Dr. Perpich is a wonderful man. He genuinely cares about his patients. He has set up an “all-in-one” clinic where one can have oral surgery, or a complete crown in a matter of hours. He is not only personable, but extremely skilled. He has completely transformed the mouths of two of my friends and given them smiles to be proud of, an incredible change! They will ONLY go to him! I have replaced my metal fillings with porcelain crowns and I love the transformation. I HIGHLY recommend him and his positive, friendly staff.

I went to Richfield Dentistry early this morning. I was very nervous and apprehensive. All those feelings were gone after meeting the GREAT, Professional staff there. I needed a deep cleaning. The hygienist, Jigme, that performed the cleaning , is an Angel!! She was very caring, compassionate, and professional!!!! I actually can’t wait to get back there and have her do the other side of my mouth. The side she did feels like a brand new mouth! Thank you Jigme!!!

I am EXTREMELY scared of dentists. I came here because i was in pain. For years I skipped going to the dentist because of the fear i have. Dr. Perpich is by far the BEST dentist i have been to in my entire life. My teeth are in bad shape since i didn’t go for years. In the last few months i have seen him and his staff about 6 times if not more and each time i go i start off anxious and leave feeling calm and satisfied with how my appointment went. He doesn’t scold me and make me feel embarrassed for all my cavities. The staff there is also very helpful and polite. Also at previous dentists I’ve been to I’d have to either wait days, weeks or even months to just be seen. I’ve never waited more than a day to see him. I really could go on and on about how AWESOME this place is. Thank you Dr. Perpich for taking care of my mouth and making me feel less anxious about going to the dentist! I’m excited to get my smile back!

I went here a couple of months ago. Generally I’m pretty low maintenance on dental matters, and this place was exactly right for me. Quick in and out, no lectures, good information. Also, the added benefit of no paperwork (everything was done via super futuristic iPad) was nice. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and I’ll definitely be going back.

Super impressed with the service and welcoming feel at this new office so close to home. Dr. Perpich a wiz at teeth (I needed an emergency crown) and conversation as well. From the moment I walked in the door, Jody, Jill, Barb and Dr. Perpich took care of my every need with attention to my comfort, and time. I don’t have dental insurance and they offered me interest free financing without me even asking. I signed my whole family up for the smile program and look forward to getting back to semi-annual teeth cleaning and exams without breaking the bank.

I’m a person who was really afraid of the dentist because of bad past experiences as a kid and other clinics. Richfield Dentistry offers 5 star service. Not only is the staff super friendly, they listen to you and work at your pace to make sure you are comfortable. From check in, to x-rays, to exams, cleaning and procedures their #1 focus is you and your comfort. They explain everything in a way that puts me at ease. Okay, we need more than 45 likes already! I had a TERRIBLE fear of the dentist to the point I hadn’t been to one in over 15 years. I don’t normally write reviews but feel in this case I must. I got a crown put in 2016 by Dr. Perpich which unfortunately fell out last night. I called this morning they saw me within an hour. There was no judgement about the long time since I had been in or blame about it falling out, he just said that since it had been less than 5 years he would replace the crown for free. I did have to pay for a new post to be put it since the old one came out with the crown but overall the expense was minimal. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks because I appreciate someone who stands by their work!

There’s a reason why I travel all the way from Fridley to Richfield for dental work. This place is simply the best. I’ve had plenty of work done here and each person I’ve worked with has been friendly and good at what they do. Also, no pain! They are quick even with having a couple procedures done in one visit, including a crown can be fully done from beginning to end in one short visit. At the start of each visit they go over insurance, prices, and options. I’m very comfortable with this place and that’s coming from a guy that was scared of dental work well now I’m not!

Recently had a tooth extracted because of a cracked tooth. Dr. Perpich was very amazing. His surgery on my tooth was painless with local anesthesia. All other staff members were also helpful during my visit. I stopped bleeding within 24 hours following their extractions surgery post op.

