I am completely delighted with the work done to my teeth by Dr Phan and his assistant. The reception staff are freindly and efficient.My waiting time to be seen may have been as much as seven or eight minutes. This is magic. He completed the work scheduled for that day and then gave me the option of continuing to complete all the work. Appearently that hour was available. I was happy to have everything done on the same visit. All thats left do is to install a permanent crown.No pain either during or after the work acomplished. This is the place where science meets art.My teeth and I are very pleased!

A friend referred me to Dr. Phan’s office and I couldn’t be happier! When I arrived, his friendly and professional team made me feel welcome and helped me fill out my paperwork electronically. For my cleaning, the terrific hygienist walked me through everything, explaining to me what she found and how I could improve. They also used a state-of-the-art x-ray machine which I hadn’t seen before. Finally, I met with Dr. Phan who conducted his exam, and explained a treatment plan while patiently answering my questions. I’m beyond relieved to have found Dr. Phan and his team to work with going forward…I couldn’t recommend them more!

Dr Pham is a very good dentist! I have been here several times and always like the atmostphere at this office. (Except one time, a young hygenist treated me like a kid and had no sense of humor….. Well, maybe it was tough at first for beginners to look in people’s mouths for hours and say “I love my job”.) Recently my tooth was aching on and off. I had gone to 2 different dentists, one said I needed a root canal, one said I needed to remove it. Until I came to dr Pham, he found out that I had sinus infection. So after finishing my antibiotics, I’m so happy that the toothache is gone and I can enjoy my food again. Also, he noticed that I had TMJ and recommended a night guard. I have been to more than ten dental offices since I was a kid, and no one ever noticed that. I even brought it up once but received no answer, and I never knew what to do. I’m so glad that I came here this time. Otherwise, no one would tell me and I might end up with more serious problems later on.

Enhances my bright smile I was due, It’s time for my six months check up. Nouchee my hygienist took me right in, got me in a chair, turn to some show on TV, and we had a Little chat before Nouchee pry open my jaw. Sounds bad but it’s such a pleasant experience. She gentle scrape, brush, floss, rinse, and sent me off my merry way. Dr. Phan came in afterward and check my teeth are still in good health, and surely it is!! Thanks guys for another awesome experience. See you in six more months, please remind me!!

I don’t like going to the dentist, and find myself turn a bit surly as I enter the building. No one here seems to mind, and I really, really appreciate that. Had to have some cavities re-done. Right before Dr. Phan was ready to work I looked at him and said “this sucks!” He just smiled and efficiently, painlessly, fixed my teeth. He has thusly won my hard-earned respect and admiration. I’ve always been apprehensive when going to the Dentist and a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Phan. When making the appointment, the staff was courteous and professional and gave me a reminder call the day before my appointment. When I walked into the office, I smelled the aroma of fresh coffee and was immediately happy to see a coffee machine that grinds fresh coffee beans and comfy chairs. My apprehension completely left and I felt extremely comfortable to be there. It had been three years since I had a cleaning and Dr. Phan took the time to do a complete examination and to go over all of the health of my mouth. The hygienist was extremely professional and very friendly. Their consultative approach left me wanting to go back to the dentist to keep my oral health in check. I would highly recommend Dr. Phan and his staff to anyone looking for a professional and courteous dentist who cares.

This has got to be one of the nicest dental office I’ve been in…very upscale, modern, clean, and spacious. I like that every exam room has its own large screen tv to keep you occupied while work is being done on your teeth. Dr. Phan and his staff are super friendly and professional. Let’s face it……no one like to go to the dentist. Most of us are even scare of dentists I mean how could anyone really like going to get their teeth drilled right? I’ve had some very horrible experiences with dentists in the past, and I’m terrified of dental work. Wait….,—- correction: I USED TO BE terrified of dental work. …. If you’ve ever had any anxiety about seeing a dentist, I would strongly recommend coming here so they can change your mind! – I have never experienced a dental visit quite like this in my life; Porter Ranch Dental completely blew away all my fears and doubts!! Dr. Phan is seriously the best dentist I’ve ever encountered. He’s very gentle, thorough and efficient at his job. He and his wonderful staff made an actually PLEASANT experience for me…. Yes, I actually used the word Pleasant describing a dentist office… Hard to believe! I got a cleaning before I see Dr. Phan, I used to hate cleaning but the hygienist was so gentle I hardly had any pain at all. I’m not too sure how Dr. Phan and his staff do it. I thought I’d need sedation in order to get over my fears, but I got through a filling here with no Novocain at all. I was completely at ease. I used to avoid the dentist for years, but now I actually don’t mind going to the dentist….. I feel absolutely no anxiety coming here at all, which is shocking since the thought of going to the dentist used to keep me up all night in fears. I rarely ever brag or compliment anyone but I have to admit….. Dr. Phan is everything you ever wanted in a dentist: knowledgeable, skilled, patient and gentle. Also the office is very nice, modern and comfortable. I’m telling everyone I know to go to this office. It’s a remarkable place, and I love it. A dentist visit that was actually enjoyable??? I’m still in disbelief !!

