I followed Dr. Annie to Prudential Dental from another practice in January of 2019. I’ve had many implants, crowns and restorative work in the past two years and have been extremely pleased with Prudential. One of my implants required nasal passage surgery which I opted out of as both Dr. Ghaddef Dam (Dr. G) and Dr. Annie formulated a plan. I now have a 3-tooth removable “denture” which is so comfortable and is so realistic in appearance. Dr. G recently “repaired” my front tooth as it was chipped and discolored. I was happy with it when I left the office that day but noticed the color had changed and was slightly “off” the following day or two. Absolutely no problem: Dr. G redid the front tooth and now it’s perfect! Overall, this practice is very well run. The front desk is very efficient with responding to emails and reminding of appointments. The dental assistants are cordial and knowledgeable. Lauren, the hygienist, is a peach and extremely thorough. Best of all, they accept CareCredit !!!! During the pandemic, Dr. G personally emailed me a video of all the precautions that were set up in the office because I was hesitant to keep my appointment. It worked! No stone unturned! I highly recommend Prudential Dental………you will be as pleased as I am.

Every experience I’ve had there has been wonderful. The front desk staff of Jennifer, Courtney and Sun are terrific and so helpful with insurance and scheduling. The dental assistants, Jennifer and Claudia, work seamlessly with the dentist and are very personable.The hygienist, Lauren, does a great job and we always laugh a lot during my cleaning. I also like that she takes actual photos of your teeth. One of which showed a cavity that didn’t show up on X-ray. The above are all superfluous to the main reason I go to Prudential Dental which is Dr. Hamasat Gheddaf Dam. She is extremely well educated and knowledgeable but also very caring and patient. Explaining anything and everything, so generous with her time and she LISTENS! Her ethos permeates the whole of the practice and it is as though it is one organism. This is how I came to her practice. I heard a conversation that Dr. Gheddaf Dam, who is Swiss trained, had with two visiting Japanese dentists the gist of which was how in the rest of the world the use of onlays and inlays is the norm where as here it is all crowns. I had never even heard of inlays/onlays before that day, it had always been “you need a crown”. Why would you take away all that “good” enamel to do a crown when it is not necessary? Given the opportunity, I would always take the least destructive option. Since that day I have finished an ongoing implant, had two incorrectly fitted crowns replaced and had my first ever inlay with Dr Gheddaf Dam. I have told her that I will follow her wherever she goes! If you doubt that, you should know that I live on the outer cape and travel a minimum of two and a half hours each way now.

I’ve been going to Prudential Dental for a few years now (twice during COVID) and absolutely love my experience every time. It’s hard to find a dental office you don’t dread going to, but I’ve found it. The staff is always friendly and facility spotless. I HIGHLY recommend my hygienist Lauren, she’s amazing!!

I absolutely love my dentist Dr.Ghedaf-Dam. I found her when she was teaching at Tufts and I needed a tooth pulled, my anxiety about this was off the charts. She immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions and concerns and I have been a patient of hers ever since. She does amazing work and has made my smile brighter. She radiates positive energy and one of the things I love most about this practice is that I so often hear the sound of gentle laughter wafting through the office. The space is light and airy, the staff –from the front desk to the assistants and hygienists are all friendly, professional and go above and beyond. This past past year I fractured a tooth and broke a crown. I was concerned about dental work in the midst of the pandemic, but because I trust Dr Ghadaf-Dam, I knew I would be safe. The extra care they took and Covid protocols they put in place put my mind at ease; the peace of mind that comes with that is priceless. And that is the key thing, I always feel heard and cared for, no matter what the issue. I love what another patient said once at the front desk, ‘This practice has a lot of soul’. If you want a compassionate, caring dentist who is on the cutting edge of research and makes a dentist visit one of the highlights of your day this is the dentist and practice for you. Before finding this practice, going to the dentist was a stressful experience. Now I actually look forward to every visit. Exceptional care, and quality work. I’ve never been happier with a healthcare provider in my life.