I am super happy with this office. I see Dr. Perpich, and he is perhaps the kindest, friendliest doctor/dentist I’ve ever seen. I am a dental phobe, and he makes me feel so comfortable and also GOOD about my teeth, which is new to me as I have had a ton of dental work in the past due to avoiding dentists for far too long. Hearing positive things about my mouth is SUCH a relief. The office is new and updated, and the technology is superb. I had a Cerec crown and it took an hour and I had no pain, not even from the novocaine! I watched DirectTv from my chair while I waited for the crown to be completed. The only downside is you have to pay the day of any procedure (even before it begins), which I didn’t have to do at my last dentist. However, they are so great, it’s worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Perpich, especially for others who hate going to the dentist.

With a long time avoidance of dentists, I was surprisingly delighted by my experience at Richfield Dentistry! The entire staff was very friendly and professional, equipment is state-of-the-art, and Dr. Perpich was wonderful! They also not only accept Delta insurance, but fit me in to their schedule immediately. A 3-D printer can make a new crown within two hours!!! The prices are very competitive and, considering “time is money,” they also made excellent use of that! I am very happy to have found a dental office I actually feel comfortable visiting regularly.

This office treated me so wonderfully that they have me excited to go back to the dentist. I have a horrible fear of dentists, and hadn’t gone to see one in 5 years, finally made an appointment at Richfield after a toothache became unbearable. I was extremely anxious going in, but the staff was so patient, understanding, and genuinely kind that I left with a smile on my face (even after finding out I need a root canal!) They walked me through every single step of the process, were endlessly patient with my questions, had someone take the time to discuss costs with me, and made sure I was comfortable through every procedure they had to do. I found Richfield Dentistry as I was frantically seeking emergency dental care before going out of town. From the time I called and reached the office through the actual emergency visit on a Saturday morning (treating someone not local and therefore not going to be a long term patient) the staff was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. They even found a creative treatment plan to get me through vacation and the ability to conclude my treatment at home. If I were local I’d become a very loyal patient but instead I will settle for submitting reviews online.

From my first phone call to this office through my single appointment for a new crown – yes, just one visit for a crown! – I couldn’t be more impressed with this dental office! I spoke with Jessica on the phone to set up my visit; she was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I was early for my appointment, but was immediately met by Dr. Perpich, who was professional, yet very personable and comforting. Nicole (dental assistant) was amazing – efficient and considerate during the X-rays. She then stayed with me pretty much throughout my appointment; I have never experienced such a competent and friendly person during a dental visit. The crown was constructed in no time while I read a magazine, and I was out the door with no pain and a new smile. Excellent dental experience; definitely recommended!

I called as a new patient coming in and got an appointment in less than an hour. I had a root exposed on a tooth that apparently lost a filling. They were able to fill the tooth in my initial appointment, plus I got my teeth cleaned and x-rays taken. It’s probably been over 5 yrs. since I have seen a dentist (can you tell I really love dentists?), and no one said anything about how long it had been, which was great! I am actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months and would definitely recommend Dr. Perpich to anyone! It was a totally great experience all around! 🙂

I have severe dental anxiety. Additionally, I have teeth that need special attention. That’s a pretty crappy combo, sometimes. I entered Richfield Dentistry riddled with fear, thinking I would have a 4 million dollar bill, a headache for 6 weeks and 3 appointments spread out over a month, to attack the the horrible mouth pain I had been experiencing for weeks. I was wrong. I have never been in a more peaceful and knowledgeable dental office. The staff was incredibly kind, efficient, and (shockingly) gentle. My first visit was a cleaning, x-rays, etc. I was amazed at the state of the art equipment. Barb and Dr. Perpich calmed my fears, and deftly diagnosed my mouth pain. I was scheduled within the same week to fix the problems. I walked out feeling like I had spent the afternoon with friends. I returned full of trepidation. In one afternoon they filled 2 cavities and I walked out with a new (fully seated) crown. They made the crown, while I was there. No need to send it out to another lab, and have me return in 2 weeks to seat it. Which meant less time, less pain, less fear, and less money! Here’s was the best part, for me: I walked out of that office in virtually no pain. No post-dental migraine. I never once had an anxiety attack. I’m pretty sure I hugged both Barb and Dr. Perpich. And! My bill was a quarter of what I expected. This is the only dental office for me and my family, from now on. Go check them out, it’s worth your sanity.