Dr. Phan and his staff are AWESOME! Service was great!!!! I came in for a routine cleaning; unfortunately, one of my crowns was loosen. Dr. Phan and the staff took the time to explain clearly before they proceed with the procedure. No one loves being at the dentist, but they have made my experience very pleasant. After I had a crown done in “six” weeks by previous dentist in the valley. Finally, I found a real Dentist, Dr. Phan of Porter Ranch Dental Studio. The studio is super clean with latest equipment. The importance points are 1. Friendly staff. 2. Cleaning methodology. 3. Detail explanation to patient from Dr. Phan. Dr. Phan found 7 teeth that need to be fixed. I had a wonderful experience at Porter Ranch Dental Studio. I was warmly greeted by the receptionists upon entry and taken care of in a timely manner. Brittany in particular was very helpful to me in getting me set up into their system with my info and insurance. I originally only went in for a consultation for gum contouring. But to my surprise they offered to do the contouring procedure right there on the spot after the consultation was completed so that I didn’t have to make another appointment. My insurance covered 40% of the costs so I gladly accepted their offer. Dr. Pham was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment procedure. I was treated with warmth and care, and I truly felt it was important to him to make sure I was satisfied with the results. He asked me for my feedback before he completed the procedure to make sure I was happy with how it looked and offered to make more adjustments as per my request. I truly appreciated this. The dental nurse who assisted him was also very warm and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with my results and feel like a new woman! 🙂 I just got my braces off ( had them for 2 years)about a week and half prior but I knew getting the gum contouring was what would take my smile to the next level. And it is truly money well spent. I would do it over again in a heartbeat. I am so pleased with my results. Thank you Dr. Pham, Brittanty, and the dental studio team!!! 🙂

Before I met Dr. Phan, I had a lot of dental problems. I wanted a dentist I can trust and Dr. Phan is that dentist. From the beginning, he had a goal: to help me achieve healthy teeth, gums and a beautiful smile. Through a few appointments and advice on teeth and gum care, he has helped me achieve this goal. While we succeeded, he advised me that it’s a journey and that I need to continue to take care of my teeth at home. Year over year, visit after visit, I have zero dental problems and I attribute it to his expertise, advice, planning and execution. If you want a dentist you can trust, go see Dr. Phan. He’ll take care of you. The office staff is very professional and attentive. They greet you with a smile and ensure that you have a pleasant visit. Dr. Phan has assembled a great team! Most recently, I had a mouth guard made to reduce my snoring. My wife is very thankful when I wear it. Very Thankful!! I am the WORST patient in the known universe. I would rather have a tick on my eyeball than go to the dentist. Having said that, Dr. B. Phan and his staff have successfully changed all that. Starting with Brittany, the Office Manager…She is not of this world. She is genuinely kind, sincere, and compassionate to the core, which is almost impossible to find in a person in L.A. When I went to the office I had several procedures done on my first visit. Even though I told her of my fear of the dentist, I could have not spoken a word to her and she would have understood the depth of my fear. Although she gave me reassurances that everything will be ok and that I would do fine, the intensity of my fear still lingered inside me like some demon. And when my procedures were finished, it was then that I totally understood the sincerity of her words, although there was never any doubt in my mind before Dr. Phan started. Then there is Cheryl…again another kind, sincere, compassionate and understanding person not of this world either. She reminds me of this painting I once saw. It was a painting of a WWI scene where this soldier was in a fox hole and there were bombs going off everywhere and smoke from the explosions and fires and all of a sudden, coming out of the smoke unscathed walks this angel to reassure the soldier. Cheryl is that angel in the painting I once saw. That’s how reassuring she is. Her demeanor is such that it overwhelmed my anxiety. That is a very powerful thing for me to say since I was not able to calm myself down, and Cheryl as well as Brittany did. Then there is Dr. B. Phan. I tend to give people nicknames at work. For him, he’s truly the Zen Master. Like Brittany and Cheryl, he too is not of this world. He is an uncommonly kind and gentle soul. Because of him, Cheryl, and Brittany, I can say with 100% certainty that there is no reason to have the anxiety I had when I go back for future visits. It is highly unusual for me to be at a loss of words and trying to put into words Dr. Phan’s approach, demeanor, kindness and compassion is not possible. Porter Ranch Dental Studio should be the standard by which dental offices function and Brittany and Cheryl should be the standard of how a dentist’s staff should be hired.
