I am a regular patient at Quality Dental in Linden Market and today I felt very well taken care of. I called with a terrible toothache, they got me in 2 hours later. The hygienist and Dentist were amazing, extremely talented at what they do. I had my tooth pulled quickly with no issues. If your looking for comfortable, affordable, high end dentistry go here.

I have been using Quality Dental Care since moving to Omaha in the spring of 2020. They very efficient in making appointments and keeping me informed of any changes. All the technicians and dentists have been well informed and explained the procedures. They have also helped me to take more time in my daily teeth care.

First of all, it needs to be noted that I am beyond terrified of the dentist. With that being said, Quality Dental Care went above and beyond to take care of me! Because of my fear, it had been around 15 years since I’ve been to the dentist (last went when I was a teenager). I first went in to QDC for a toothache which ended up having to be a root canal. They eased my worries from the initial appointment. I ended up opting for sedation which was the best for me. I went in and while under sedation they fixed a couple other cavities. I woke up with zero pain. 12 hours later and I still have zero pain. From the doctor to the assistants, everybody was so helpful and skillful. 10/10 would go back again without hesitation. I’ve already recommended this place to friends and family!

I have been using Quality Dental Care for years and have never been disappointed. Dr. Trumm and his staff are super friendly and have always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They provide great dental care. Safety is also very important to them. During this time of a pandemic the dental office has procedures in place for an easy check-in to appointments and filling out questionnaires from the safety of your own vehicle, without having to sit in a crowded waiting room, and letting you know when to come into the office when your hygienist is ready for you. If you are looking for a new Dentist and a great experience, I recommend Quality Dental Care.

Great Dental Office! The staff at quality dental are friendly and professional when doing their jobs. They do a great job of putting me at ease and I’ve actually gotten to the point where I don’t mind going to the dentist anymore. Mara, the hygienist is friendly and does a good job of keeping me smiling. The dentists here are also very professional and easy going. If you’re looking for a dental office I highly recommend this one!

When I was 18 I had to find my own dentist, so I opened up the phone book (yes, I know, I just aged myself) closed my eyes, and pointed to a random one on the page. It happened to be Quality Dental Care. What a fearless and naive young adult I was- just blindly following the whims of fate. I was also pretty lucky because I ended up as a patient of Dr. Trumms for 12 years! I will be switching due to my insurance changing. And, let me tell you I’m seriously distraught over the situation. Hence- why I am writing this review. Looking into finding a new practice has shown me how lucky I have been over the years. While yes, there are several comfort features they offer to the more timid dental goers… I have established that I am fearless and never took the staff up on their offers of comfy blankets, TV’s positioned above me, or massage chairs. What I found more appealing was the transparency in services. As the teeth nurses do their initial examination, they identify the strength of your gums and use a tiny camera to collect the data and input it into a computer to give you a visual. I no longer had to wonder how my teeth were doing because I was finding out in real time with their equipment. This is vastly different from other offices where the dentist just gives you the thumbs up or [thumbs] down. The Hygienists are knowledgable and always available for additional education if you prompt them. They stay very informed on the newest technologies including brushes, water picks, and types of toothpaste. They are seriously experts. I challenge you to ask them a question and wait for your mind to be blown. I can also attest that I have had many for years! It speaks volumes to find a staff so cohesive and long running… like Grey’s Anatomy. They also communicate with ear pieces. If the doc is in the middle of a procedure, they will call for additional instruments instead of having to run in and out of the room. This increases the efficiency and reduces the amount of time one must spend in the chair with their mouth open in an obviously unflattering position. Speaking of flattering, shoutout to Brittany the real MVP of my glorious smile. The woman breaks it down for ya’. Instead of trying to compete with patients checking in at the front desk, there is a separate checkout desk to go over your visit and review charges. Goodbye surprise bills! She also helps you set up a follow up visit for your next cleaning. This is great because I would totally just run out the door and later find myself counting on my fingers how long its been since I had a cleaning. Now, I just have to glance at my calendar. Oh yeah, let’s talk Trumm. He is a fantastic guy. A real family man. Every time I go in he gives me an update on the kiddos and asks how my life is going. Like seriously, so personable. He’s also pretty great about adjusting lights so they aren’t in my eyes and other little things that I’m currently blanking on. He has also saved me quite a bit of money. I have a spot on one of my teeth that any other doc would want to fill, but he has just been watching it. I love that he always takes the conservative approach. I can’t tell you how many times this gent has saved me from uncomfortable procedures, down time, and excessive unnecessary spending. You can tell he really enjoys what he is doing and has fun. In my MANY years of coming here I have never been canceled on. I didn’t realize what a big deal that is until I started my research of other offices. It really made me think, Dr. Trumm is the Bees knees. All in all, I’d say they’re an iight group.

I truly am grateful for Dr. Trumm and the entire team at Quality Dental Care! I have never been comfortable going to the dentist (and my avoidance caused issues) but they continue to do so many things that help make my dental visits comfortable! And they are enjoyable, good humans and I value that so much!

Our family has been going to Quality Dental for almost 2 years now, and they are just fabulous! They are always so warm and welcoming. It’s also nice to find a place that has updated equipment/technology. I didn’t realize for the past years how historic our old dentists office was. Would definitely recommend!

Love this place. I tried several other dentists in the area and this place beats them out by far. My son need to see an orthodontist and was referred by Dr. Trumm to Dr. Conway. He did all these x-rays and molds and turns out my son has a breathing problem that we’ve asked the doc about several times. He’s got us on the plan to fix not only his teeth but his breathing issue. This dentist is great with kids and have TVs for them to keep them distracted as my son doesn’t like going to the dentist.

Hands down, the best dentist in town. Friendly staff and they know me by name. Dr. Trumm really cares about his patients. My husband had a dental emergency a few years ago, and Dr. Trumm went out of his way during the weekend to make sure he was taken care of and has everything he needed. Can’t recommend QDC enough!

Dr. Trumm was very empathetic to my situation and was great with the extraction! (Tears weren’t streaming out of my eyes!) Erin was amazing at assisting Dr. Trumm! She has great report, and does a fantastic job at bonding with her patients!  Thank you all so much! I kidded about getting y’all to move out to North Carolina now that I have found a dentist I trust, but I might just fly back for my dental care!❤❤❤
