Excellent customer service and highly responsive. Great quality dentistry. The dentist is a perfectionist, and when it comes to your teeth you want that. She doesn’t rush, instead makes sure everything is done right. I’m also so very grateful to the entire team for taking extra precautions regarding the virus. They took my temperature and asked a series of questions before entry. There is no contact with other patients as they escort you directly to your own room. Everything is sanitized. And both the dentist and assistant wear both a mask and full frontal plastic facial gear, in addition to gloves and protective gear. It was a perfect experience under the circumstances. I went because I cracked my tooth and it couldn’t wait. Thanks ever so much for squeezing me in and taking good care of my teeth.

This is my first time here. I followed my hygienist, here from an office in Chandler. She is amazing band the only hygienist I trust with my oral care. The staff and dentist were amazing yet again. I had a true dental emergency. They kept the office open until I could get there from work. They were kind, caring, and compassionate every step of the way. My issue was fairly traumatic but I got through it with some laughs and hand holding. Found this place after moving to Scottsdale and am thrilled. Hadn’t been to the dentist in years so I was slightly nervous as to what they’d say. Not to mention their hours are flexible for people that work 8 -5pm during the week but everyone is super friendly, accommodating and get you in and out. They even call you prior to check if your insurance and file are up to date so you don’t have to deal with that day of. Best dealing with a dentist I’ve ever had!

This was hands down the best dental practice I have visited. I was on a tight timeline due to a last minute work meeting and they were able to accommodate me without sacrificing details and friendliness. The amount of images they took were impressive and all were included in my first exam! Very clean dental office and every person there was friendly and professional. The dentist also noticed some issues with my previous dental work that my last dentist definitely did not catch. I also had a great dental hygenist who was very thorough. They also include a visit to the lab for crowns to get a perfect match with your teeth, this is very important for front teeth crowns. There is netflix on the TVs in the exam rooms and a massage chair in the waiting room!

I’m so happy I found this amazing dental office in Scottsdale for the last 2 years I have struggled finding a decent dentist and staff in Old town scottsdale. Everyone would try and over charge tell me things that were wrong with my teeth that I knew were not true just for the money �! Well not here they are honest and keep your teeth and wallet in mind! I do not have dental insurance and they have an amazing in house plan that after reviewing pretty much evens out to having dental insurance. The office is absolutely stunning and the Dr and hygienist are so warm and welcoming. I highly recommended this office to anyone

I went to Prestine Dental for the first time and it was awesome! The office is super clean, and they have espresso machime, coffee/tea and water waiting for you. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they set the bar high on that. Everyone is very down to earth and explains everything as easy as they can so you can actually comprehend what they say. Clean and comfortable environment, very friendly staff from front desk to the dentists and incredibly accommodating. I started with a cleaning, then back for three cavities and ended up purchasing the zoom teeth whitening. This is not your typical dentist and if you are like me (hadn’t been for longer than I want to post lol) and hate having work done on your teeth, this is the place you should go. I’ve been to Pristine a handful of times over the last couple years, and I’ve ALWAYS, had a great experience. But, this last time was just amazing. I even went home and told my boyfriend about it lol I don’t remember what my hygienist’s name was, but she told me she fills in for people and isn’t there full-time. She was fantastic. She educated me while she was doing my cleaning. Telling me what I was doing well, what I could do better on, and even told me about Burst, which is the electric toothbrush she uses/loves. I’m about to go buy it! The new doctor, Dr. Charles is so great too! She’s very endearing and you can tell right away that she genuinely cares about your dental health. I also love the gal who rings me up after my appt! I think she may be the office manager, but she is always so bubbly/outgoing/conversational and it’s super comforting. I’ll definitely keep coming here for the long haul! These ladies are the best of the best

My 10 Year old son was a new patient needing a few procedures done. We spent almost 3 hours there and it did not feel like it. Every minute there was comfortable and pleasant. Dental Assistant (I did not get her name) was so kind, patient and made it a fun experience for my son. Thank you! The doctor, I believe was Dr. Charles? (sorry if I got that wrong) was also very nice and made the experience pleasant. I cannot complain about the awesome staff they have here. This is the first time I have been to a Dentist in years, and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I needed to come in for an emergency from experiencing severe pain, and they fit me in the same day no problem without me ever visiting prior. The entire staff from check-in to having all work done were all inviting, friendly, and great at what they do! If you’re looking for a clean, chic, high end type of establishment – this is the place for you. I went looking for a dentist for my fiancé. He had his cavities fixed while visiting his parents in California and they’ve been sensitive to cold and heat ever since. The dentist here was able to see him right away and hopefully fixed the issue. So far so good. I just wanted a cleaning, I love going to the dentist and this was a fun office to visit. Super pink everywhere and coffee machines and water in the waiting room. Even a massage chair! They were running a special ~$70 for new patients including X-rays. They gave some good advice and I’m satisfied with the cleaning. I’ll probably get my teeth whitened there since it’s fairly reasonable $300 this month, $500 regularly (I don’t have dental insurance). But the cleanings are not reasonable without insurance ($220). They run deals where you pay $300 and get two cleanings and some other stuff which I guess is a good deal but I’ve never had cavities (knock on wood) and really only go to the dentist for cleanings. Overall I HIGHLY recommend but the regular prices are a bit high for me. They seem to run good specials so if I go back I’ll probably wait for when they have their reduced prices.

This place was a gem of a find. I was able to get an immediate appointment, and the work I had to get done was truly painless. I hate the dentist and while I still don’t find it my favorite place I do find it a little less dreadful at Pristine Dental. The hygienists are super nice but not aggressively cheerful so it feels fake. They have a massage chair in the waiting room, however you wont get to wait long. Very modern equipment and rooms. Large T.V in every patient room. Streamlined process so I knew exactly what I covered and my insurance covered etc.

WOW! The most accurate filling I’ve ever experienced. THANK YOU! I was amazed by the amount of technology used in this office. X-ray guns and micro cameras. All the pictures are instantly displayed on a big screen and the doctor explains problem zones and possible treatments without forcing unnecessary procedures. Very friendly staff (even when calling for an appointment) and clean office. At the end of an exam, you get a summary of applicable treatments – everything calculated with and without insurance. I really can’t be happier with my choice!

She graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed her General Practice residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital. Dr. Charles is continuously learning new and innovative aspects of dentistry through her professional affiliations. Dr. Charles is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and performs community service through this organization. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis.
