I have two boys with Dr. Reynolds. I just finished with one child and start with the second one. You all know how expensive braces are but I am very grateful to have found this practice! They have been nothing but supportive throughout the whole financial process. Deigh, have been wonderful and helped me out a lot. THE BEST. I got Invisalign with Reynolds Orthodontics after dragging my feet on it for yearsss. The whole process was done COMPLETELY around my schedule. I am a full-time law student and was always able to receive accommodating appointment times. Reynolds and his whole team are the most friendly and knowledgable group you will find. My invisalign treys always arrived quickly due to the level of cases they handle + My appointments were always extremely time efficient and thorough. Very happy with the overall process and level of expertise provided which allowed for my treatment to be completed in under 7 months.

Dr. Reynolds is by far the most precessional, caring, and detail-oriented healthcare professional I know. I have had three of my children under his care for braces, and every dental situation has been unique, but the love they received from Dr. Reynolds and his staff was not: from the first appointment to the last, the kids felt the respect and kindness from every person in the office. We LOVE Reynolds!! At our initial consultation my son was 13 and very anxious. Dr. Reynolds came in, sensed his anxiety and made made him feel comfortable. Dr. Reynolds and his team are fantastic! Everyone on his team is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and informed through the process. I did Invisalign with them and only had one “emergency” where my trays were not fitting properly and they were able to fit me in the same day to get it fixed. When covid restrictions prevented them from being able to do in person visits, they communicated it really well and worked with me to make sure it didn’t slow down my progress. Highly recommend!

Dr. Reynolds and his team were recommended to me by my dentist, Dr. Robert Young. What resonated with me was that Dr. Reynolds is not known to give up easily nor end a treatment just because the pay period is over and they have 2 convenient locations. I am in my late 40s and had braces in postgrad that damaged my teeth’s alignment, partly because I did not have time to follow-up when I was supposed to and I had a mediocre Orthodontist. Dr. Reynolds has been very patient, and although he and his team would have wanted a much better result, I am beyond happy with the outcome. The simple act of eating/chewing is back to normal and he gave me a great smile. His team from the front desk to his assistants, especially Milli, are all wonderful and capable. They are always on time, their reminder system is more than adequate, you always leave their office feeling “they got this”. Maybe my best compliment is that my 14 year old is now his patient as well.

Dr. Reynolds and his staff are wonderful!!! They are punctual, friendly and always willing to work around our busy schedules. He has been following my son since our dentist referred him at age 7. He has had his braces on for 1 1/2 years now and we have been very pleased with his progress! At age 11 now, his teeth look so much better and this is always one appointment that he doesn’t mind coming to! I have and will continue to reccomend them to my friends!
