Dr. Cha is by far one of the best Dentist’s I’ve been to. He is compassionate, great personality, and most importantly is gentle and makes sure he puts his patients first in terms if they are they ok while he is doing his job. I have recommended others and their sentiments are the same. The staff at the office are so sweet and kind. Dr. Cha is by far the best dentist. I have had a lot of work done including extractions, root canal & veneers. His work is excellent! He takes the time to explain everything & make sure you are comfortable. His staff is great.. Theresa at front desk is very friendly & takes the time to go over insurances, billing & timing of appointments. Melissa his assistant makes sure you are very comfortable. Little to no wait as a new patient went right in and was seen by the hygienist. She was absolutely amazing and professional. I haven’t had a cleaning in three years and she took care of my teeth even though they’re very sensitive and had the most pleasant cleaning Ive ever had. Dr. Cha was professional and very thorough with all my concerns that I had for certain areas and took his time explaining the process and time for each procedure. Would highly recommend this office and doctor.

In the past I’ve only visited the dentist when I’ve had an emergency. This is because I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with other dentists and hygienist which has caused me to develop a fear. Dr. Cha & his staff have changed that for me. First I’d like to say that he added to my daughter’s already beautiful smile by taking care of a cosmetic issue that caused her to have low self esteem. After seeing how he and his staff treated her, the great results, and the reasonable price he charged me, I decided that he was going to be the new family dentist. Hats off to Dr. Cha and his staff for professionally treating my emergency root canal during the pandemic and getting me out of horrible pain. To sum it up, if you are looking for a dentist that has a great staff, shows compassion and professionalism, has a very clean practice, and won’t rip you off, give Rock Dental a try. Filling from one of my inside tooth came off one day while chewing gum; I got this done when I was young, like 20 years ago. Outside part of tooth broke off with filling that came off. I was afraid I might have to get crown, since side of tooth broke off , I wasn’t sure if filling will hold in . I went to Rock dental and got checked by Dr. Cha. I kinda insisted on filling, thinking crown will cost lot more. He explained to me before the procedure that he will try the filling, and if it falls out then I will have to get crown for that tooth. Dr. Cha explained everything very clearly in professional manner, and he also checked overall health of my teeth, and gave me advice. I thought that was nice. It’s been more than a year and that tooth I got the filling, it’s going strong without any problem. Rock dental is kinda out of my way from my place, but I am definitely sticking to this place when getting my dental work done.

I am terrified of the dentist but this visit eased my anxiety. The staff and doctor were very understanding when it came to my anxiety and also the fact it has been a very long time since I’ve been to the dentist due to my fear. They gave me multiple options and explained everything since my insurance did not cover the procedure I needed the price was reasonable. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is afraid or needs a new dentist.
