I highly recommend Dr. Kim, at Pointe North Dental. Conveniently located off of the 95 at 7312 W. Cheyenne Ave., 89129 Suite 3. There is always enough parking in the lot, and coffee in the lobby. The front office staff is warm and welcoming, met with professionalism. Dr. Kim is a Naval trained dentist with knowledge of new and modern techniques to assist in many aspects of your dental care, (Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry). Dr. Kim will work with you on cost, and offers payment plans, always remember to ask if there are military discounts, if applicable. From a first time, root canal patient, who was terrified, from stories told, prior. It was literally pain free, totally professional staff assisted, perfection. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I have been going to Dr. Kim for years. Today I found out that I could write an online comment about my experiences with him, so here goes. I trust Dr. Kim. I not only trust him to do good work, but I trust him not to force partially or wholly unnecessary work on me just so he can make more money. That’s important, but of course, that kind of trust is meaningless without the other kind of trust: trust that he will do excellent dental work. And so he does; at least I have no complaints. Dr. Kim has done a number of fillings and crowns for me, and they all are just fine, even years later. I’m a happy camper/patient. I haven’t been to another dentist in so many years. I like Dr. Kim, his staff, and their dental work. I have no qualms about recommending Pointe North Dental.

Due to horrible past experiences i was terrified when i went it to See Dr Kim. I had to have an implant. Dr Kim and staff tried to make me feel comfortable. Dr Kim was very reassuring and made me feel better. I did the whole procedure under local anesthesia, i felt no pain. He did an outstanding job. Having had a past horrible experience where i felt more comfortable in a combat environment, i can HIGHLY recommend Dr Kim and his staff. Thank you for taking such great care and understanding.

It is a rare thing for me to give a perfect score. It was my first visit here and my first dental checkup in 6 years. There was no judgement, no nonsense, no up- selling, only awesome, friendly, professional, staff getting down to business, informing and educating every step of the way. I needed 8 cavities filled after my cleaning. It took Dr Kim about 10 minutes from numbing me up (great hands with a syringe. I Didn’t feel a thing), until I was up and on my way! Total time from check-in to check- out, 60 minutes! I was so pleased and impressed that I told everyone who crossed my path about my excellent experience.

The staff is always very friendly and professional. They texted me earlier in the day to assure my time was correct. Upon arrival they updated my medical history and confirmed that I took my premed. I didn’t have to wait in the reception area long. My teeth were cleaned without discomfort and I was ready to go asap. No one tried to pressure me into getting more dental work than was necessary. I’ve been going to Pointe North Dental, Dr. Ray Kim, for over 12 years. He and his office staff have been great. I’ve had various dental issues from bridges to root canals and recently had Dr. Kim put in two posts for implants. My filling broke on Sunday. I called the ER hotline. First thing she asked me was, “Are you in pain?” We spoke for a few more minutes and she assured me that I could be seen on Monday at Cheyenne location or Tuesday at Ann Road location. They opened at 8:00am and I was in the chair by 8:30am getting my filling fixed. Very friendly staff! I would recommend Pointe North Dental to anyone.

Just left the dentist and got my teeth cleaned. Dr Kim is the greatest & he’s so cute. I let the office know I’m afraid of the dentist and they respected this and was great. I also got a root canal and Dr. Kim did the best job ever. Crystal was a great assistant with the doctor while doing my surgery. The front desk girl Tavia was so awesome with getting me in last minute. The check in process was great practically no wait at all. The financial process and payment options were convenient if I needed them. The check out was smooth and painless (lol) Michelle was great at helping me make my future appointments. I also have to say Nicole is the best hygienest in the office. Paige also was great at polishing my teeth after my cleaning. Hands down I will always come to this office as long as he’s in business!! This office gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s!!!!!

I have been going to this dentist office for 17 years (I had them check when I was there last). I love Dr. Kim, he’s awesome. Takes the time needed to be with you and makes sure everything is ok. What has me writing this review though is the hygienist Theresa she is the best they have ever had! I’ve gone through a few going to this office and some of them haven’t been so good but Theresa is so thorough and is always asking if your ok. You know what I am talking about you get your teeth clean and you can’t really tell the difference, after my last cleaning with Theresa I’m like “my teeth are so pretty!” 17 years, never a review before, she is the best I hope that Dr. Kim keeps her!

Great service, fast, to the point, great pricing, no BS. The only criticism I have is that I could have used some more pain med as I had an impacted tooth extracted and I am a rather large guy 6’6″ 350 and have taken the pills that were prescribed already. Now it hurts pretty bad, but I will get over it soon hopefully. I don’t want to make it sound like they aren’t great at what they do though – great service. Most people will probably be fine with the pain relief they provide. I will definitely keep coming back.

What an amazing dental office ! I came in for a teeth cleaning. Theresa, the hygienist was super outgoing and down to earth. Her assistant Jenny was very smiley and had great bedside manor. I love love love loveeee Dr. Kim. But i am writing this review based on the office staff. They have a promo where you get a starbucks gift card if you leave a review on yelp. Last time i did it they didnt have any. Dr kim went out and got some more and even gave me an extra one for coming down to get it! This previous time i was there about two weeks ago, again, they didnt have any. I didnt sweat it because i thought they would take care of it quickly like last time. It has now been three weeks of me calling them to see if they have gotten them. All they tell me is “oh not yet, well give you a call when we get some more”……. Its been THREE weeks. I called today and simply told me they passed on my email to Dr. kim. Like, okay? What am i supposed to do with that? I know this seems stupid to be so angry about, but i am a college student with not alot of cash handy. I gotta make sure i get my freebies. All in all, just dissapointed with the attitude on the phone and how ive been brushed off.

I have been coming to Dr.Kim for over 15 years, I have had a couple of extractions and implants done aside from my check up and cleanings, I have always been completely 100% satisfied, from the moment you walk in you get welcoming smiles and you can tell the level of professionalism and team work in the office. Dr. Kim has ALWAYS been straight up, direct and the point and the man has a very soft touch when he is working on you but also a firm handshake (that means a lot to me) I have referred several friends to him and everyone to this day still thank me for doing so. I just finished an appointment that I had made yesterday and was seen within 24 hours. This is nothing special for DR Kim. I have been a patient for over 12 years and would not give one second thought of leaving for another Dentist. I find Dr. Kim to be exemplary in his field and is as painless as possible. He always checks on you after numming you to be sure that your procedure is as painless as possible. He is technologically up to date and can if you need a crown, you leave his office, after the only one visit, with your new crown.