For the last several months, I have been dealing with dental issues and no place could have dealt with them better than Dr. Gheddaf Dam and her excellent team at Prudential Dental. I have previously had cleanings with Yana who was incredibly helpful, nice and kind about any areas of sensitivity. Once it came time for the more serious stuff, Dr. G stepped in and took care of business in a quick and easy manner that made the entire experience very pain-free. An emergency came up recently during a vacation of mine, as a part of a filling from years ago had fallen out. The pain was rather severe, and Prudential Dental was able to get me in for an appointment that day – it was truly a miracle as anyone with tooth pain knows. Not only was I able to get a consult about the pain, Dr. G and Claudia were able to refill my tooth on the spot, even staying later than their stated hours to get the job done right. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the awesome people at Prudential Dental, especially Dr. Gheddaf Dam. She is the most professional and hard-working dentist I have met, but also is kind and attentive to your particular needs as a patient. I can’t imagine this experience going smoothly with any other dentist but they honestly made it a pleasure. Just sign up for an appointment already! You won’t regret being treated by this awesome team.

First off, the view from the dental chair of Dr. Gheddaf Dam is pretty spectacular–it looks right out over Copley Square. Certainly the best view I’ve ever enjoyed in a dentist’s office. Going along with such a remarkable view was remarkably attentive service. From the moment the elevator doors opened directly into the reception area, I was made to feel welcome. The receptionist (I believe her name is Jennifer) greeted me and made it clear they were happy I was trying them out. When I had questions about some of the usual forms you sign when you are a first-time visitor to any doctor’s office, she was responsive and helpful. I was taken back to a dental chair the moment I finished filling out the forms, and the dental assistant swiftly began taking X-rays of my teeth (which I needed, since I had not had any in a few years). Though that is never a pleasant process, owing to the uncomfortable apparatus they put in your mouth to capture the images, the assistant was also sensitive to the discomfort and consistently checked on how I was doing. Dr. Gheddaf Dam attended to me shortly afterwards, so that I was never left alone for more than a couple minutes. Dr. Gheddaf Dam was top notch. She clearly understands that patient satisfaction is as important as quality care when it comes to dentistry–I’ve had my share of dentists who made you feel like you were their ATM machine, or that they had many other more pressing obligations to attend to–and her bedside (chairside?) manner was among the very best of any dentist I’ve known. She was friendly, attentive, and explained everything she did with clarity. She did not aggressively push for new work or services, though she explained a few possible concerns about my teeth she could help with. She made me feel like I had the power to make my own decisions about my teeth without causing me to wonder if she was simply looking for ways to increase the bill. She’s earned my future dental care!

Dr. Hamasat Gheddaf Dam and dental hygienist Claudia are wonderful human beings who make my visits to the dentist a positive experience! I am always so impressed by the high level of care, compassionate service, and top-notch technology available at Prudential Dental Associates. Their front desk team is just as caring and helpful! I typically don’t write reviews but my experience here was so good this morning that I felt the need to. This was my first appointment so I had a cleaning and a new patient exam and everyone was so great. I had to wait maybe 5 mins for my appointment, the hygienist (Yanna? Yanina?) was amazing, explained everything about my mouth/teeth to me while she was doing the cleaning, and was extremely thorough which I appreciated. I didn’t feel like she was rushing, she seemed to really care about not only cleaning my teeth but educating me about my own mouth. I then saw the Dentist (Dr. Gheddaf Dam? I’m terrible with names) who was also so amazing. She seemed to really care and was so nice and knowledgeable. I never realized how terrible by last dentist was until I went here and everyone was so much more knowledgeable and even the tools were more high tech (for example they had a mouth camera which takes photos of your teeth) which helped with the cleaning etc. and made the cleaning more interesting. Finally the front desk staff were also amazing. They checked my dental coverage before I even came in, and then when I was interested in invisalign they looked up my coverage right on the spot for me, explained payment plans etc. and were overall an amazing group of women. Thank you all so much!

I have never met a dentist quite like Dr. Gheddaf Dam. If you are looking for one of the most genuine and compassionate dentists you could ever meet, Prudential Dental is for you. I had a very extensive treatment plan inclusive of veneers, crowns and onlays. This process was very overwhelming for me, both Dr. G and her staff consistently went above and beyond any standard level of care to make me feel comfortable. The over communication and support is certainly nothing that I have experienced from any other health care provider. The end result was the smile of my dreams. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a cosmetic dentist and i will continue to remain a patient for routine visits.
