I had my first visit with Pure Smiles today for a comprehensive oral exam. It was amazing. Pam was my dental hygienist and her service was extraordinaire. She has one of the most pleasantly calm voices I’ve ever heard. She was very detailed and thorough. She explained everything she did and why. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental visits. Inside my exam room I sat in front of a window with a bird feeder right outside! I watched beautiful birds and squirrels during my exam! There was also a tv on the wall that played various clips of animals being silly! Lol Really helped- a lot! Dr. Patel (the dentist) who will be performing my wisdom tooth extraction was pleasant and personable as well. Overall experience – A+ Very warm and inviting staff. Extremely pleased with this office and my experience today.

I needed an emergency appointment because my regular dentist was closed for the week. I made the appointment after 10pm, got a confirmation immediately, they called me the next morning to move up the appointment, and I was seen immediately. Office was clean and we’ll suited for COVID-19. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, also empathetic to my pain

I have had to change dentists several times in the past but I am so glad I finally found my dental home! Everything about the office from the front desk to the dental work are top notch! My hygienist, Angelina is amazing and kind! Not only did I get a great cleaning but she provided an education about dental health that no other hygienist has in the past. She also did an excellent job with my 4 year old daughter who had anxiety due to a bad experience at a previous office. Dr. Patel is also the best! He’s warm and efficient. Seriously, I’ve never had a filling done so quickly, but don’t confuse speed with lack of quality. Insurance is always a headache with dental offices but I can honestly say I know Pure Smiles cares, because all the front desk staff go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. There was a small hiccup with insurance billing and they literally contacted me the same day and took care of it right away. I didn’t even have to call my insurance and deal with that uphill battle. If you’re looking for a new dentist, choose Pure Smiles!!

All around excellent service!!!!! Walked in the door and was greeted promptly and friendly. The cleaning , x-rays, etc. was fantastic. Dr. Patel explained in detail what was going to take place. I had a permanent bridge done. It looks and feels great. I recommend Pure Smiles, Dr. Patel and his great staff to anyone that has dental needs. There are dentists, then there is Pure Smiles!!!

First time going to the dentist for several years and went in knowing that I’d need some extra work done. Staff was nice, knowledgeable and walked me through what was wrong and what needed to be done. Much better experience than with my previous childhood dentists. If you just need upkeep id recommend the in house plan. Ended up being cheaper for me than the available insurance premiums and covered more

I arrived on time and was sent a text to enter. I was greeted in a friendly manner while my temperature was checked. The number of patients in the waiting area was kept to a minimum to maintain social distancing. The staff are always cheerful and polite. I’ve been going to this location for 15+ years and my grandkids come here too! The dentists and staff are highly competent and you know you are in great hands!!

I came across Pure Smiles for an emergency situation with my 2 year old. She didn’t have a dentist yet and she knocked her bottom front teeth loose. I was concerned bringing a 2 year old into a family dentist. At that time, I preferred her to see a pediatric dentist due to her age and injury but no one had availability same day nor did they kindly help me like Pure Smiles did. I had such a pleasant experience from the moment they answered the phone. Fast forward 2 months later. We have been there 3 times since for a cleaning and rechecks on her dislodged teeth and I couldn’t be happier! My high energy 2 year old actually let them get multiple x rays, a cleaning and exam. Dr Patel is absolutely wonderful with her and has an amazing “bedside manner” . He takes his time with us to explain everything and doesn’t make you feel like just a number. The rest of the staff is also very kind, front and back office staff. Unfortunately, they are not contracted with our insurance but I am so happy with our experience thatthe rest of my family is going to start coming here. They have a great out of pocket plan, but having my mind at ease with my families dental health is priceless! Highly recommend!

Had a great first visit. I was a little hesitant not knowing the staff, but felt very comfortable. Great cleaning/process and plenty of options (types of cleaning devices, flavors of fluoride and paste, etc). Would recommend giving them a try!

My second visit was last Thursday and again very pleasant. Most people don’t enjoy going to the dentist office but @pure smiles, each and every one of them make you feel at home and comfortable that you look forward to visiting next time. Not only do they text you before the appointment, also, they follow up afterwards. Dr. Patel is soooo knowledgeable but yet very humble. I am a nurse myself and I am just beyond words at the professionalism and exceptional patient care @pure smiles. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

I think my favorite part of Pure Smiles Dentistry is the staff there. I’ve gone to this office for years and was a bit nervous when Dr. Vaughn retired, but Dr. Patel has been amazing! I feel like I am taken care of and still see all familiar faces whenever I visit. I highly recommend!

Love Dr. Patel and his team! We have been coming here for almost 20years since Dr. Vaughn was our Dentist. We were sad when he retired. Fortunately, Dr. Patel is also one of the best Dentist we have. We also love Susan! She’s exceptional! Always looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned! She has been my dental hygienist for years. She’s very gentle and thorough. Sometimes Irena is my kids hygienist. We love her too! We highly recommend Pure Smiles Dentistry to our family and friends!

Pure Smiles delivered one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist. They were extremely warm, welcoming, friendly, and took time to explain what they were doing and why. They genuinely seemed to want to get to know me as a person. No one attempted to upsell me into treatments I don’t need, which has happened at other practices I’ve been to. So happy to have finally found a practice I can call home!

I’ve been a patient at Pure Smiles for over 2 years and I love the practice. The front desk staff is always kind and Dr. Patel is cheerful. My favorite hygienist is Pam. She always does an excellent job with my cleanings, and answers any questions without making you feel like a bother or that it’s a dumb question. Thank you Pure Smiles for making my dental visits a pleasant experience!

We recently moved to Marietta from Charlotte NC. Upon recommendations from friends living here I had my 1at appointment today. I was highly pleased from the front desk staff to the hygienist to Dr. Patel. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and they are doing the COVID-19 precautions. I would highly recommend this practice

This I the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. The staff are so professional and welcoming. Dr Patel is so down to earth and knows his stuff! I’ve had 2 root canals and both were quick and painless where I went to work the next day. I drive an hour each way but it’s worth the trip because of the quality care and service I receive.

From the receptionist, to the Hygienist, Gum Specialist, to Dr. Patel and everyone in between were fantastic!!!! They made you feel so welcome and made you feel right at home. If you want to go to a professional, a team takes cares about you. Go see Dr. Patel and his crew at Pure Smiles!!!!

Pure Smiles has been by far the best Dentist office I have experienced since a child! The staff here is very friendly and very responsive. I can really tell they put in effort to make all their patients feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve had a wonderful experience with one of the Hygienists,Pam she is amazing at what she does. It was also a pleasure meeting Dr. Patel. Everyone one here has shown great customer service and very knowledgeable.
