Came on Yelp to leave my 5 star review, and after reading through the other reviews, I feel the need to state that this review is written on my own accord and not for any type of freebie or bribe. (although I wouldn’t be against a free toothbrush, lol) Just left my 2nd visit with this office and I can’t say enough good things. I love going here. The staff is awesome. When I moved to SF a few years ago, I tried a couple different dentists that I wasn’t very comfortable with. Dentist shopping can be difficult when most of us visit only twice a year. This office was recommended by multiple coworkers and we’ve all become loyal patients. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient here for about 2.5 years and have been very satisfied with the service the entire time. I’ve got cleaning done here twice a year. I’ve also got fillings done a few times. I have very sensitive teeth and they do a really good job being gentle to my teeth when they do the cleaning. They are also very on top of sending reminders for my appointments and always try their best to accommodate my schedule . Thank you!!

It’s been over a year and I love this office! I’ve never come across an office that just gets it! They provide some of the friendliest, authentic service. It all begins with the front desk. Whether over the phone or in person they are real, sweet, authentically caring folks who make you feel like old friends. They are flexible and patient. They explain things throughly. I am always so relaxed and at ease. And what a brilliant concept to offer an impressive collection of recent movies and TV shows to watch as your technician/dr works on you. They are so sweet, smart, comand fast.

I finally found a dental office that not only offer impeccable dental service but also impeccable customer service. I got a same day appointment and they managed to squeeze me in for a cleaning. (Thanks to Lai- front desk manager)Would totally recommend this place for anyone needing dental work. Dr. Moran was very pleasant to talk to so she made my experience very comforting.

I had my first appointment today at San Francisco Dental Artistry and the experience was really positive. Everyone in the team is really nice and make you feel at ease since the moment you walk through the door. I had a cleaning with Uni, who did by far the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. She explained everything in a lot of detail (which is something I really appreciate) and gave me a lot of advice on how I can improve my dental hygiene habits. Thanks a lot!

I recently started going to SF dental artistry in the last 2 years. Overall great experience with professionals that know what they’re talking about and that actually care. Convenient location in FiDi and love that you can watch shows during your cleaning. I’d recommend to anyone seeking a new dentist in the area.

Today was my first time at SF Dental Artistry after having the same dentist for the past 23 years. Everyone in this office is so friendly and gets straight to the point. They do digital exams so you’re able to see your teeth on the screen and understand what they’re talking about. Uni is also the sweetest and takes the time to explain everything in great detail! Can’t wait for my next cleaning

Excellent experience here at SF dental artistry! Had teeth cleaning and xrays done today. I was given some mild numbing for the cleaning which made the experience painless. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and answered all my questions. They even have tv to put a movie or show on while you’re being worked on. I would definitely recommend coming here for anyone looking for a new dentist.

This place is amazing, clean, and professional! Lai at the front desk was helpful with billing and really nice! Dr. Olivia was great and caring.came for a regular check up, got a filling and it was not painful at all. She was thorough and very much concerned with my well being and comfort. Cant wait to come back for another cleaning. Thank you all!

Went here as a new patient and had an amazing experience. They give you 5 star treatment, always making sure you’re comfortable. They walked me through everything, making sure to show me x-rays and pictures so I had the full context as to what they are doing/recommending and why. They really care about your health and making sure you have the right tools and tips to keep your smile looking amazing.

I normally never write reviews but I felt I had to for this dental practice. I was reluctant to go to say the least because I hadn’t been in some time. I was immediately made to feel comfortable by their staff. They were so welcoming that it took away a lot of my fear away. The cleaning that I had was painless and seemed to go by very quickly with the awesome selection of movies and TV shows they had to watch. If you normally don’t like going to the dentist like me, give this place a try for sure! You will not regret it 🙂

As someone who consistently fears going to the dentist, it can be a daunting experience to trust someone new. The dentists here do great work and I love that they let you watch movies to distract you from the procedure! The staff at Dental Artistry are also very nice (especially Francisco), and Mina is an amazing hygienist and super sweet. Having dealt with past trauma from a bike accident, Mina quelled my fears and was very patient in reassuring me that the procedure to get a filling on my front tooth/veneer would go smoothly.

Their hygienist and dentist do a good job. They don’t charge extra to see a dentist at the end of every 6-month cleaning like some places (ahem, Soothing Dental ) nor push additional services you don’t need. They do an ultrasonic cleaning, which I like as it’s less messy and seems to get the job done just as well as traditional cleanings. They also have a laser treatment in case you ever get a cold sore. Bobby noticed I had sensitive skin, so offered a plastic fastener for the bib instead of metal. He also had a good toothpaste recommendation to help with that issue. Check-in for my first appointment was easy because I could fill out all my paperwork online beforehand, so nothing else was needed in person aside from my ID.

