I have been a patient of Dr Marsh since 2016, and have had several procedures in his office, including fillings and crown replacements. Even when he performed an implant on one of my front teeth, a very difficult procedure, I experienced no pain. He has a gentle touch, like a silk glove. On several occasions I had emergencies, and he was able to accommodate very quickly, even once squeezing me in on his lunch hour. I highly recommend him and the excellent and courteous staff at Piedmont Smiles.

Dr. Marsh and his staff (literally everyone) are very pleasant and professional. The hygienists and Dr. Marsh are thorough when explaining processes/procedures so it makes you feel extremely comfortable. The front desk staff are always welcoming and super friendly. Never been a fan of the dentist but I may just have to change my mind. This is a truly amazing office the staff as well as Dr. Marsh truly care about their patients health and helping them achieve their beautiful smile in a way that works best for the patients. I have been to this office 4 times now and will be returning again. No waiting for a long time to be seen, truly caring personal care. I would recommend this office to anyone and have to many who have also had a very pleasant experience. Love this practice.

Very thorough and professional dentist! Dr. Marsh and his staff are top-notch professionals. Five months ago, I came to Piedmont Smiles with some serious dental issues. Dr. Marsh has corrected smile and has worked with patience and thoroughness to fix my dental challenges. How can you tell when a dentist is good? When the day after you’ve had major oral surgery and you don’t have to take any of the prescribed medications for pain. If you’re looking for a professional dentist and a customer service oriented staff, then Piedmont Smiles, Dr. Vincent Marsh and his wonderful office staff is the place for you.

Dr. Marsh and his staff are great! The front desk staff got me back and out of the door quickly. Lacey, the hygienist that did my cleaning and x-rays was thorough and gentle. Dr. Marsh filled one cavity while I was there and made a plan for the remaining work I need. This was actually a filling to replace one done by a different dentist. I am much more satisfied with this one. Throughout the entire appointment his staff was personable and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable even offering headphones so I could watch TV while they worked on me. I really don’t like going to the dentist after some pretty bad experiences with pervious dentists, but I was happy with this and will be returning to Dr Marsh’s office.

As a new patient that has not been to the dentist in a while, I was a little nervous but Dr. Marsh and the staff are so warm and friendly. The hygienist was wonderful! My teeth are so tight that it usually hurts to get my teeth flossed at the dentist. She was super gentile and shimmied it down easily. No pop or bleed. The high scoring reviews are correct. Best dentist in ATL! My experiences are always great. Wait time upon arrival is minimal, the office is always clean and inviting, the staff is amazing from the front office to the dental staff in the back. Once I get to the back I’m sitting idle someone from the staff is attentive and working on me, and I’m seeing Dr. Marsh within minutes. He’s friendly, thorough, and knows his craft. COVID Review – I’ve been a patient for over 3 years and absolutely love this office. I’m not sure why I haven’t penned a review before now. Dr. Marsh recently renovated the office, so I saw it for the first time a few months ago, and it’s beautiful with a brand new configuration. He has taken every precaution I could think of and a few others that I didn’t to make it safe and comfortable for the patients and themselves. No one is allowed to wait in the waiting room. When you arrive, your temperature is taken and masks are required. They also ask that patients wear shoe covers. Each room is separated by heavy plastic. You think it, they have done it. I get cleanings twice a year and his hygienist is always gentle and provides good suggestions when needed. Dr. Marsh is an excellent dentist who takes excellent care of his patients and is meticulous. He has replaced a tooth and replaced my silver fillings – all without incident. If you’re looking for an amazing dentist, and are looking to support a black-owned business, this place is for you.

My husband and I had an appointment with them in June. Scheduling the appointment was easy but finding the location was a little more challenging. I called the office and they were happily able to guide me to the correct location. I was late for the appointment and they were very understanding and accommodating. Fortunately for me, the appointment after me arrived early and that person took my slot and I took theirs. The staff and the dentist were wonderful. The hygienist explained the entire process as she was working. They took more photos of my teeth than I take selfies lol. Dr. Marsh was super cool and professional. My husband and I will be seeing them again in 6 months.

I had been coming to the Piedmont Buildings for almost 18 months and never noticed the sign until I chipped my front tooth while out of town on Thanksgiving Holiday. Upon returning to work, my first priority was to find a dentist because my dental office could not see me until Friday!!! I’m in Sales and I couldn’t be in front of clients or even coworkers with chipped teeth. I seen the sign as I entered the drive way and googled the name to get the number. I called and the office staff was friendly and she got me in that afternoon. By 4:00pm Dr. Marsh had repaired & cleaned up both of my front teeth and I had my winning smile back! His friendly office staff and his wonderful assistant exemplified Customer Service and patient care. I now have a NEW DENTIST and it’s close to my job!!! I have an appointment to get much needed dental work done in two weeks!

I love going to Piedmont Smiles! The staff is always so nice and fun! I also went through Invasalign treatment for 11 months and it was such a great experience and my teeth look great! I was going every 6 weeks for check ups and now that I’m finished, I’m sad I only go in every six months for cleanings. I miss them!
