I moved here with braces already on my teeth, and Dr. Grossman was great about accepting me and working through what had already been done and figuring out what still needed to be done. His staff was amazing! They helped me with filing insurance, working around my schedule, and were always as gentle and kind as they could be. As an adult with braces, I really appreciated the time that Dr. Grossman took to explain things to me and the care he took to make sure I was comfortable. When I found out that I was having to move again, he helped me to finish up my treatment by seeing me more often to make sure I could be done and not have to switch orthodontists again. This was a major plus in my book! Dr. Grossman was very knowledgeable and seemed to be on top of the newest and latest treatments. I also really liked that you got a lot of personalized attention, as there was never more than two patients at a time. I would highly recommend Dr. Grossman and his staff!

Dr. Dan is beyond anything we could expect. His understanding of our unique situation and the efforts that had been put forth in pervious years mean everything to us. The Raleigh location is absolutely beautiful and the remodel is such a welcomed change! Everyone at practice is so kind and professional. First time walking in they welcomed me by name. Dr. Grossman came out to shake my hand and introduce himself while I was still checking in at the front desk. He also called me by name without reference to the front desk. My daughter had an appointment on Tuesday. As soon as we walked in Rebecca who I spoke with the day earlier to set up appointment immediately remembered us and our names. We love Dr. Dan and his office staff!!! He came highly recommended by our pediatric dentist. When deciding on an ortho office we didn’t want to be treated in a huge practice that herds you through like cattle. Grossman Orthodontics has a wonderful family feel – laid back and comfortable! Dr. Grossman is very conservative and patient. My sons teeth are a mess and with recent dental trauma Dr. Grossman has been so patient – consulting with our pediatric dentist, waiting for my son to lose teeth before jumping into braces prematurely. Used a cool spring retainer to begin the movement of teeth. We look forward to our continued care with Dr. Dan! Highly recommend him!