I was traveling over 30 minutes to get my teeth cleaned and when I saw this dentistry opening right next to Target, I didn’t think it could get much better. Once I got inside, the receptionist greeted me and was very knowledgeable. I was only waiting a few minutes when the dentist came to greet me and showed me around the office. Now to the best part, during the x-rays I was able to see them on the computer screen (how cool is that?) and the dentist’s assistant was as sweet and personable as can be. I love it here, all aspects of the client experience. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to any out of office adjustments, the office reaches out proactively. They are even happy to reschedule to fit your schedule and even give you a few minutes to gather your thoughts while you’re on the phone. Front desk staff are always happy to greet you, on Winter’s coldest and darkest days or Summer’s sunniest and hottest. You sit in a nice lil’ lobby and service is so prompt. Everyone on the staff is warm, inviting, sociable, knowledgeable, and caring. If you ask any questions like: “what are we doing? What can I expect from this visit? Will my insurance cover this? What are the pros and cons if I delay any work? To be honest, I’m not in a position to pay for this but I’m so happy you brought this work to my attention.” The staff here will answer every question you have with authenticity and accept you with where you’re at. Full stop. While they are working on your teeth or doing X-rays, they make your experience so fun (is that even possible?) and are attentive to any pain and your needs. If you indicate you’re not very talkative right now, they don’t push boundaries too. They are gentle yet direct with how you can better your dental hygiene. The provide all of this quality with changing best practices to COVID-19 guidelines. Richfield Dentistry staff at all levels are the definition of partner. 3 words/phrases I’d use to describe my experience so far: elevating the customer experience, partner in your success (as it relates to your teeth/mouth), listeners.

What I’ve enjoyed the most has been how efficient they are when it comes to my dental care. I had such a fantastic experience at Richfield Dentistry! Everyone here is so nice and upbeat and the office is clean and new and beautiful! My favorite part about my experience is that they got me in on SUPER short notice. I was having some extreme jaw pain and my dentist in highland park couldn’t get me in to even take a look for at least 5 days. I had a feeling that my wisdom teeth might have been causing the pain, and it wasn’t something that could go another 5 days without being checked out. I remembered seeing Richfield Dentistry when I was shopping at Target and decided to give them a call. They luckily got me in the very next day! I’m not too good with names, but everyone I met there was super nice and very upbeat, just a great atmosphere. Dr. Perpich was the dentist I had and he was very personable and knowledgable. I had x-rays done by the blonde assistant (I can’t remember her name but she was so much fun, definitely my favorite!), and also assisted the hygienist in evaluating my gums and gave me a fluoride treatment as well. Dr. Perpich confirmed my suspicions of my wisdom teeth coming in, and referred me to an oral surgeon since they don’t currently have one at their office yet. The receptionists (also super friendly and helpful) also forwarded the X-rays that had just been taken on to the oral surgeon as well, so hopefully I will be on my way to getting my wisdom teeth out very soon! All in all it was a fantastic experience with great people that are sure to put you at ease and make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! And with such a convenient location and beautiful ( and super high tech) space, I’m sure they’ll have plenty if happy patients!

I’ve been to the office twice for fillings and both times were great experiences! The first time I went I saw Dr. Perpich for an emergency filling and the second time I saw Dr. Hannon for my cleaning and in depth appointment. Dr. Perpich was pleasant and quick and I was in and out in no time. For my cleaning and in depth appointment I met with Dr. Hannon and he was extremely personable and made the visit fun. They go over their suggestions with you and then have one of the office team come in and explain your coverage and what you’d be expected to pay by the end of the visit, you have the option to continue with the services, or decline (I’m unclear why someone who reviewed said they would perform work without permission, both visits I was advised cost and asked if I wanted to continue). I would definitely go back as I feel like they are incredibly friendly staff with a very nice facility (you can watch TV while you wait for the doctor to come in).
