Anytime I visit Dr. Wally’s office it is a pleasure. He has done a wonderful job of restoring my oral health and teaching me best practices to maintain it. I truly value our provider and patient relationship. His entire office is welcoming and like family.

I am personally a huge fan of Dr. Walley and his entire staff. I have been going to this office for a little more than a year. He started off with giving me a much needed deep cleaning and then happen to sell me on invisialign. I am very satisfied with the results, payment options, and future recommendations that were offered to me. I know that Dr. Walley has a strong personality but so do I, so for that reason I appreciate him. He is very straight forward, excellent at what he does (and probably has had one heck of a life outside of his practice). In my 29 years of life I have not had a more consistently satisfying experience at the dentist. If you’ve got good insurance I would totally recommend Dr. Walley to do all the upkeep and improvement that your mouth needs. However, if you are restricted in the finances department it wouldn’t be the best idea to try and accomplish all the suggestions he makes. Dr. Walley and his office gets thumbs up, two snaps and five stars from me. I thank him for the confidence in my oral health and overall appearance of my smile.

Finally found “my” dentist! This is long over due but very well deserved. It has taken me years to finally find/develop a positive patient-dentist relationship. I had really bad anxiety when it came to the dentist. Literally the type of grown up who shook and cried uncontrollably in the chair. I only wish I discovered them sooner! My experience here has changed how I feel about going to the dentist. Everyone from Dr. Walley and his staff; Wendy, Khanba, Kathy, and Deanna, have been extraordinary! They have always been accommodating and supportive. Dr. Walley is very well educated and possesses both sympathy and empathy. They really do set the bar for excellence. Yesterday, they worked on saving a tooth of mine and I felt absolutely no pain. One of the reasons my anxiety developed is bc it takes me super long to get numb… something that no one prior has figured out. Dr. Walley took the time to figure it out and it has been a breeze since. I recommend them without a doubt! My dental journey with them has been miraculous! Growing up in SF, I rarely come back. My kids and I make a trip from the east bay to come see Dr. Walley and it is worth it. I just dislike the fact that coming here is my only real opportunity to visit the Cheesecake Factory down the street but I always opt out after getting my teeth cleaned/worked on LoL

I decided to get braces, since Dr Walley has been my dentist my over a year. I really like his staff and what he can do with Invisalign. I never thought i would be compliance with even wearing anything in my mouth all day and night. But, i have to say Inivisalign has been the best invention there is. It feels so comfortable and you can’t go wrong with wearing these clear trays that straighten your teeth. When i was in middle school, an orthodontic once told me if i wanted to get metal braces, my case will take more then 2 years and i will have to do surgery. Having to do surgery, freaks me out. I decided to wait, and finally invisalign came along. My case was only 1 year and no surgery for me. Dr Walley did such a great job, with keeping on it. I saw him every 6-8 weeks for my treatment, and now i’m done and just love my smile. He is now the #1 General practice that is an Elite provider.

Best Dentist I ever had. He’s one of the few people I’ve ever known who I think of as a healer. He’s extremely competent and up on all the latest developments in his field. And he takes a great deal of pride in the quality of the work he does. Before I started seeing Dr. Wally I assumed that it was normal to always have some pain in the mouth somewhere; now I realize that most dentists either don’t care or don’t take the time to find out how you really feel. Dr Wally cares. He has a great staff; top rate, professional, and friendly. Only wish I knew about them 40 years ago!

Have been regularly going to Dr. Walley for four years, and have always received exemplary service. Recently started using Invisalign to correct a bite issue, and getting set up was quick and painless. Dr. Walley, Wendy, and the rest of the team are friendly and professional — the best around! The office is a well-oiled machine — attractive, clean, calm and relaxing. Cutting-edge technology is employed to solve any issue you have, and a healthy magazine selection entertains you if you arrive early. Highly recommend!

