This is a newer office that opened up a few months ago near my work. I chose them because the location was convenient, they accept my insurance and I needed a new/better dentist. My last dentist of 13 years was not “in network”, and I was tired of paying those hefty, out of pocket fees and going to his old smelly office. I have been very pleased with my visits so far at Premier Dentistry. The office looks modern and comfortable. It has a nice atmosphere/set up and both the doctor and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Prices are much better too. Another big plus for me is that they do sedation and they are open on Safurdays. I couldn’t ask more from my dentist 🙂 Highly recommended.m

I had a wonderful experience at Premier Dentistry. Casey the hygienist was amazing! She did a great job explaining everything to me step by step. She was professional and really easy to talk to. Dr. Alex was awesome, very knowledgeable and had a great personality. I shared my concerns and they not only provided me with a solution but gave a dose of laughter as well.

We’ve been patients of Premier Dentistry for over a year now, and we’ve never had less than a great experience! Both my daughter and I have a dentist phobia like so many others. The staff here have always put us at ease, distracted us with good conversation, and made our appointments fast and seamless. They are prompt with appointment times which help you get in an out quickly. I also love that you have access to a tv as a further distraction! Thanks to the staff for making a dentist appointment bearable!

My son went to his first appointment few days ago. He said we really like it. Very friendly and professional staff. I called several places and got a recorded message to leave a message. I wanted to talk to a live individual. Premier Dentistry answered my called right away. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. He got an appointment couple weeks after. We did fill all the paperwork online. He just went straight to his appointment. He will be coming back for sure.

I had a great experience at Premier Dentistry! My mother was visiting from out of town during Thanksgiving week and pulled out a crown. I called my regular dentist, but they were not able to see her. Premier Dentistry came up in a search for dentists in my area, and they were able to see her immediately! Everyone at Premier Dentistry were very friendly and helpful. They were able to assist and not let a dental emergency spoil a visit!

My entire family goes to Premier Dentistry, including two elementary aged children. I used to take them to a pediatric dentist because I felt that would fit their needs better, but I couldn’t be happier with Premier Dentistry. The kids love little prizes they get to pick after the appointment and the tvs in the rooms during the cleaning. Premier Dentistry is the best! My family has been going here for 2 years. Today was the first time I’ve met Dr. Alex and he was great. He was honest, explained my options and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. He took the time to talk to me and didn’t rush at all. This was not the case at our previous Charlotte dentist, they always told us we needed “extra” services that weren’t covered by insurance. We’re so lucky to have found Premier! When I had my last cleaning the hygienist was very personable and made me feel very comfortable! 5+ stars!!!

I had to get a crown because I grind my teeth like it’s my job, and I cannot stop talking about what a great experience it was. (I swear they didn’t give me any laughing gas.) The entire process took a little more than 2 hours, and 45 minutes of that was waiting for the crown to be made. This is the first dentist I’ve been to that makes the crowns on-site; my previous dentist had me in a temporary for over a month because the crown kept coming back from the lab defective. I feel incredibly safe in the office with COVID happening: there’s no hanging out in the waiting room – they come to the parking lot to get you; patients have to wear masks; the staff wears masks and the medical staff also has face shields… they just couldn’t do a better job or be any nicer.

Really exceptional dental hygienist here (need to find out her name) I’ve visited twice now and it was a cold rainy day. Everyone was in a great mood and put me at ease during my appt. I have been a patient at this office for a few years now and have recommended other friends as new patients, which they are accepting. It looks like some of the reviews below speak on the previous dentist who was there. Dr. Dolgov is amazing, takes his time during exams and provides honest care. I can’t say the same for the care I received from the previous doctor (dr. j). The front staff has always been great about getting me in. I actually like coming to the dentist now! Highly recommend.

I found Premier Dentistry through my dental insurance website. I thought I probably had a few cavities since it has been 3-4 years since my last visit to a dentist back in NY. One of my teeth was very sensitive but I had to wait until my insurance kicked in January. Turned out I need a crown and a few fillings. Staff and doctor were friendly and did a fantastic job. My mother (Mayumi) went here to get her implant put in and she said Dr. Dolgov and the dental hygienist were very kind and friendly. We were unsure what to expect since the dentist changed ownership, but were pleased with the care provided by Dr. Dolgov. Even though part of the temporary implant was stuck, Dr. Dolgov was patient and spent a lot of time carefully taking it out. Highly recommend for quality dental care.

Very pleased! The whole staff exudes teamwork. They are all so professional. You feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. I have a good amount of dental anxiety from other dentists over the years and this was the first time I ever felt calm the whole way through. They have TVs above your chair while they’re working so you can zone out. My son loves it there too! I just had two fillings done today and they really pay attention to detail and making sure everything looks great and feels great. I will not go anywhere else!! Highly recommend! <3

We were happy with our visit to Dr. Dolgov. I had to bring my 12-year old daughter for a tooth extraction as part of her orthodontic treatment. The procedure was painless and quick. My daughter feels well afterwards and does not have any pain or discomfort. Dr.Dolgov took his time to get to know her medical history, listen to our concerns, was very kind and friendly.
