Our whole family likes Dr. Otsu. He is very friendly and explains everything he is doing. The office staff is friendly and professional. The hygienist is knowledgeable and efficient. All appointments are prompt and handled professionally. He was gentle with our kids when they were younger. We have been with Dr. Otsu 8+ years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Otsu for 5 years now and cannot recommend him and his staff highly enough. Dr. Otsu has a wonderful attitude, attention to detail without being overly aggressive in unnecessary dental treatment and a manner that puts everyone at ease. When I had an painful tooth, he immediately accepted my appointment and helped to resolve my problem quickly. His staff, Christina is especially friendly, through and accommodating. For example, I had an 8 AM appointment and a 9 AM meeting at work. She was so gracious to come into work early to accommodate my schedule so I could make it to my morning meeting. I can honestly say that I look forward to my appointment with Dr. Otsu and his staff every time.

I went to Dr Robbie for yrs! The BEST, most thorough, competent dentist I have ever had. He explains everything and never hesitates to recheck all work. His staff is equally skilled. I always enjoyed going to him – his office is a very happy place – you hear laughter and get a sense of comfort in knowing that it is stressfree. I moved out of the area and would love to still be a patient. His chair assistant Maria is wonderful, as is his entire staff.

I went in for an emergency dental visit because of tooth pain. I was so grateful that Dr. Robert Otsu’s staff was able to schedule me in last minute. His office is open on Saturdays so it’s super convenient for people who are unable to take a weekday off work. Due to a recent surgery, I was unable to open my jaw completely so Dr. Otsu was very gentle and made sure to keep me comfortable and pain free while checking my tooth. It was even difficult taking the x-rays because I couldn’t get the mouthpiece in there correctly but the dental assistant was so wonderful and worked with me by taking it apart so it was small enough to fit into my mouth comfortably.

So this review is a little one-sided, since I haven’t been to a dentist for the better part of a decade, so everything to me is shiny and new. Unfortunately, Dr. R. Otsu is only available 3 days a week, which is totally inconvenient for someone like me. My schedule is constantly changing and I can’t predict how much work I’ll have on any given Friday. Anyway…I was referred here by a colleague of mine and she was raving about him. So I made an appt. The staff was very friendly over the phone, and they mailed me the new patient forms so I could fill them out before hand (of course, my scatter-brain would never let me complete such a task).

After 3 years of not going to the dentist due to financial strain, I finally obtained my insurance from my work and was in the market for a new dentist! My siblings were already seeing Dr. Otsu and had nothing but positive things to say about him and told me to check it out. Well they were right, I get there and and am already welcomed by a friendly staff! Sitting in the waiting room, I hear the laughter and good vibes throught the office. They work with you too if you don’t have insurance and allow a payment method! Got my xrays, couple easy fixes. Lemme tell you Dr. Otsu and his staff made it a breeze and completely eradicated any fear I had of the dentist! He takes his time, triple checks his work, and let’s you know everything he is going to do before doing it! He told me that I would never feel any pain as long as I’m in his office and you know what, he’s right I haven’t, month in a half in and a decent amount of work and my mouth feels fantastic!!! Five stars more like five hundred stars!!!

I have been going to Dr Otsu for the past 10 years. He is a dentist who is compassionate and caring. In all the procedures that he does, he takes the time to explain what he is doing each step of the way. His whole staff is friendly and caring. The patient rooms are always very orderly and clean. I wouldn’t trust to go anywhere else except Dr Robert Otsu. Our whole family likes and trust him and his staff so much that my husband, and our young adult children also come here.

Dr. Robert does amazing work. He is a perfectionist and will make sure your dental work is of the highest quality. I’ve been to other dentists who saw his work and said I had some great crowns/implants done. I highly recommend him.