Dr. Walley has been my dentist for years.  I don’t need much dental work, basically I only go there for cleaning, but they’re always very efficient and friendly.  My scheduling can be tricky, and they’ve always been very flex on that.  I can’t think of any way they could improve on their performance.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Walley’s for about a year now and my teeth and have never looked or felt better. I’ve needed a lot of work and it’s still in process but I feel confident knowing I have a good team behind me (he as well as the oral surgeon he put me in contact with). Most recently I opted for something more fun (teeth whitening) and am super impressed with the results. The staff here is great, would highly recommend.

My wife and I have been coming to Dr. Walley’s office for the last 22 years. We always felt and treated royally here. He worked almost on all of our teeth and we always been happy and satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Dr. Walley he is a great man and skillful dentist. His staff is very friendly and courteous.

So, I have read many of the statement’s and complaints, and have come to only one conclusion. For the most part, you have teeth that are a “disaster” and are foaming or falling out, broken off or just neglected. What do you think it would cost to completely reinvent the wheel? Well, with years of neglect and lack of hygiene, it cost a lot. I have been going to Dr. Walley for 25 years, and I have beautiful teeth. Following is my list of 25 years of work, 14 vaneers, 3 gold crowns 1gold inlay, 3 times a years for cleaning. Can you really put a price on good hygiene? My teeth look great and feel great. Stop complaining about your bad habits and get to the dentist…any dentist, just take care of your teeth. You come to Dr. Walley’s office and expect him to fix your teeth that you neglected for free or cheap. REALLY????? Good Luck going anywhere and get this quality? I will not see any other dentist for my dental work. I miss the glass doors in the hall..and I LOVE the elevators.. jumping in them when you get close to the floor is fun.. Wendy has a great big smile for me when I come into the door, and the staff is always very nice to me. During my recent visit, the Dental Hygienist gave me some tips on keeping my teeth plaque and ..calcified stuff.. free; =oD RINSE after eating! Swish the hell out of some water for as long as you can (2 minutes??) and it’s way better than not brushing. I tend to ask lots of questions. I appreciate all their patience and care with me. Highly recommended.

A few years ago, I stumbled upon this gem of a dentist’s office because it was so close to my workplace. Since then, the experience has offered my best oral hygiene and orthodontic treatment to date. Dr. Walley and his office family are a rare find both personally and professionally. If your health values align with expertise, innovations, quality care: this is the team to contact. UPDATE: I am still with Dr. Walley’s office even having moved to another state. Anytime I can call him when I am in town, I will continue to come visit my dentist office family not only for above average care of my oral health but an overall sense of connection and family that I have developed with the Doc and his staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone I knew.

Over 20 years ago I was in dental pain when I found a business card for Dr. Walley. I had not been to a dentist in many years because of some bad experiences. I called his office and they saw me that day. We made a plan, and over the next couple of years got my mouth healthy. Dr. Walley and his friendly staff have turned going to the dentist into wonderful experience. I have never wanted to go anyplace else.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. Dr. Walley is an excellent doctor. Have been coming here for a while and will be back. Go see for yourself, don’t read the crap that some of these people write. Some of them seem a bit psychotic and pretty damn powerful behind their computer. I believe they have some discount for new patients, seriously try them out if you’re looking for a dentist and if you’re expectations are reasonable and you want a Dentist that’s knowledgeable and most important affordable.

