When I moved to Seattle 3 years ago I needed a lot of help with my teeth after being somewhat negligent for a couple years earlier. There’s a stigma about dentists that they will scold you about your bad home dental care, but Dr. Makagon and her staff were very educational and helpful. After looking at my teeth, Dr. Makagon told me I may need one or two root canals, but wanted to try fillings and some treatment first. I’m very pleased to report the treatment worked and after a few relatively pain-free appointments (where I can watch Netflix/Hulu/Twitch on TV’s that hang over the “operating chairs”) and stepping up my home care I now have healthy teeth and all my trips to this office now are for routine checkups and cleanings. I’m very grateful to Dr. Makagon and the staff for top notch care. I see some other comments about Tamara, and I have only had good experiences with her. I find her nice and we have little chats while finalizing payment and setting up the next visit. I think all of the staff here is very friendly and skilled, especially Dr. Makagon on both fronts. As long as I’m working or living near South Lake Union I don’t plan on changing dentists.

I love coming here.  They are very kind and thorough and take their time with everything that they do.  The office is beautiful and clean.  In fact, I don’t think I’ve been to a dental office like this one before.  The receptionists remind you of your appointments all the time which I really like.  I tend to forget sometimes with my busy schedule.  They have also helped accomodate me on several occasions now when I was out of town and needed to get in prior to my trips.  I have recommended several of my friends to come to Prestige Dental and they all love it.  I will keep coming herd as long as I’m in Seattle.  Thank you Prestige Dental for making my experience so wonderful.  I love coming to the dentist now.

Dr. Makagon runs a great practice and she is very skilled in her trade. The team at Prestige is efficient and friendly. During this period of coronavirus they are practicing very diligent PPE practices and checking the temperature of all patients. It can’t be comfortable wearing a mask, face shield, and the normal dentist head gear, so I really appreciate what they are doing and that they are open for business.

I love this place!!!!  Awesome, kind people.  Lisa and Sharon are so kind and knowledgeable.  They are always there to help and educate you with having the best oral health.  Dr. Bella is welcoming and respectful.  They smile, greet you and are all very professional with great energy.  Highly recommend Prestige Dental.  Our whole family goes there.

Throughout my life, I had never been the biggest fan of going to the dentist. I must say, however that this all changed when I first visited prestige dental. Upon entering the office, I immediately noticed how warm and accommodating the pre-appointment waiting area was~from their refrigerator stocked with bottled waters and self brew coffee maker to the comfortable seating and free wifi, I must say that I genuinely was able to relax and enjoy my time while waiting for my appointment to begin. As for the staff, they are absolutely remarkable and most definitely go out of their way to make you feel at home! When I was seated in the chair I was given a warm neckwrap (which felt wonderful) and the option of watching Netflix, which I politely declined, but it was still awesome that the option to do so was there! The hygienist, Sharon, did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth (whereas every other dentist I had been to in the past was a painful experience because my gums can be extremely sensitive sometimes), and that being said, I can definitely say that I will be returning to Prestige for many followup appointments 🙂 Before leaving, Tamara, who is absolutely wonderful, helped me make payment on what remaining money I owed and I was on my way! I”ve been coming to this dental office for a couple of years now. I’ve had great experience. The staff is very kind and helpful. I had an emergency when I first came, a couple of broken teeth. Since then, I’ve had a couple of crowns done and they feel very natural, I’ve had no issues. My hygienists educate me a lot and always give me good advise. They care and are very professional. It’s very close to my office which makes it convenient. They also offer valet which is helpful in downtown Seattle. I was recommended to come here by one of my team members at work and don’t regret it at all. I’ll be staying at the dental office as long as I work downtown.

Dr. Makagon, Lisa, the entire staff at Prestige Dental are exceptional. Not only are they knowledgeable on the latest dental techniques, but they make you feel like family. In addition the office is spotless and they have all the latest equipment to make any procedure painless. I can’t say enough positive about Prestige Dental!

I’ve never had such awesome customer service from a Dental Office before- (and not many other businesses for that matter). Every single member of the staff is on the top of their game. I was comfortable during the procedure and had very little discomfort afterwards. They even showed me my x-rays, which means everything to me since I have background in medical work. They didn’t assume that I couldn’t understand what I was looking at, which is what most places do. The communication via email and text just makes it that much easier to work with them. Customer since 2014. The entire office treats you like family. I adore Lisa as my hygienist since she knows me, always provides pointed feedback on what I need to do to take care of my teeth (floss regularly), but isn’t a broken record and doesn’t make me feel guilty. Bella and her entire staff are wonderful; caring and want to get to know you as a person, not just a customer. Valet is nice touch given the high traffic area. I could go anywhere for my dental work, but choose Prestige because of the amazing customer experience.