I have been a patient of dental artistry since 2019. I recently switched over to Dr. Moran and I’m so grateful for her gentle approach and commitment to her work! I have very sensitive teeth and gums, and am happy to say that I feel very relaxed and at ease under Dr. Moran’s care. She takes her time to make sure that I am comfortable and truly listens to me as I bring up concerns and sensitivities.  I received a crown on a back molar earlier this year and Dr. Moran and her team have checked up me and made sure that all is well. I’m truly appreciative of this team and trust my dental health is in good hands at San Francisco Dental Artistry!

After moving to the city, I struggled to find a dentist in the city around financial district. After paying a few visits here and there, I landed on Dental Artistry  with quite a pleasant visit. Nina was very knowledgable and nice, the Robert took me over when Nina left. They are both super helpful and the cleaning session is rather painless compare to what  I had before. I had some cavity filling here too that I would consider quick and comfortable. I would definitely recommend people here.

I had an absolutely pleasant experience visiting SF Dental Artistry. Casey is extremely friendly and approachable, and the staff was just a delight. My cleaning was relaxing and comfortable, since I got to sit back and watch FRIENDS. It was painless and they did a wonderful job. Overall, I loved my visit and plan to stay as their patient!

It had been long overdue for a cleaning and I was waiting to find a good dentist in the Bay Area. The SF dental artistry is quick to schedule and is so flexible. Robert was amazing is doing my deep cleaning- pointed out how I was doing my flossing correctly and being so gentle with my gums and teeth. The staff are great and even got my chipped tooth fixed. Going to the dentist isn’t fun but they make it easy! Also they were able to confirm my insurance before I came in so that was great!

I had a great experience at Dental Artistry! The staff were all very professional. Nice and kind, but firmly telling me I need to floss more. Before doing anything, they brought the front desk staff in to discuss costs and make sure I was okay with it. Really glad I found this new dentist spot. Super convenient location in Fidi — 3 min walk from my office!

I haven’t been to a good dentist with amazing staff in a long long time. So prior to coming here I had high hopes. Francisco is always amazing with reminding me my appointment times and fitting me into the schedule. I came in for my cleanings and came back for fillings. I was sad I had fillings but I knew I was in good hands since the staff was so nice and friendly! The staff were very educated and talked me through the steps as they were doing each procedure. I personally like knowing whats going on. They allowed me to ask questions and answered them without rushing. Additional perks of coming here is being able to watch TV/movies while getting your cleanings done, and the free coffee and tea! I’m so happy I found this place and i’m definitely going to be a patient for a while!

Went for exam and cleaning, and they are top notch! The front desk staff are phenomenal and it feels like every individual working at this dental practice portrays sincere and genuine interest in patient wellbeing and comfort. As for cleaning, Robert the hygienist was great and very thorough. I don’t like those probes they insert in your mouth when they take x-rays but Robert managed to do it without making me feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend them! I will be going back for deep cleaning and filings and will update my review based on that experience as well.

I love the staff at San Francisco Dental Artistry!  The always greet me with a big smile and remember my name and insurance information.  They did a great job with my cleaning and were very  patient with me and my difficulty with hold dental film in my mouth! I felt very  comfortable during the entire visit and have less anxiety about my dental visit!  Leave your current dentist, mine is better!! Francisco and Lia at the front are amazing and so welcoming!

I’ve been here twice now and I am so happy that I choose this clinic! The staff is so professional and polite, and the doctors are always so nice and pleasant. Going to the dentist is not the most fun but I actually look forward to coming to SFDA! As soon as you check-in you’re offered coffee/water/tea, and asked if you’d like to look at their movie/movie selections (which, in my opinion, is a super modern and nice touch!). I expected their dvd library to be outdated, so I was pleasantly surprised to see how new their selections were — like The Handsmaid Tales. They even have TV screens above each chair to help take advantage of this perk. Their location is close to my office in the downtown/FiDi area, and they make every effort to accommodate work schedules! Highly recommended!

Extremely professional & pleasant dental practice – from the initial phone scheduling & front desk service to the actual cleaning & examination, I could not have asked for a more positive experience. What makes SF Dental Artistry stand out among the myriad competing dental practices is the level of care & customization the entire staff takes to ensure impeccable service. I’ve read all the positive Yelp reviews and needed to schedule a cleaning ASAP. When I first called in, I was told that the first availability would be at least a bit of a wait; however, Kim had the courtesy to put me on a waitlist (without me even asking) and called me back shortly afterwards to get me in this week. This is in sharp contrast to most other practices that ask the patient to call in repeatedly to check, instead of calling them when a spot opens up. Thank you, SF Dental Artistry, for saving me time & headache!! Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered the option to catch up on the latest episodes of some of my favorite tv programs during the teeth cleaning. Overall, I had such an enjoyable experience that I was sad when it was over. I’d go back in a heartbeat and wish that all providers follow the same standards for exemplary customer experience.