The Highest Review I have been a patient of Dr Walley for over 35 years.Thoughout that long period I have never been disappointed in the professionism and responsiveness of Dr Walley and his staff. His products and dental sevices have always been totally cutting edge, but more importantly is his standard of patient care.Following a procedure, it is standard practice to receive a follow uo call from Dr Walley’s office inquiring as to the patient’s status. My dental insurance doesn’t cover much (Duh) most don’t. The experience you will get from Dr. Walley and his staff is absolutely awesome. Was referred here by a 24/7 agency as one of my old crowns fell off over the weekend. Will admit that I was a little shocked by reviews here, either people love this place or not – not a lot of middle of the road. I am sure each person has their own reality, and who am I to question. But for anyone wondering if this is a good dentist office, rest assured that it is! I am probably middle of the road when it comes to dental offices. I don’t relish the novocaine or threat of possible pain but I am not a baby about it either. I will definitely speak up if any pain or am uncomfortable and I question every suggestion. Dr. Wally was a pro with the novocaine, and I appreciate that a lot. He hit the nerve with one poke in an area he’d topically numbed – I was impressed, usually I request additional shots as it’s rare the nerve gets the hit as hoped. The technology in the office is excellent, as is the level of transparency on what everyone is doing and why. I had the option to weigh in on keeping my old crown or getting a new one. Because of the metals in my old one (and the color – it had changed over the decades) I went for new. But at no time did I feel pressured to get a new one – Dr Wally would have sent me happily on my way with cemented old crown if that’s what I chose. (So not sure about other reviews where people felt pressure). But also have to say that I take care of my teeth, not sure about other folks who were unhappy here. It was nice to learn that Wendy at the front desk is Dr Wally’s wife of decades, nice family business. People who work here have been employees for decades as well, which I think is really great – it’s a well jelled team who have a great deal of respect for each other. I am very happy with my replacement crown and I highly and happily recommend this office to others.

My dnetist retired and I chipped a tooth.  Dr. Walley’s staff got me in right away adn he did a fantastic job.  It was a lower front tooth so I was worried about esthetics as well as the actual filling.  He did a great job!!!  It is so smooth.. feels just like a regualr tooth and the esthetics are beautiful.  I found a my new dentis!!

I could tell Dr. Walley knew what he was doing from the first time I walked into his office with a chipped front tooth.  He easily fixed it and it was by far the best it had ever looked (this tooth had chipped several times before).  From then on I knew I was sticking with this office.  I had a lot of dental issues and over the past two years I decided to finally do something about it.  It has been an intense journey but for the first time in my life I am feeling good about my teeth and I owe a big part of that to Dr. Walley.  He and his staff helped to put me on a healthier dental hygiene track while also fixing my past issues.   He introduced me to a wonderful Oral Surgeon with whom he collaborated and between the two of them I felt so grateful to be in good hands.  He took the extra time to make sure everything was done right (and I’m sure that was a lot of time because my case was not an easy one!).   There was some fun stuff too – like when I got my teeth whitened (I had no idea they could look that good!).  Lastly the staff was always very competent, friendly, and accommodating.  I just recently relocated to Boston so I will have to find a new dentist but I wanted to share my experience at Dr. Walley’s office because it is something for which I will forever be appreciative.

I have been coming to Dr. Walley forever and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I knew he was a great dentist, but it wasn’t until I moved across the country and had to see other dentists that I realize what a difference there is with a truly fantastic dentist! Dr. Walley is great at explaining exactly what he is doing and why, he has a light touch during procedures, and most importantly, he does phenomenal work. In fact, since my return to SF much of the work done by other dentists has been replaced by Dr. Walley. And my teeth look so much better! I have had my share of dental work too – three root canals and accompanying crowns, several fillings, and all of my wisdom teeth removed. All the crowns done by Dr. Walley look exactly like my teeth and no one but a dentist would be able to tell they were crowns. (The crowns by other dentists were horrible and actually looked like fake teeth.) The entire staff is absolutely wonderful – I just had the best cleaning ever from Ani. It was like being at a spa and not like a dental appointment – no pain or discomfort whatsoever. If you are afraid of the dentist, this office will really put your mind at ease. (With all the dental work I’ve had done in my life, I can say that with complete confidence!) I get comments on my smile often and when I do I always tell them they need to go see Dr. Walley!

I absolutely love love love Dr. Walley’s office I have so much fun every time I go in there. Everyone there is so happy, so nice, so genuine, and they all have such a great knowledge about dental care and you can tell they all really care about you when you go in there and you can tell they just want the best for your teeth . They have given my family deals when we couldn’t afford the work and they’re just constantly giving giving giving such an amazing office!! I’m so grateful and appreciative that i found them and that’s where I get to go when I get my teeth done. I literally feel like I’m at a spa!!!

He is driven to provide the best dental care for his patients and thrives not only on delivering the intended results but also in educating about proper dental hygiene.
