My Husband and I have been seeing Dr Sachi Fujita since she opened her office in Torrance and our experience has been excellent. They are both very proactive in our dental care and explain procedures and our specific dental needs well. This office is comfortable and has state of the art equipment. The office staff is friendly front and back and my experience with everyone including Caroline, the Dental Assistant and Marisa, the Dental Hygienist has been exceptional ! It’s just been an all around good experience whenever we have appointments and that says a lot since I for one, have never been eager to visit the Dentist in general…. but no problems with that anymore. Definitely a five star experience and a Ten out of Ten in our book!! Thanks

I just had my first visit to Sachi & Co and I’m very impressed. After X-rays and photos, Dr Fujita was very thorough and thoughtful in discussing the condition of my mouth using the X-rays and photos to illustrate her points. She spent the quality time necessary to answer all my questions. I came away feeling in very good hands. The cleaning that followed was also thorough and expertly done.

With all the 5-star reviews, it seems like someone is paying their customers to write good reviews but I swear that it is because this dental office delivers excellent customer service and Dr. Fujita is one of the best dentists I’ve visited. I was highly dissatisfied with the past two dentists – one was too passive, the other too aggressive – and after having multiple dental issues that needed to be addressed urgently, I found Sachi & Co. on Yelp and I was not disappointed. The office staff is super-nice and I could tell from my initial phone call to make the appointment that this office knew what they were doing. From the front office staff to the back, everyone was smiling and friendly but very professional and caring. I’m not a big complainer usually but having had bad experiences twice in a row, I was hesitant and nervous and Dr. Fujita was calm and gentle and just the right touch for me to feel at ease. I’m going to be sending everyone to this office from now on. It’s clean and I loved the oral camera that took pictures of my teeth to show me exactly how they looked. A picture is truly worth a thousand words!

The best dental experience to date! Karina, made it very easy to book an appointment. She was able to work around my schedule and made my 1st appointment a breeze by sending me an email requesting my insurance information and dental history; as a result I didn’t have to complete any time consuming paperwork on my visit! I was seen by Marissa the hygienist; she was very gentle and greatly reduced my anxiety! She was welcoming and informative; I can notice that she loves what she does! After my X-Rays, I met Dr. Fujita. She asked me questions before even starting such as what it is I am looking for in a Dentist and Practice. I felt that she has her patients best interest in mind at all times. After my consultation, I met Becky, the Office Manager. Becky went over my recommended action. She explained the billing very carefully and followed up with an email detailing the treatments and costs. Overall, you can tell that the practice is professional and that the have a passion for what the do. I’m happy that Karina introduced me to this place. I will be sure to refer my friends and family!

Honestly this place is awesome! I was terrified of dentists for years, and had not gone to one for that same reason, but here at Sachi they made everything quick and painless! Michelle was super friendly upon receiving me and made sure I was comfortable with everything as she inspected my teeth. Marisa handled my deep cleaning and did an excellent job legit didn’t feel a thing. Becky was great in helping schedule my next appointment and breaking down all financials! You guys should definitely check this place out if ur looking for dental work!

I have been going to Dr. Fujita for over 10 years and her skill, professionalism, and experience is unmatched.  She took over for my previous dentist Dr. Adachi who I had been with since I was a teenager and I loved so much and she hasn’t missed a beat.  Her staff is also very knowledgeable and above all very, very friendly.  They make you feel extremely comfortable which is so important when doing what people generally hate to do — go to the dentist.  You can’t go wrong with Dr. Fujita and her staff !!

I have been impressed with Dr.Fujita and her staff from the very first visit, which was about 9 months ago.She is very warm and soft spoken.also very gentle .She takes plenty of time to get to know your needs and concerns.The staff is very friendly and efficient.When your in the front office the atmosphere is up beat and friendly.The associates seem to  truly enjoy working together.One of the things that really stood out to me about Dr. Fujita’s staff is the way they greet every patient as they walk thru the door.It’s a great feeling to be called by name.It feels very welcoming when you enter.I actually look forward to going to the dentist, thanks to Dr.Fujita and her awesome staff.

OMG!!! This is a very friendly and patient driven facility. I took my son here today for the first time and I so loved their professionalism and care. I will be changing my dentist to them. Top it off, the doctor conducted a follow up call this evening…. Sachi & Co. Dentisty is so the bomb!!!! Keep up the good service….

I’ve always been afraid to go to the dentist until I was referred to Dr. Fujita’s office. Of course my first visit would have to be an emergency. An infected tooth that ended up having to be extracted. The level of care I was given during the extraction and afterwards was OUTSTANDING! My view of going to the dentist has changed completely. I’m not afraid anymore thanks to Dr. Fujita The office staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can finally say, I look forward to going to the dentist. I highly recommend them!

after my old dentist retired a few years ago.  Sachi and Co was on a. Short list of referrals from his office.  I was lucky that from the start I was able to find a dental office that I’m very comfortable with seeing.  Both doctors are very kind, smart and thoughtful when it comes to fear and pain of any work I get done.

It’s not a great thing, but as the “Duke” on Yelp here, I am pleased beyond expectations. From day 1, all of the employees treated me as if I was family and they did a wonderful job on my teeth as well as my family’s. That’s the short of it: continue for more. I first came in after a 26 hour day where I worked a night shift. I didnt have time to sleep as my appointment for a tooth ache was the early morning after I got home. Once I entered the door, the first receptionist, Karina, greeted me and welcomed me in like I was family. She even knew who I was before I said anything. It made me feel at ease. I felt like I had just come home. All of the ladies treated me nicely and were so friendly. They introduced themselves, told me things about themselves and even brought me into their conversations. I am thrilled to have a dentisry that cares so much about me. My extended ache was actually in need of my first root canal. I was scared as bleep* but as we went along, they all made me realize: it’s not that bad. I’m also pleased with the results. Couldnt ask for better. Overall 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, whatever the scale. I wish I found them sooner. Truly a team to see. Thank you to all of them and I look forward to future visits. Hopefully short cleaning visits only 🙂

First and foremost, let me say that I hate, I mean HATE, the dentist. That being said, after some time knowing that I needed dental work but avoiding it at all costs, I found Dr. Fujita’s office on Yelp, and thought that I would give them a try. All I can say is that I have been more than pleased with all of their assistance on getting my dental health back on track. To be honest, being that my insurance did not cover a lot being out of network was not even an issue due to how amazing the service has been for me here. In my personal situation, all of the recommendations were necessary for me and they helped me every step of the way making sure that I felt comfortable with every service as well as the finances that went along with it. Every single staff member is so personable and mindful to your needs, even your dental anxiety. In my experience, I have always felt afraid to go to the dentist, and now I love going! I highly recommend this office. Don’t be swayed by the other offices on the same block… go straight to Dr. Fujita’s and find out what dental “care” looks like. My mother and my coworker are now patients as well!

Awesome! I went in as a grown-ass man baby. So much pain and terrified of what needed to be done. My sister referred me over to Dr. Fujita. Dr. Fujita was was very calming and gentle.  She hummed the tunes coming from KOST 103 while she went to work on my molar. It was the closest thing to being cradled by my mother while she performed this intense tooth extraction.  All I remember is Tom Petty’s Free Falling being hummed by her and her hygienist.  Great experience.

Dr. Sachi has been my dentist ever since my own retired a little over a year ago. She was recommended to me by my sister. Well she has lived up to my expectations! The office is clean & inviting, the staff is friendly & efficient, Dr. Fujita is young & at the top of her game with the latest technology & techniques. She is easy to talk to & sings while she works!
