexico and when her dentist in LA cancelled 30 minutes before the appointment (which she was already at the office for) and told her he couldn’t perform the procedure, she was beside herself. I called the Penrod office and asked if they could do a second opinion and check what she needed and they got her in same day, and recommended a great local endodontist to perform the surgery. I am so grateful for their treatment of my mom and we have already recommended others to Penrod in the last month. Loving RSM!!!!

I’ve been coming here for about 8 years now. I couldn’t be happier with the friendliness, cleanliness, and transparency of this office. Before this dentist my husband and I went to dentist who we felt consistently took advantage of us and did unnecessary procedures just to make money. I NEVER feel that way here. There has never been a surprise bill in the mail and the staff always make me feel so comfortable. I so glad we started here 8 years ago. We are never leaving! Thanks Dr. Penrod and staff!

The staff were all very helpful. They were attentive and treated me with respect. They take my insurance and allowed me to break my bill into payments. They were very careful to do the best job matching my temporary crown (front tooth) to my other teeth. They explained everything as they were doing it. Great experience!

Love Dr. Penrod and staff! They are the friendliest, professional, efficient staff! Dr. Penrod is willing to work with payment plans, if costs are prohibitive. His first priority is good dental care, not making a buck, and you can definitely feel that. Dr. Penrod and staff stay up-to-date on all aspects of the field and pass that on to patients. He and staff are AMAZING with all ages of patients.

My whole family has been seeing Penrod for the last 9 years.  Dr. Penrod takes great care of his patients and that carries through to his entire staff from the nurses to the front office.  The staff is courteous, always.  They’re also on time!  Couldn’t recommend any other other dental practice in the area.

Got my first filling . . . at 18. Dr. Penrod made the experience completely (almost unbelievably) painless, and was downright pleasant. I highly recommend him, best dentist ever.

I have been going to Penrod for over 3 years now and each visit is always a pleasant one.
The cleaning is always a breeze. And I have never had any pain afterwards like other places I have been to. I’m 34 years old and this has been by far the best place I have ever been to for teeth cleaning my teeth feel so clean and the sore areas in my gums are gone. 🙂 will never go anywhere again.
The place is very clean and they will always listen to your concerns and all of them will go out of there way to make it better either it be with schedule or just great advice.

The best dental care – My family has been going to Penrod Dental for many years and have much trust in their dental work and suggestions for dental health. We would use any one of their dentists. I have been a patient for about 12 years. The office is great; it’s clean and everything is up to date. They do everything they can to make your visit as comfortable as possible and they always address any concern I have no matter how small. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Over the years I have been referred to an orthodontist as well as an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth, I was happy with both referrals- Dr. Penrod has been in the industry for some time and really knows his colleagues. The dentists are great and extremely knowledgable; in turn, they know how to convey this knowledge appropriately to their patients. I have since moved but still will make the drive because I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Penrod’s office. I recommend this office with the utmost confidence.

I bought my 15-year old son to Penrod Dental for the first time today. We were greeted by the friendly office staff as we entered. The beginning of what turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The dental hygienist was gentle, yet thorough, and made my son feel very comfortable. The dentist, Dr. Penrod was very personable. We will be switching the whole family over to Penrod Dental!

I’ve always hated going to the dentist until I came here. The office is immaculate, the staff is extremely friendly, fair, and helpful. The dentist availability is awesome. There’s not many dentists out there with long hours and even open on weekends. I’ve been here three times so far and the experience has been great. Cleanings are quick and painless. Legitimate dental work is thorough and as painless as possible. It’s always nice to have a massaging chair and TV to watch throughout the process. Definitely keeps your mind off of why you’re actually there. I’m happy I finally found a dentist office I don’t dread going to!

A wonderful group of professionals who know how to set their patients at ease.  I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and I highly recommend them, especially if a patient of the nervous sort!

I have been patient here for over 10 years when Dr. Penrod was the only Dentist practicing here and he managed to save my teeth and made them beautiful again. His practice has expanded including additional Dentists and Hygienists and front staff, who have been nothing but professional, caring, friendly,  and accommodating to meet the patients needs. Now my whole family goes here and they have felt the same about the care and service they are receiving. I’ve had a lot of dental work done in my life time, and can say whole heartedly that I am happy to be a patient here and have had nothing less then the best care and customer service so far and your hearing it from someone who hates going to the dentist.

I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist:) Not only did my husband and I both have great experiences, but they also went above and beyond for our 3 year old daughter with her 1st visit to the dentist. They were truly amazing with her. So happy to have finally found a dentist that I am not afraid to go to. My family and I will definitely be staying with Penrod Dental for all our dental care.

This place is seriously incredible. I went in a bit nervous because it had been years since I had a check up and I was really stressing over what they might find in my mouth. Even though I need some extreme work done, the staff handled me with such care I genuinely felt like a celebrity. They communicate so well and they’re extremely patient and professional. I’m looking forward to going back and taking care of my mouth the way I should have been all along.
