My husband and I have been seeing Dr Williams for the past couple years now. He and all of his staff are great. If you like being treated like an actual person who matters, this is the dentist for you. His receptionists, hygienists, and including himself, all take the time to talk with you, get to know you, and address any of the concerns you may have. They all put you at ease by explaining any processes or questions. My previous dentist office that I had been going to since I was a kid, was like a wheelhouse, and they weren’t too concerned on providing information. Their main concern was getting people in and out. This office is the complete opposite, and has been a great change for me. I highly recommend getting your teeth checked out here!

Pinecrest Dental is a great place to get your dental work done. No one loves going to the dentist, but Dr. Williams is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. It is a clean environment, and the assistants and staff are welcoming and kind. It is also an easy location to find, just off the freeway on 4500 South. -Carson

I have been here twice so far for dental cleanings. Dr Williams and his staff are great! They are all very personable and make you feel comfortable, which is important when someone is digging around in your mouth! They took the time to explain what’s going on and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. Definitely a step up from my last dentist!

Dr. Williams is AMAZING! My husband, daughter (5) and I, all went to see him for cleaning and cavities. Both visits there was less than a 5 minutes waiting period. My daughter LOVED him as he made her visit so comfortable for her. She was extremely nervous at first but she warmed up to him VERY quickly. During my cavity fillings, he constantly made sure that I was feeling no pain or discomfort. He is also VERY meticulous with the cleaning as he wants your smile to be as beautiful as you do. I am 28 years old and can honestly say that Pinecrest is the best dental services I have ever received.

I actually found them pretty affordable considering the work they do. I was very self conscious about going to ANY dentist after such a long time, but these guys were fantastic! They made me feel very comfortable and during the exam I didn’t feel like I was being judged. They were very open and upfront about what I would owe, and what insurance would pay. I highly recommend them.

I went into this office in extreme pain with several issues with my lower jaw. I chose them because they were the first open and had great reviews. The personable caring staff was great and conscientious of every concern I had! They got me in immediately due to my severe pain and that was very important to me considering how unpleasant my jaw had become so quickly! Highly recommended!

You know those places you visit, and you feel like it’s familiar, like you’ve been there before, or those family friends that are really much better described as family even though you aren’t blood related? Well, if you like the feeling of belonging then Pinecrest Dental is the place for you! When you walk in the door you’re greeted by several smiling faces at the desk. The staff is SO friendly and make you feel like you’re right at home. While waiting to get started there is water, fruit, and reading material to entertain you! How cool is that?! I highly recommend going to Pinecrest Dental! You won’t be disappointed!

I love Dr. Williams. He takes great pride in his work and spends an exceptional amount of time explaining the process of what is happening to your teeth and what should be done to repair them. Allowing the patient to make the decision as to the treatment options. He did not make me feel like my last dentist – that I was in for an “Extreme Makeover”. His office is walking distance to my home and modestly sized. Cozy, comfortable and down to business. And just one more thing……he telephones you that same evening before close of business to see how you are doing, makes me feel that if something were to be wrong that he would stay after hours and fix the problem.

So yesterday I went to the dentist… not because it is what you should do twice a year but because I have a tooth ache so bad, I couldn’t take it any longer. When I was 5 years old, I had a dentist that smacked me when I cried out in pain. So needless to say, my fear of dentists is very real to me. Now yes, we are talking about the year 1966 when the technologies were not as advanced as they are today. BUT I still carry this fear with me to the point that I cried when I made the appointment and the next two days before the appointment because of the fear deep within me. Over the years when I did have to go to a dentist my two daughters would go with me and hold my hands one on each side as I was petrified to even make the appointment let alone go through with it. Here is the good news…., By the grace of God I found Pinecrest Dental. I found them at 9 pm at night just doing an internet search of dentist near me who work with patients with no insurance. They popped up first. I went to their website and instantly I was asked by a person on their chat system what I needed help with. I told this person my fears and my dilemma of not having any dental insurance. This person told me that they would pass this message onto the dentist and that they would contact me in the morning. The next day I received a phone call and a text message. I called them back and I made the appointment. NEVER have I felt so loved and wanted and not judged with any dentist I have ever been to. Every single person in that office made me feel as if I was their only patient, from the time I stepped into their office until the time I left I felt like I was the only one they had to work with that day. Please if you are in need of an amazing dentist this is the one to choose. I can not rave enough about my experience with them. I would really recommend Pinecrest Dental. The staff is very personable and their skill in dental matters is very noticeable. I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed and It was performed really quick and rather pain-free. They make sure you are doing well with recovery and give you as much good information as you need to maintain good dental health. I have never really felt anything but apathy in regards to my dentist but I am genuinely glad to have found this dental office. I plan to stick with them for future dental care.
